I loved the location of this hotel - it's 10 min walk to the Cathedral and to the Alcazar. My room was on the top floor, so I didn't hear the gate people complained about. Place was spotless, bed comfy and it was quiet at night.

One of the staff members made fun of my last name. It's a foreign name, and he mispronounced it in a very bad way to show how difficult it is for him. That was done on purpose. I felt awful and hurt - if you make fun of foreigners, don't invite them. I don't think he wanted to hurt me, but jokes about last names are really not funny.

It really was a beautiful facility—all of the tile work and the colors, throughout, were so uplifting. It felt kind of luxurious even though the accommodations were modest. It was spotlessly clean. While I rarely saw anyone around, the proprietors always seemed to be available when I needed them. The location was perfect.

The bathroom down the hall was a little inconvenient, but it was completely workable and very well appointed. It had a wonderful bath I was sorry not to have taken advantage of. Next time. The noise from talking definitely echoes and carries. But, it didn’t seem to bother me in my room.

Located just off the Calle Santa Maria de Blanca providing great walking access to most of the Seville's main attractions. The area is also filled with pastelerias, tapas bar, restaurants and cafe's. The guest quarters are located on 2 and 3rd floors accessed through a flight of stairs nicely decorated with azulejas. There is a solarium that doubles as a loungeing area to enjoy roof top seville. The room as expected tiny with a single comfortable bed. The A/C cooled the room and the ensuite bathroom was nicely set up. Wifi and internet were quite easy to use and connect.

The flight of stairs can be demanding with heavy luggage. Suggest adding electrical outlet that is close to the bedside table for phones, camera, battery pack charging. One other suggestion is to add to the booking information or check in information that the reception opens at 10 am and if arriving earlier to drop off luggage, to knock hard get the host to the door.

Lovely room and although bathroom was separate that wasn't a problem, it was just across the hall. Room small but had everything needed for a few nights stay. The roof terrace is fabulous! A great place for an afternoon drink and bit of a read before heading out for the evening. Brilliant value for money , good location lots of bars and cafes on the street just outside but quiet in the building.

Everything was great, only issue is the main door when closed during night if people come back late does slam quite loudly

We were staying in a room with 2 single beds and external bathroom. The location is wonderful - all the main attractions are within easy reach. Everything was very clean. We appreciated the possibility to leave our bags in the reception before and after check-in times.

The bathroom is indeed outside the room - you have to cross the inner courtyard to reach it, but it locks with a key you're issued, so it's only you using it. Soundproofing isn't great - we could hear snoring from a room somewhere else in the pension which wasn't even located nearby.

Perfect location in old town to walk anywhere. Cosy, comfortable bed, different pillow on request, shower was good water pressure and temp. Nice rooftop terrace area to sit in and get some sun. Nice open terrace in the centre of the rooms letting in light and providing space to sit on ground floor. The room was also serviced every day and cleaned to vey high standards. I loved everything about my stay. I would definitely go back as it is value for money with cheaper prices.

It did not bother me, but note that the room is compact and not the brightest as its between buildings (there are windows and doors that can open for light). I had a single room and bed was a nice size with a bit of space around the bed. There is a storage cupboard thats quite big and there's a chair to sit on (I spent lots of time with my room door open to let in light and space while I read my book). The place was quiet and calm to do that.

-It was ideal for what we needed. A room, with private bathroom, where we can place our belongings and sleep for the night. - the beds, bedroom and bathroom all appeared cleaned and well maintained. - It was located centrally to everything that we needed, whether that be main attractions, shops, dining etc. - The staff were really friendly and we felt welcomed from the moment we walked in.

An addition of a mini fridge would have been ideal in order to store any food bought from the shops/markets. Without a mini fridge one is forced to dine out

I liked the location. It’s close to Plaza de España and the departure point for buses to nearby excursions. All the main attractions are within easy walking distance.

The place is clean and comfortable, but I was bothered by the fact that the bathroom was separate. I was informed about it in advance and thought it wouldn’t be an issue, but it turned out to be.

The hotel is a bit old-fashioned, and what I would call "quaint". It has an interior court-yard area that is open. The room was small, but big enough for my purposes. It felt like I was stepping back in time to another way of life. It was in an area that seemed pretty touristy, with a lot of younger folks. So it seemed more like a party spot.

Perfect location in Barrio Santa Cruz, so easy to walk everywhere. Good value, friendly helpful staff, very clean and comfortable. Quiet at night in spite of being so central.

Internet was very slow on second floor but fine downstairs in the courtyard.
