Location was great, great roof top terrace with a little plunge pool if your in the warmer time of the year would be great. We had a slight issue with the toaster tripping out the electrics, but we sent a message via WhatsApp and they came and put another in the apartment straight away.

What I didn't like was when we booked we had to extend our stay by one day due to our flights being changed, and we were told we couldn't amend the booking. We then booked the same apartment for the one extra day as a separate booking which made no sense to me as it was available for the date we wanted. Only had 2 mugs for an apartment with 3 bedrooms and 4 people staying, could do with a little bit more cutlery etc. But apart from that was great would definitely go back.

The view from the terrace was spectacular. The location is on a great street for bars and restaurants. Really the best. Proximity to the cathedral and all main sites Large showers. Support for any issues was prompt and helpful

The duplex appartment had no external windows, just facing the enclosed courtyard. The terrace has limited opening hours. It would be good to be able to access for later evenings and early mornings Pool was tiny and cool but ok to dip feet into.

Stunning apartment in the perfect central location. Check in and access to the apartment was easy via a keycode system - very useful as we arrived in the early hours of the morning after a late flight. The apartment was spotlessly clean, and was superbly well-equipped with air-conditioning, dishwasher and washing machine / tumble dryer. The stylish fixtures, fittings and decoration were all of extremely high quality. The building is on a busy and lively street but the shutters on the windows worked very well to keep the flat cool and quiet.

Nothing - we all loved this amazing apartment. A useful addition might be a small desk and mirror in the bedroom for make-up etc.

Apartment was lovely and clean and the location was fantastic, 5 minute walk to the cathedral and palace with plenty of lovely restaurants outside the door. The online check in was so easy and efficient. We made good use of the lovely rooftop area, I loved sitting up there in the mornings with my coffee taking in the views of the cathedral. There was a locker on the first floor where you could get extra coffee, towels and plug adapters which came in very handy as we only brought one between three people. I’d definitely stay here again.

The smell of the drains in the main bathroom but I’d already been aware of that from previous reviews. It wouldn’t stop me returning again.

We had an excellent stay at this apartment in Sevilla! Its central location made it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. The apartment was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities to ensure a comfortable stay.

The only thing to be aware of is that on certain days, there can be some noise and music until late at night. However, this didn't detract from our overall positive experience. If you're looking for a place that's close to the heart of Sevilla, this apartment is a fantastic choice!

This hotel was quite nice. Check-in and out is done entirely online, there is no reception present in the building; which is really a building of apartments. This worked fine for us, the door code we received worked for both the outside door and the door to our room. We did not have any issues during our stay. We were in apartment 03 which is a two bed/two bath appartment on the ground floor. The apartment itself is two floors, with the second bedroom and bathroom upstairs. The showers were both walk-in. The entryway to the building does have 2-3 steps up to the main floor, but a wheelchair lift is also available. The location is nice, in a cute street one block away from the Catedral de Sevilla, very central to many sights. There are taxis available near the cathedral. The Royal Alcazar is less than 10 minutes away on foot, and the Plaza de Espana about 25 minutes by foot. The hotel was well air-conditioned and clean.

Not really a big negative, but a bit strange, the apartment had no windows facing the outdoors. Instead all windows faced inward to the inner courtyard. There was some noise from other guests, but nothing too disruptive. The rooftop pool is quite small, compared to the pictures, and did not appear well-cleaned. The view from the roof was nice, but we did not spend much time there.

Spacious, white and bright. I love that the living room was separate from the bedroom and bathroom. My husband watched tv late and I did not hear it because of the separation. Plenty of closet space. Strong water pressure and hot water. The washer was a plus and was able to wash dirty clothes. The pool was a plus after walking all day seeing the museums, etc., after a hot day in Seville. We were not able to get our large SUV rental in the garage to another property that was offered to us by Numa. However, it was convenient to park at the Roma public garage nearby and take a cab because we had large suitcases. The location was perfect to wonderful sights, restaurants,and beautiful shops. I can’t wait to come back and stay at this place again. I highly recommend it.

The fact that it does not have parking, but, that is to be expected in this part of Seville. I would suggest that the hotel recommends its guests to park at the Roma Public garage at all times. I had already prepaid for the parking at Jondo (another property owned by Numa). The money should be refunded to my credit card. It was super exasperating to get there and see that there was no way we would be able to park our large SUV.

Very nice updated apartment with a great location. The rooftop area is nice. The pool is small but was nice on a hot day. The view from the rooftop is the Seville cathedral. Ample supply of dishwasher and washing machine tablets. Comfortable bed and pillows. Updated and clean bathrooms. Check in and room codes worked well. Lots of apartments are now doing this and it has worked well for us. You don’t have to wait for anyone to let you in and you don’t have to worry about a physical key.

The sofa had quite a few stains and we had to cover it with towels. It should be cleaned. Cushion covers can typically be washed in cold water or have it cleaned professionally. Also, the back windows face an internal dark area and are frosted. The front windows are the only natural light and have curtains and face the inner courtyard. So, lack of natural light.

Lovely apartment with a superb location. Apartment was very clean and modern with nice touches of free snacks and drinks. Aparment was very well located in the town and only a few minutes walk to the main tourist sites. Early checkin and luggage lockers when leaving were great additions.

Not much not to like other than sound proofing between apartments was not great. Was fine for the majority of the stay but when the guests in the neighbouring apartment arrived, you really knew it! Numa WhatsApp messaging service was quick to help though and was really useful when we had Wi-Fi problems. Free earplugs also helped with the noise!

Location great ,liked en-suite for each room, liked to look out at the street from the balcony. Liked the inner courtyard with table and chairs outside the bedroom patio doors and the roof top terrace to sit and enjoy the sun.Also good idea to have cupboards with essentials so you could top up with tea,coffee ,towels etc if you ran out.

Found the luggage lockers a bit hard to work out so we felt they were locked but when we did they were great to leave suitcases in on the last day and we had another full day sightseeing . Cannot think of anything else negative to say!
