The hotel is perfectly located for a sightseeing holiday. Easy to find providing you look for the right U-Sense hotel (I think there are 4 in Seville). The room was spacious and clean. I liked the beverage facilities downstairs which meant a nice cup of coffee served in bed (my husband went down each morning). All the staff were friendly and helpful. The front desk pointed us in the right direction, suggested restaurants and methods of transport, and even printed our boarding passes. The cleaning staff were asked not to use perfumed cleaning products and they happily obliged.

The bathroom. It was perfectly okay and the water was piping hot but the shower unit requires maintenance. The shower tray was insecure and leaked onto the floor, and the tiling was black in some areas.

Centrally located minutes away from most of the sightseeing place like Seville Catheral, Real Alzacar, etc. All Cafes/ bars around old town, Plaza Nueva and surroundings are nearby and also the taxi stand to explore Seville further. making this an excellent place for stay in Seville. The hotel has a quaint charm, and rooms are nice and clean and we didn’t find it very noisy though it is so centrally located. There is a common tea/coffee maker to use at your convenience in the reception area and staff are polite and helpful.

Located a short distance from the Seville Cathedral, the hotel was also close to many restaurants with a variety of cuisines. Breakfast at the hotel was basic meats, cheeses, pastries and fruit. Fresh orange juice and coffee were also available. Note the hotel is down a pedestrian alley so there is a short walk if taxi or Uber is used. Staff was helpful they arranged an early morning taxi pick up and always greeted us when we entered or left the hotel. We selected the terrace room which had a view of the Seville Cathedral.

We enjoyed everything and the hotel met our expectations.

We booked U-Sense Sevilla Centro (a) because it was so central and (b) because it was a small hotel and personal. It didn't disappoint. Staff were very professional and helpful. Breakfast was a very good continental including fresh pastries, bread, rolls ,cold meats and cheese. You can help yourself at the the superb coffee machine- 24 hours. The room was spotless and couldn't fault it. It was so easy to see everything in the Old Town. The hotel is literally 5 mins from Seville Cathedral.

Very central and convenient location, just 2 minutes from the Seville Alcazaba, with lots of restaurants around and taxi stand. The staff were nice and friendly and the room was spacious.

Finding the hotel for the first time can be a bit tricky, especially if the taxi drops you on the other side, as the hotel is inside a narrow lane where cars cannot enter (typical of Seville old town). The best way is to come to Alcazaba taxi stand and walk from there.

Everything went perfectly on our trip to Seville, from the magnificent city to the comfortable hotel, which is located in the old part of Seville, next to the Cathedral. The hotel is clean, cozy, always smelled good. We got a room with a view of the Giralda. And it was great! The cosmetics in the room are beyond praise. Speaking about, the receptionists, they are very friendly and always ready to help with advice. Our trip was a success! I recommend the hotel to everyone without a doubt.

Lovely room with beautiful terrace in the perfect location. Although doesn’t immediately appear as such being such a small boutique hotel, it is family friendly. The staff were super welcoming to our toddler, and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The travel cot in our room had a full matching bedding set on it, and she had her own towels folded up just like the adults, a lovely touch as a lot of places make you feel like an inconvenience for travelling with your child. The terrace room we had was perfect and beautifully presented with all the amenities we needed. Breakfast was the perfect start to the day of exploring in Seville, the staff were always so lovelyCan’t thank them enough, wish we stayed longer!

If a hotel is willing to provide a travel cot I would maybe expect just a cheap basic high chair available for breakfast. Not a criticism, only a suggestion!

Fantastic location right in the heart of the old town , so easy access to all attractions and bars and restaurants. Outside space , had room 31 on top floor so were able to sit outside on balcony with views of the cathedral with a glass of wine at night when all lit up. Coffee machine in room. Very clean. Friendly and helpful staff Bathroom toiletries.

Bed and pillows firmer than what we’re used to.

Seville is my favourite place to visit and this delightful little hotel in the very centre of the city is perfect in every way for a single, more mature traveller like myself. The exceptionally friendly staff always make me feel so welcome and help to make my stay such a special one. I can't wait to come again.

This was my 4th time here so obviously I don't have any complaints!

A clean location, equipped with everything you need for a dream stay. It is close to the Cathedral and other tourist attractions. Cam 31 and 32 are sensational!!! Friendly staff, smiling and always attentive to the needs of the client. Congratulations for everything you do and are! I gladly recommend for a wonderful vacation!
