The hotel is in a very convenient location and only a 10 minute walk from the bus station Prado San Sebastian, where the airport bus picks up/drops off. It's also only a short walk from the hotel to the narrow streets of the old town with the lovely tapas bars and monuments. The room was great, with a comfortable bed and pillows, plenty of hanging space/shelves for a 4-night stay. We would have preferred a walk-in shower but it wasn't possible. And we would have liked a mirror somewhere in the room. The only one was in the bathroom, behind the high sink, which is no use for applying make-up/shaving especially as the bathroom steams up. Everywhere was incredibly clean and the towels were changed every day without having to ask. We were also surprised to receive a free bottle of sparkling wine (on ice) a couple of nights into our stay. The reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful - and had a very good sense of humour! Thank you especially to Luis and Miguel. We didn't have breakfast in the hotel so can't comment but if it's to the same standard as the rest of the hotel then I'm sure it will be good.

No mirror in the bedroom, as mentioned above. Apart from that, everything was very good.

The location was perfect for seeing the main historic parts of Seville and it had loads of perfect restaurants, tapas bars and small plazas in which to eat and enjoy the warm evenings with a number of local Flamenco shows nearby. Most tourist and historic buildings were within a 1 mile radius. Food at the Hotel was only breakfast mainly because there were so many bars and restaurants nearby but the food was excellent and filling. Our room was large, quiet (with windows closed), overlooked the Plaza and was spacious but for our 8 day stay could have had more clothes storage space.

Nothing except the shortage of clothes storage space (adequate for a short 3 to 4 day stay but not for a week or more.

We were extremely impressed by how good the customer service was. A staff member called Juan greeted us as we pulled up in our car outside, grabbed our luggage, helped us up the hotel stairs with our baby's pram and then parked our car for us. Despite being 3 hours early and expecting to wait around, our room was ready early. The staff in general made a massive fuss over our 19 month old daughter and we really felt welcomed in the hotel. We will be coming back. The room was comfortable and the location was in a lovely spot in the old town with some bars and restaurants very close by. On check out at 12noon, we were allowed to keep our car in the garage until when we were ready to go (we went for lunch as the roads were shut in the centre due to the half marathon). Again, we were not expecting this. And every time we left or came back to the hotel, Juan would carry our buggy up the stairs. Easily the best customer service I''ve experienced at a hotel in Spain in some 15 years of travelling around the country.

The reception staff were super helpful and friendly. We appreciated the complimentary bottle of welcome bubbles which was totally unexpected! Comfortable beds and lovely view of the square from our room. Excellent location - only a short walk to The Alcázar, Cathedral and Giralda. Highly recommend visiting Casa de Salinas, which is a 3 min walk away. There is also an amazing tapas restaurant round the corner - La Bartola. We didn’t have the breakfast, but it looked great with lots of choice.

The rooftop pool was a little disappointing as it was really small and not the cleanest however, we were too busy exploring the city to sit up there. Worth heading up there at dusk, as the view is pretty decent and would be amazing with a good sunset.

Hotel is within walking distance of old town and breathtaking cathedral. Go to tourism info office. Very helpful. Taxi from airport costs approx 25 euros. Superior double was comfortable. Good size fridge Great shower. Good size bed. Breakfast was fabulous. Rooftop bar very sunny , no snacks available during our stay so bought savoury filled croissants at health food bar just 30 metres from hotel door - delightful. Took bus 21 - a short walk from hotel to Santa Justa train station 1.4 euros to get train to Cadiz ( could do it as a day trip ) but you must book trains well in advance. Loved Seville. Thriving city. Fabulous atmosphere

Nothing I did not like about hotel but our evening meals were ruined by some very poor Spanish guitar players who then expected financial reward for awful performance. Keep some loose change to hand to get rid of them !

As soon as you enter the hotel it gives you an impressive clean interior not to mention the fragrance all throughout the lobby. We were greeted by lovely receptionists. We were too early and managed to leave our bags but also managed to check in early. The hotel is in perfect location. Rooms are clean and huge. All staff gives you smile and very attentive. We had a lovely surprise of champagne in our room. My daughter loved the pool and the rooftop bar is perfect place to hang out. Breakfast is sumptuous! I highly recommend this hotel. Thank you for all the wonderful staff for making our visit to Seville beautiful!

We rented the four bedroom apartment with our own rooftop terrace. It is located in the courtyard attached to the hotel. Let me just say, it was amazing. With a family of two teenagers, they each had their own room and we all had space to retreat too. The rooftop was beautiful to sit on in the morning sunshine and evening with a glass of wine in the evenings. There are a narrow set of stairs to access, easy and safe but just in case you have trouble with stairs. You have all of the amenities of the hotel, daily housekeeping, access to the restaurant for breakfast and the rooftop terrace bar with fireplaces to keep warm. This hotel does not have a gym, but you have access to one next door if needed. (Just in case, you did not get enough steps in) Everything was immaculate and the beds were very comfortable. If you close the windows, you could definitely sleep in, no noise at all! The location is perfect, with great places to eat right across and down the street. We enjoyed Moya for coffee and brunch. To top it off they sent a bottle of champagne one siesta to say thank you! This was a perfect place to stay! This could easily fit four couples as well with four king size beds and two bathrooms! 10/10

Nothing honestly! Only minor recommendations would be a table top mirror in the two rooms with desks, due to the bathrooms fogging up with showers. This will allow someone else to ready in the room while another in the shower. Also a small table or stool in the back bedroom, so someone could use full length mirror to get ready in. Have a list of go to places in the area for cafes, different restaurant recommendations etc

This hotel is located very centrally, 5 minute walk to the Alcazar and Cathedral. Staff are really lovely, very pleasant and extremely helpful. We didn't have breakfast preferring to try out a few of the local eateries - the library and ofelia and we walked a fair distance to Ananas, all were great. The hotel has a very small pool on the upstairs terrace, but it is a very pokey area, all nooks and crannies and very quiet. So we didn't sit up there, it might be nice in the evening time, but we checked out other restaurants and bars. The room was clean and spacious with good toiletries left everyday. Overall would definitely recommend.

Great location, lovely paved area on the street with early evening musicians. 5 minutes walk to cathedral etc. Great restaurants nearby. El Pasaje next door was delicious, sit outside but also beautiful inside!

It wasn't a problem but we had room S14 overlooking the square. We liked to have the door/window open as the weather was unusually hot in February, so the air conditioning wasn't on. One morning the council emptied the bins at 3am and it was very noisy for quite a while ! But with the windows closed there was no noise, double, double glazing.

Super clean and spacious rooms. The staff were supper kind. The location was very central, close to most of the attraction (walking distance), with many restaurants close by. Even though the hotel was in a busy area, the room was nicely isolated, which made the room very quiet. The bed was very comfortable, we got a large baby bed arranged for us. We also received a nice gift from the hotel, a champagne to enjoy. The hotel has a nice rooftop to sit there and enjoy the view. I'll stay here again whenever i go back to Seville.

The only issue was that the entrance to the hotel had a few stairs, which made it difficult to move the baby stroller into/out of the hotel. However, the staff were always there to help us. They came quickly to assist without asking whenever we were in front of the stairs, so we were still happy with the hotel and had no complain.
