The staff were lovely and very helpful. This was the first leg of a trip to southern Spain to celebrate our 20-year anniversary. In advance of our stay, I communicated with them, and they booking dinner reservations and flamenco at our request. Also, I had wanted to buy a couple of the coffee cups from the room. Unfortunately they were not available while there, but the staff remembered and got in touch with us when they were available, facilitating sending us the mugs as a wonderful memento of our stay. The breakfast was also wonderful - plentiful and fresh. Finally, the room was beautiful and comfortable with an amazing view of the cathedral from the small veranda! Great location, closer to everything.

We loved our stay at this hotel. Location couldn’t be better. Hotel is very nicely designed, modern, clean and staff are super friendly and helpful. Breakfast as well as all other bites and drinks we had, were all very good. It was a big bonus to have such a nice rooftop terrace including swimming pool. It enabled us to also spend half a day just enjoying the sun and pool. Overall, it made for a memorable and excellent stay!

There were two different pillows to choose from and they were quite big. So overall that’s a luxury. However, they could’ve been slightly smaller for us such that they sleep more easily. But this was a minor point and we slept very well.

This is an absolutely beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of Seville. Attention has been given to every detail. The finishes are beautiful, the rooms are spacious and extremely comfortable. The roof top deck is gorgeous with incredible views of the city. Steps to everything. The staff exceptionally courteous and helpful.

Excellent hotel. Wonderful. Everything was perfect, from breakfast to dinner. Seville is beautiful and this hotel is fantastic. The reception was super wonderful. The room was spectacular, clean, cozy and had the best shower in the world. The friendliness of all the staff made all the difference. The best hotel I've ever stayed at and I'm a regular at excellent hotels.

The hotel is beautifully presented and extremely well located in the centre of Seville. It is minutes away from Real Alcazar, Seville Cathedral and the bullring, as well as numerous tapas bars and restaurants and couldn’t have been more convenient. Every detail of the guest experience seems to have been considered when designing this hotel which made for a exceptionally pleasant stay: the shower/bathroom was especially wonderful; the separate toilet is a great feature; and the bed was very comfortable ensuring that we rested very well during our week in Seville. The staff all worked hard and were helpful and attentive. However, we found that Fausto was especially friendly, helpful and welcoming which added a nice personal touch to our stay.

The room ! Quality fittings & furniture. But small, no windows in the bedroom or the bathroom. Dark & depressing. Booked & paid for a king bed but given 2 single beds. Requested a change, but the hotel was full. Suggested singles be made up as a large bed, but not done.

The roof top terrace is fabulous, amazing views across the City and lovely loungers to enjoy the sunshine. Nice area for drinks at sunset. The bedroom furnishings are lovely and in keeping with a modern Sevilla The bathroom facilities are amazing, jacuzzi bath and excellent rain shower Beds and pillows are magical

The housekeeping service falls short. We had booked a room with twin beds but we’re presented with a king bed which took time to be rearranged. The shower gel ran out and we had to request the tea and coffee supplies to be replenished. All was sorted but shouldn’t have to keep asking at this level. Breakfast was super expensive and the hot food was poor. The pastries and fruit were good

Location excellent to see what Sevilla has to offer. Rooftop bar had amazing views.

I was told the rooms were sound proofed - we heard trams, water running and everything that was happening in the plaza next to the hotel

Loved this property - rooftop pool and bar area was gorgeous with an alternate lounge bar on the 2nd floor if it was too hot on the roof. The location is perfect, close to shopping, great restaurants and all the main sights in Seville. The staff were also very helpful and attentive. Our room was fabulous with a small lounge area separate to the main bedroom. We secured a great rate through Bookings by booking six months ahead. Excellent all round - absolutely no negatives.

Location extremely central and perfect for walking around the City. The area felt very safe for my mother and I. From our arrival and check in with a glass of sherry all of the staff were friendly, knowledgable and couldn’t have done more to make our stay perfect for my mother’s belated 80th. Good and extensive choice of breakfast. Room well laid out and very comfortable. I’ve not seen some of the design touches in the room before bit most of them worked well - heavy curtains to wardrobes rather than doors. Ability to pull dividing wall between bedroom and bathing / dressing area. Lovely roof terrace and interesting that a couple of evening events did not intrude on guests seating area - lovely to have some buzz up there! Staff booked a fantastic authentic flamenco show for us.

Perfect stay for us. It didn’t impact our enjoyment but noted a couple of steps up to the entrance of the hotel. Roof top pool unsurprisingly is small so can get busy.
