I liked everything about this property the location in old town, the modern design inside, cleanliness and choice of materials, large room with noiseless air conditioning, quality towels replaced every day, nice shower + bidet in bathroom, comfortable bed. Solarium on rooftop with shower to cool off + a small lane pool.

The lane pool hours weren’t convenient since it only opened at 11 am. The pool water had a lot of chlorine, one could smell it from the outside and on a late afternoon there were too many people using it to cool off and relax. Therefore I would suggest management to consider opening earlier in the morning so one could swim before they start the day and avoid the crowd. Out of the two pillows one could be a little softer.

We were warmly welcomed on arrival receiving help with our luggage without even asking. The bedroom was a large bright, airy and very comfortable room. Our room was very quiet at night. The bathroom was spacious and spotless. The room was cleaned every day by very friendly and efficient staff. It was extremely hot in Seville during our stay and a few bottles of water were left in our room every day. The breakfast was excellent. The rooftop terrace is a great asset.

Wonderful experience! ALL the staff were super friendly and helpful. The hotel is very centrally located, just a 5 minute walk to the Giralda, cathedral and Alcazar. But despite its central location, it is also quiet and tucked away in the cobbled alleyways of the old city. The room was lovely, clean, quiet. And the hotel boasts numerous rooftop terraces, all interlinked, with sun lounges, bar chairs and tables, and views over the old town. It was a perfect way to end each day, sitting up there with a glass of wine. It far exceeded our expectations and I would definitely stay there again!

The hotel is in a very convenient location and only a 10 minute walk from the bus station Prado San Sebastian, where the airport bus picks up/drops off. It's also only a short walk from the hotel to the narrow streets of the old town with the lovely tapas bars and monuments. The room was great, with a comfortable bed and pillows, plenty of hanging space/shelves for a 4-night stay. We would have preferred a walk-in shower but it wasn't possible. And we would have liked a mirror somewhere in the room. The only one was in the bathroom, behind the high sink, which is no use for applying make-up/shaving especially as the bathroom steams up. Everywhere was incredibly clean and the towels were changed every day without having to ask. We were also surprised to receive a free bottle of sparkling wine (on ice) a couple of nights into our stay. The reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful - and had a very good sense of humour! Thank you especially to Luis and Miguel. We didn't have breakfast in the hotel so can't comment but if it's to the same standard as the rest of the hotel then I'm sure it will be good.

No mirror in the bedroom, as mentioned above. Apart from that, everything was very good.

The location was perfect for seeing the main historic parts of Seville and it had loads of perfect restaurants, tapas bars and small plazas in which to eat and enjoy the warm evenings with a number of local Flamenco shows nearby. Most tourist and historic buildings were within a 1 mile radius. Food at the Hotel was only breakfast mainly because there were so many bars and restaurants nearby but the food was excellent and filling. Our room was large, quiet (with windows closed), overlooked the Plaza and was spacious but for our 8 day stay could have had more clothes storage space.

Nothing except the shortage of clothes storage space (adequate for a short 3 to 4 day stay but not for a week or more.

The hotel location is stellar. A close walk to the major attractions, and surrounded by restaurants. We did not need transportation other than the airport run. The bar area where most nightlife happens is close by, but not so close that it disrupts those who want to sleep. The hotel is modern anvery clean. The rooftop terrace is large and divided into unique levels and sections, so guests are not on top of one another. The rooftop pool is small, but was never overcrowded during our stay in June. To escape the afternoon Sevilla heat, we used the pool way more than we thought. There's a great towel service and cocktail bar on the roof too. Air conditioning and water pressure were great. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options that met our North American preferences. Lots of fresh fruit and juices.

The only downside was that the walls (or floors) are thin. We had a crying child on our floor and it sounded like they were in the room with us. You can hear people in neighbouring rooms coughing etc...

We were extremely impressed by how good the customer service was. A staff member called Juan greeted us as we pulled up in our car outside, grabbed our luggage, helped us up the hotel stairs with our baby's pram and then parked our car for us. Despite being 3 hours early and expecting to wait around, our room was ready early. The staff in general made a massive fuss over our 19 month old daughter and we really felt welcomed in the hotel. We will be coming back. The room was comfortable and the location was in a lovely spot in the old town with some bars and restaurants very close by. On check out at 12noon, we were allowed to keep our car in the garage until when we were ready to go (we went for lunch as the roads were shut in the centre due to the half marathon). Again, we were not expecting this. And every time we left or came back to the hotel, Juan would carry our buggy up the stairs. Easily the best customer service I''ve experienced at a hotel in Spain in some 15 years of travelling around the country.

Location: amazing! Close to all the restaurants, little stores, The cathedral, close to Alcazar. The Room was cozy, modern, love the bathrooms and the bed !. Breakfast was awesome! We loved it! The staff was so nice to us! We didn't expect champagne ! That was a BONUS, it was for our Wedding Anniversary and our friend' Birthday was June 30 and ALSO got a bottle. Thanks so much for all the staff at the lobby, very kind, they suggested and we went to see the best flamenco show! The short time we spent at the hotel in Seville; it was magnificent! Ah! the rooftop pool is very nice too, you have umbrellas to get cover ( it was HOT days ) but it felt so nice up there .

Fantastic location, quiet but still close to everything. Comfy bed and well maintained and clean bathroom and room. Very friendly staff was very friendly and accommodating when we wanted to stay a bit longer because our flight was delayed, great aiconditioning in the room, swimming pool on the roof all made the extreme heat (even for Sevilla) bearable. Would definitely recommend.

The small swimming pool was rather warm (not really to refresh or swim) and there were few places to lounge next to it (but plenty of other places and nooks to go on the rest of the roof terraces). Was still very nice on the hottest days of the year, with a breeze.

Very clean and comfortable hotel. The staff was very kind and offered to help us carrying the stroller up and down the reception stairs every time. The location is superb with all major attractions within walking distance and some nice places for lunch and dinner just outside. (Paid) on-site parking was definitely a plus, but beware of the very small streets in the city center, you will brush your tires against the sidewalk at some point. I would not recommend renting a car larger than a Nissan QashQai or the sorts if you want to make it to the hotel with your rims and mirrors intact. Locals all drive with mirrors folded inwards in some streets to allow for easier passing.
