Location was great. Easy access to the areas that I wanted to visit. The host provided good suggestions for restaurants and touring. Do check out Almazan cafe nearby on Calle San Esteban. Best breakfast ever and great service!

It was a little bit plain compared to some of my other stays but overall very comfortable. There were no basic supplies in the kitchen besides dishes and pots and pans. It is nice to have a few basics like salt and pepper, olive oil, tea and sugar. There was a surprising amount of noisy fast traffic at night on this otherwise small, quiet street.

A great place to stay in the centre of Seville. A perfect locacion, a quiet yard, a very helpful host. He sent clear instructions how to collect the key and also recommendations of places to visit and restaurants. He was very fast to respond to all our queations. He also let us enter earlier than 15.00. The apartment is very cosy and comfortable. It had all that is needed. The bed is large and very comfortable. I highly recommend this apartment!

Plenty of room with lovely views and fresh air. Came with a washing machine and coffee pots too. Pretty central to lots of things. A lift yo take us to the 3rd floor!!! Communication with owner easy and great.

Everything was fine, something’s a little worn out. I’d like to see some basic condiments like sugar, oil, salt & pepper provided in kitchens as these are hard to buy and carry around on holidays. Rarely use the kitchens as these aren’t provided.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Novalia Home Suite, and I have to say, it was one of the best ever. The apartment itself is spacious, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. It's situated in a heart of the city in a vibrant neighborhood with plenty of great restaurants, historical sites, and shops within walking distance. But despite its central location, the apartment is surprisingly quiet and peaceful, making it the perfect retreat after a busy day of sightseeing. Of course, no great Airbnb experience is complete without a great host, and Javier is truly exceptional. From the moment I booked the apartment, Javier was incredibly communicative and helpful, providing detailed instructions for check-in and offering plenty of tips and recommendations for things to do in the area. In short, I can't recommend Novalia Home Suite highly enough. If you're looking for a comfortable, stylish, and conveniently located apartment with an exceptional host, this is the place to stay. I look forward to returning soon!

Perfect! Couldn't find better-best location possible, everything is on walkable distance. Clean and nicely decorated place, very pleasant to stay. Check-in/out procedure went smoothly, Javier is helpfull and professional. Well done!

Good location in the old town, nice layout, good light, quite comfortable. Javier was a very nice host and was in touch prior to our stay to be sure to greet us us and show us the apartment. We don’t speak Spanish and Javier does not speak much English, but it didn’t really matter. We got the just of it and felt comfortable that Javier would be available promptly to help us with any questions through Google translate. He gave us excellent recommendations for food and drink via Whatsapp

The property is a tad dated and tired. The entrance court could have used some nicer landscaping. The bathroom could use a bit of a scrub in the corners. Towels a bit scratchy.. But none of this was a real problem for us.

Great location for all sites..quiet street..elevator..WiFi..comfortable..clean..charming apartment in old quarter close to supermarket..cafes..shops..easy taxi ride from train station..host Javier was the best he will help with all your questions.

We liked most things , only thing l can criticize is that it very cluttered with furnishings , l think it is a Spanish thing , they like to have tables and all sort of stuff, but in saying that , is was cosy .

The apartment is really great, looks amazing, is placed in a good zone with walking distances to see everything. The owner Javier is a really great host, he waited us to give us the key but also shared with us some recommendations of restaurants and terraces where to have a drink. The space in the apartment is more than enough for 2 persons, it has also a small kitchen in case you want to prepare something. Definitely would recommend this location.
