How central it was to all the most popular sites

It was extremely difficult to find, I had an address via what’s app but there are no signs or clear door number etc to identify the property a photo of the frontage alongside the what’s app instructions would have been helpful (I have added to this review) or a note stating that it was next to a cocktail bar would’ve helped !

The location was absolutely spot on! Walkeable to everywhere and right in the heart of the city. The property's terrace was another highlight which we extremely enjoyed. The staff was very communicative and friendly and we were asked every single day if we wanted the apartment cleaned. The apartment was very spacious and comfortable. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Sevilla.

There are just a few minor things that I want to mention here. Firstly, you can hear everyone entering their rooms all the time. Since you enter the apartment directly through the elevator with a code, the noises sometimes made it creepy at night. Another thing I feel like could be added to the apartment is a safety locker, since - as I said - you enter the apartment with a code and not a key or card. Just for the sake of feeling secure when you store your passport or valuable belongings :) last but not least, I feel like some parts of the apartment could benefit from a renovation (bathroom (walls), hair dryer) since the accommodation is - in my opinion - on the pricier side.

The apartment is absolutely amazingly located. The two rooftop terraces are wonderful and offer a retreat from the city when you need it, with views that are unbelievable. The aircon in the bedroom allows for you to sleep well on even the hottest days (35 degrees Celsius on most days of our visit).

There was a noticeable smell of a drain on a couple of days, possibly one of the showers! We would also have preferred slightly higher quality pillows… but these are small issues and the apartment really is wonderful.

Located within very short walking distance to the major sights. Staff was very quick to answer questions, and resolve issue. Room had the major amenities like coffee, and coffee machine, cutlery at the kitchenette, sandwich mini grill, toiletries, clean towels, hairdryer.

Lights by one side of bed did not function, sliding door of bathroom does not close completely ( there is an inch of gap when entire sliding glass door is closed), some hair ball and dust found at corner of bedside ( next to glass wall of bathroom), bed is very comfortable, 2 bottles of water provided free of charge.

The code to outside door was sent via email, entertainment options available along with champagne and strawberry were superb, the view of cathedral was exceptional, wonderful restaurants at your doorstep and central location, all sightseeing locales within walking distance, tried booking for next year but already booked.

It was Holy Week so it was super crowded, so I learned to slow down and wait for crowds to move. The religious parades down the streets were solemn and heartfelt.

Excellent location, super central. Good amenities, comfy bed and this particular room had a huge bathroom which was a pleasant surprise! Staff were great at communicating.

The property is central and it can get noisy. This is no negative reflection on the property as it did not take away from our stay as we are well aware that to be so well located will mean potential noise from bars/restaurants. Just an FYI for other guests who are more precious about this sort of thing!

The property is in the city center, right next to Giralda. It was a second floor, had elevator, the room was spacious and the bathroom was to die for. We were blessed enough to go on the holly week, the property was so well located, we could see the procession going out the cathedral and going around. It was absolutely breath taking. I highly recommend.

Nothing, everything was spot on

We stayed for 3 nights. It is in a great location walking distance from just about everything. The only time we needed a taxi was for the ride from and to the train station. Our room was not ready when we arrived, but the staff held our luggage and gave us recommendations for lunch. We had a very small room that included a refrigerator and coffee maker. Breakfast is not included but there a plenty of restaurants nearby. Our room was a bit cramped. I was not thrilled with how the bathroom was made, but it was big and everything worked. Between the cathedral bells ringing every hour and nearby bars and restaurants, it was a bit noisy, but we had no problem sleeping. All in all, I would not hesitate to stay here again.

A fantastic choice for accommodation in Sevilla! We stayed here for our New Year's holiday. Clean, Central, They have a friendly management style. They celebrated our New Year by leaving a bottle of cava in the room. They messaged daily for room service, and whenever we had a need, they provided a solution.In terms of price/performance, it offers excellent value. Yes, the room doesn't have a view. There is no window facing outside, but you can choose accordingly by making a payment preference.We will visit again!

Gorgeous apartment close to the cathedral. The staff were fantastic and communication / organisation was simple and very effective. The apartment was clean, comfortable and very modern. I feel that the accommodation was very good value for money too. Highly recommended.
