Loved the location, we were bang in the centre. Nice outdoor garden, and apartment, although quite dated, was very spacious, comfortable & clean. Staff were great and very helpful, answering queries quickly and organising parking for us. It was great value for the money and we would definitely use it again.

We were disappointed that we booked for 4 ppl but only 3 beds & 3 sets of towels set up. I had to go looking for towels, sheets & borrow the double throw from the main bedroom and make up my bed, although there was a blanket in wardrobe, but it was too heavy to use. The downstairs toilet door would not close at all and there was no lock on the door to hold it closed. The kitchen could really do with a cupboard to store your food. These points were not a deal breaker for us. They are easy resolved.

The apartment is spacious and clean, the two bedrooms are a plus rather than a sofa bed, The apartment is in a lovely little area, some nice little restaurants and bars 5 min walk away, mu children especially liked the Ice-cream shop, and the fact it was 11 pm when they were eating it, 20 mins walk away from the cathedral and plaza de Espania we only has a couple of hours to cram in as much as we could, hopefully we can return in the future to rhis beautiful city

Take ear plugs, 8am the chairs upstairs like to be moved around and everyone like to wear high heels to walk downstairs, no wine glasses

The apartment has more than enough space for two persons, looks good decorated but little bit needs repairing in some parts, but it really doesn't matter at all when you visiting Seville. Perfect location - in the historical center and 15 minutes walking to the bus/train station. We really enjoyed staying there.

We liked the location—we were a 15-minute walk from any major sight in Old Town. The building felt secure, and the neighborhood seemed completely safe (at all hours). We were also pleasantly surprised by the size of the apartment—there was plenty of "elbow" room (which is not always the case in other compact apartments in Europe) as well as good closet and storage space (especially in the bedroom). Most importantly, the staff that took care of housekeeping and maintenance were pleasant, professional and thorough...and overall customer service from SINGULAR was great.

When staying in one place for several weeks (like we did), little maintenance issues eventually happen: a light bulb goes out, a toilet seat or a door needs adjusting, etc., ...but here's the thing: SINGULAR management was quick to respond to every request (we used WhatsApp with them) and the issue was always resolved in short order. One thing that wasn't an issue for us this trip was the fact that we didn't have a car; if we had, then the lack of parking would've been a challenge.

We were able to check in early - at 11.30am instead of 4.00pm. The apartment is in a good location. It’s very clean and has all the necessary cups, plates, pans etc. The terrace was a decent size. There was a good bread shop (Panypiu) just around the corner.

Bedroom was a bit dark. Both of us wanted a more powerful light on the ceiling.

The apartment was great. Lots of room, great set up with all the fixings you need for a short stay. Great colours. It was within walking distance of all the attractions we wanted to see and close to lots of restaurants, cafes and shops. Checkling in was easy with door codes and lock boxes. Staff were more than happy to help with any queries we had.

Wifi was not very good.

could have been a bit cleaner in the decoration department, needs a lick of paint and a spruce up all over. ants in kitchen area.

Loved the roof terrace even though there's no view it was a lovely area to sit for breakfast. Handy for everything when we eventually went the right way. Great having 2 bathrooms when it was 4 females sharing.

We arrived late, couldn't find anywhere to get water so a bottle of water in the fridge would have been nice. Furniture a bit dated but we weren't in much do that didn't matter as it was clean.

The location is superb, could not be better situated. So much architectural beauty, restaurants, parks, basic necessities on the doorstep. Would definitely recommend.

Had a lovely stay at the apartment. Location was great and the apartment was perfect for a family of four. They provided a free baby cot (thanks). After checking in, we parked our car for free on Calle Porvenir (near Maria Luisa park). It's about a 25/30 minute walk to the apartment, but the route is beautiful (through the park).
