The location was perfect. The beds were so comfortable which was appreciated after hours of exploring. The staff were very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. When we needed something such as an iron, it was bought up immediately. Plenty of choice at breakfast.

We weren’t so keen on the bathroom set up. The door was not designed to close properly or lock. The partitioning was not ideal if needing to use the bathroom during the night, the light shone through and woke other people in the room. The hairdryer was also fixed to the wall in the bathroom so couldn’t be used if other people were showering. This was resolved quickly however when an alternative was bought up when requested.

-Awesome & Friendly staff (I have delt with Ameena, she was very Supportive). - They serve a free coffee you may enjoy it in the terrace. - Clean & Comfy Rooms. - Location was perfect, few minutes' walk to the attractions such as Royal Alcazar, Seville cathedral & the Others. - Many Restaurants & Cafes are around. - Carrefour was nearby, around 3 Minutes' walk away. - Around 25 Minutes' Walk to Santa Justa Main Station. Met my expectations.

Booking.com pre booked taxi was a no show! I rang the driver’s number and was at first met with a grunt and then three no answers. Took a taxi into town…no problem…other than 30€ down the swanee and 20 minutes wasted…booking.com works fine until there is a problem of any description and then look out…no contact possible. It will be interesti g to see if anyone contacts me afternthis review. ..I somehow don’t think so. So a big fat zero for booking.com …Stephan

Location is very good, about 5 minutes walk from major sites like Catherdral or Alcazár palace. Room is within the historic building, spacious and clean. WC is big and clean. Plenty of electric sockets. WiFi is present. Bed is cosy. Breakfast is very good. Reception works properly, Ruben was especially helpful.

Small minus: only one chair in the room and no kettle/tea pot/cups to make drinks in the evening. Small remark: space allows to place bidet in the toilet, which is missing. And we did not find the toilet brush.

Everyone at the hotel was very friendly and helpful. They gave us good recommendations for places to visit, how to navigate the city, etc. The location is perfect. It’s close to major attractions, walking distance to bus/tram stations, and it’s surrounded by amazing cafe, bars, and restaurants. Their breakfast had a wonderful selection of comfortable/traditional breakfast food and local flavors, as well as fresh fruits - it really created a “good vibe” to start a day in Seville :)

Nothing!

The hotel was at walk distance form the center and to the restaurants area. The breakfast was excellent and included almost everything . Fresh fruit was always available and of good quality. Reception was always kind and willing to help.

The only annoying thing was the air conditioning in the room which had an air jet aiming directly at the bed. One could only either turn it on or completely off since even the lowest level was still too strong. Even raising the temperature set was not improving things.

The location is great, our room was very nice, i.e. because it had a beautiful terrace leading to the courtyard. The breakfast was good. The staff at the reception was also very nice and helpful.

The aircon from the overall building was very noisy so we couldn't leave our windows open over night. While the staff at reception were very friendly, the staff responsible for breakfast were not. The breakfast room also doesn't feel very nice because its very narrow and feels cramped so you feel like you are in a train station a bit. It's better when you can sit in the courtyard but that wasn't always the case. For an otherwise spacious hotel, this was a bit disappointing. Also for a 4 star hotel, we found things in the room broken. They were all quickly fixed but nonetheless, it shouldn't have to be us alerting staff there is an issue. And the hotel is in such a beautiful building but then lacks a bit of the same charm the outside presents.

The staff team could not have been more welcoming, helpful and efficient. The hotel is in a fabulous location for exploring the main attractions of Seville, we could walk everywhere. We were a group of friends and had triple rooms which worked out well. The Reception staff were lovely and very helpful with recommendations, making restaurant and taxi bookings. The breakfast team kept the varied buffet well stocked and were also all very friendly. The housekeeping team did a fantastic room refresh while we were at breakfast, and the whole hotel was spotless.

The bathroom within the room is a 'pod' formed of frosted glass, with a swing door that doesn't latch or lock shut. This was OK, but if someone gets up in the night use of the bathroom light turns the whole glass pod into a huge light, and the lack of door closure and thin walls means there is a perceived lack of privacy - fine for family and very close friends. There is a set if recycling bins below the windows which local bars and restaurants fill with glass all through the night, and they are very noisily emptied in the early hours. Not something the hotel can control, and friends using earplugs were undisturbed, but we had our balcony doors open so it was very loud! Perhaps rooms on the other side would be fine (we were 114)

Very friendly reception staff helped us with an early check-in and gave us great advice about things to see in Seville. Hotel was spotlessly clean. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Excellent location.

It's a beautiful building, and a perfectly good hotel, but somehow the conversion to a hotel lost a bit of the charm of the original building. The door to the ensuite didn't seal and didn't have a lock.

The staff was exceptional! Amalda at the front desk was extremely nice ! The overnight gentleman also said were really helpful! (Had to go to the hospital with a friend and they gave us perfect directions and suggestions) The location cannot get better : central but quiet ! Love it. The breakfast looked great (I don’t eat in the morning but it was served in the patio and the buffet looked fresh ) Nice bathrooms ! Comfy basic guest rooms.

Nothing really. I would have loved a tea kettle in the room but it is more of a wish or personal preference.
