Great Stay in the Heart of Seville I stayed at Joya del Casco boutique hotel by Shiadu with my friend, and we both had a wonderful time. The location is perfect—just a short walk from the stunning Seville Cathedral, and also near a vibrant shopping area, making it ideal for both sightseeing and shopping. Despite being so central, the hotel remains quiet and peaceful, providing a relaxing escape after a busy day of exploring. The hotel itself is spotless, with well-maintained rooms that are comfortable and inviting. The bed was particularly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep for both of us after long days of sightseeing. We also thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast, which offered a good variety of delicious options to start our day. A highlight of our stay was the rooftop, which offers a beautiful view of the cathedral. It’s the perfect spot to unwind, especially with the small swimming pool available for a refreshing dip. The staff, especially Miguel, were outstanding. He was incredibly friendly and always ready with helpful recommendations that made our stay even better. A special thanks to Miguel for his exceptional hospitality! Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Seville. The great location, excellent service, comfortable beds, tasty breakfast, and amazing rooftop with a view make it the ideal place to stay in the city.

The hotel's location is superb, right in the heart of Seville's historic district, making it convenient to explore the city's attractions. The blend of traditional Andalusian charm with modern elegance in the decor created a warm and inviting atmosphere. My room was pristine and stylish, with comfortable bedding and thoughtful amenities. The rooftop terrace was a standout feature, offering stunning views of the city and a refreshing pool. The staff's exceptional hospitality and helpfulness made my stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast was a daily treat, featuring fresh, local produce and deliciously prepared dishes.

A beautiful Boutique hotel in a very central location (but still feels quiet as not on main part of street). Very clean, chic, and comfortable. I loved the library and lounge areas! Pool is not heated but this is fine in the hot weather as very refreshing. Terrace and pool both very clean. Very tasty and varied breakfast, and 24 hours tea and coffee facilities in reception a lovely touch. What makes this place extra special is the staff - nothing was too much trouble for them and they were so friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is perfectly located with all the famous sights and good restaurants on the doorstep, whilst also being on a quiet part of the street. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble and they even made me gluten and lactose free pancakes for breakfast. The breakfast buffet is especially good anyway. The roof terrace has a brilliant view of the Cathedral. The room was very comfortable and the communal area downstairs is quiet and peaceful with a gallery library and tea and coffee making facilities.

Staff, especially Joanna, were super helpful, especially as our airline had lost our luggage. The team gave us some great recommendations for dining, trips and shopping and were so pleasant… Hotel is in a brilliant location - very central and a great base for exploring the old town, which in my opinion was the best place to be.

The only down side was not having a bar in the hotel to enjoy a nightcap which I think would have made for a great addition, but the location of the hotel is excellent so plenty of places around … Also, our room was especially dark, but not sure if that could be changed.

The hotel was beautiful so pretty and traditional looking in a brilliant central location. As you walk in it’s cool clean bright and fresh. The hotel has been very tastefully modernised. All the staff were fantastic happy and friendly nothing was too much trouble, thank you. We love boutique hotels and this is one of the best. The breakfast was amazing always a treat to start our day. The coffee and treats available during the day so thoughtful . The roof top pool and terrace amazing after sightseeing and what a beautiful friendly city. We enjoyed every minute. Well done x

Very near to Cathedral, lovely breakfast, quiet area.

Not enough umbrellas on the roof top near pool , need more shade in the intense heat , TV no netfix, or Prime etc, room very dark especially bathroom, but good for just a few days stay. We were left stranded at the airport because our taxi cancelled on us , we called the hotel reception to inform them and was hoping they would arrange to get us to the hotel or give information, we had no idea what bus to get and it took us over an hour to arrive having to walk to hotel .

The staff were fab- especially the girl on reception(did not catch her name) she really went above and beyond with recommendations and tips! The hotel is lovely and an amazing location. The rooftop was a real plus for us with a lovely wee pool, sunbeds and tables and chairs with a view of the Cathedral- such a great place to relax after sightseeing! The breakfasts were also a highlight- lovely fresh selection that changed every day. We would highly recommend it!

The air con in the room wasn’t amazing but as we were there in October this wasn’t a massive issue!

It is a boutique hotel - very neat and tidy. The staff was excellent: friendly and very responsive to our requests. The room was very clean, and the daily housekeeping was perfect every day. Nice toiletries throughout. The terrace was also beautiful, with a beautiful view of the Giralda.

The breakfast could have been a bit more generous. Nice but limited. Also, there is no handheld shower head in the spacious shower, which is a bit of an inconvenience. There is only the overhead rainfall shower mounted on the ceiling.

A really charming hotel! We had 6 great nights here - all of the staff were so sweet and welcoming, the room was lovely with a balcony window and a good sized bathroom, and the breakfast, as everyone mentions, was absolutely superb. It was in a brilliant location too - 30min walk from the train station and really easy to get across the city to lots of interesting attractions and hidden gems. We also had a beer on the rooftop which has a stunning view over the city. And a note that it’s around the corner from Naked & Famous, an absolutely awesome spot for interesting cocktails.

Our only issue was that we thought the air con in our room wasn’t working but in actual fact the hotel doesn’t turn it on until the end of March so that’s something to bear in mind. The street is busy and noisy outside so it’s not easy to sleep with the window open if it’s very warm and we do come from somewhere that’s usually cold at night! The team did offer to move us to a room with two windows instead of one but we acclimatised eventually to the warm nights. We still loved our stay but wish we’d been able to make the room cool.
