The apartment was clean and comfortable. It is above a bar so outside noise is expected. The staff took our concerns seriously and got back straight away when I complained about the noise disturbance from guests nextdoor.

The walls are thin and so there was a noise nuisance from the guests in the next apartment. I had to bang on the wall in the early hours. Scraping of furniture movement, walking and running, singing and conversations could be heard till early hours.

The property location is fantastic - near major historical attractions and many bars / restaurants. Excellent communication with property management. House keeping services were exceptional.

Because the property is located near several bars and restaurants, it can get a bit noisy (to be expected).

Everything is exellent -location, cleaness, instructions by host. There is a bus-21 from main rail station to the location (5 min. walk). The host allowed us in the place earlier than the check in time. In the apartment there were all necessary kitchen utensils and instant coffe and even olive oil, salt and vinegar. The apartment is luxury and very clean and well maintanenced. Congratilations! We will come again with pleasure!

The only not very convinient thing is that between the two bedrooms there is no wall only paravan.

The best thing about this property is its location, right in the heart of the old city :) It was quiet though. Very close walking distance to everything; public parking place very close - 2-3 mins walking (not very cheap - 30 Eur/24h, but a very good option if you rent a car) Spacious apartment, codes for entry provided, the owner very helpful.

More of a suggestion - the 2 bedrooms could be better separated by a door or something more sturdy.

Location is fantastic, on quiet little plaza, next to a beautiful plaza with a couple of bar/cafes, on the edge of historic Santa Cruz. We arrived at night and had a late meal by the fires of the heat lamps of one of the cafes, a lovely introduction to Seville. Churrería, bars, cafes, restaurants, taxi stand are all just steps away, and yet it wasn't noisy. We could walk pretty everywhere we wanted to go (about 5 minutes to the Cathedral and Alcázar, 20 minutes across the bridge to the wonderful market in Triana). Quick and inexpensive taxi ride to train station. The room was pretty comfortable and we could control our own heat, though not perfectly. We made an error in the booking and the hosts were expecting a baby instead of a teen and put up a crib, with no sheets for the sofa bed. They got it sorted when we advised them the next day and they were apologetic even though it was probably my fault. Hosts could be reached by email and phone and we met the delightful cleaner, and cleaned and made our beds when she took out the crib. We didn't use the kitchen but it would be useful for anyone staying longer (though in that case the suite would probably be better for a couple or a single person than a family, as there wasn't much room in the front living/kitchen room once the sofa bed was out). There was also a nice communal roof deck that we unfortunately didn't have time to use.

I would have liked to meet the hosts on site, but maybe that is just my own personal preference. We were definitely on our own. The sofa bed mattress wasn't as good as the mattresses in the bedroom. A couple more pillows would be awesome. Do be aware that (in that particular suite) anyone sleeping on the sofa bed has to go through the bedroom to get to the bathroom. Using the codes required a few tries to get them right and figure out how to open the doors. These are all minor quibbles. We were very happy with our accommodations!

The apartment is very clean and easy to access. The location is perfect. They even came and asked if I needed cleaning/housekeeping of the apartment. They were very responsive when I had questions. I strongly suggest this rental. I was in a superior apartment, and noise was no issue for me.

The shower did not have continuous hot water. I did not bother me as it was 34C outside :). Also, the washing machine did not work. Both things did not affect my vacation plans and experience in the apartment!

Very clean and central property with great communication from owner. Access codes to enter. 5mins walk to Cathedral area. Great bars and restaurants outside the property. Excellent in every way and highly recommend.

A plastic partition curtain separates the bedrooms so not private when sharing with friends. It’s the only thing that is dissatisfying about this property. A simple gypsum wall would make all the difference.

Very well equipped and clean apartments in the most perfect location, very close to many tapas bars and restaurants and within walking distance to the main sights in Seville. Hosts were very helpful who gave us lots of recommendations for activities and tapas bars. Pleasant stay, would highly recommend.

Is Small apartment with air conditioning ( very important in Seville in summer ) on the 2nd floor ; There was small kitchen with most necessary resources, tea, sugar, salt, oil, kettle, fridge, pots, flags, dishes, cutlery were available , Washing machine with detergent ; As I said, location is top and the entrance -renovated; Air conditioning ; We stayed 4 nights, it was +40 ; we showered every time we got into the room, on the second evening I asked the owner to change the towels and they were brought the very next morning ; The apartment is located near all sites, you can reach everything within walking distance as well.

The only thing that bothered us a lot was absence of elevator; Going up and down with a suitcase was very exhausting;

The communication was excellent and our stay there was seemless our host arranged our transport from the airport and sent us recommendations for sights and restaurants.. Beds very comfortable. Beautiful fluffy towels were changed every second day. Location couldn't be better and rooftop terrace was lovely even in November.

It might be a good idea to get bowls for the kitchen and when the washing machine gets fixed, visitors will find this facility very useful.
