Raul was the star of this location. He was incredibly helpful and gave very specific directions about the parking which proved invaluable. He answered many other questions for us and even arranged reservations for a local Flamenco show for us. Once we entered the spacious Villa turned aparthotel, we were greeted with a wide open, cool marble courtyard from which we took an elevator to our room. Very comfortable bed, great water pressure in the shower, Air Conditioning turned on for our arrival (yea!!), and only steps to Plaza Nueva, the Cathedral and all that Seville has to offer. The rooftop terrace is a must, too! Didn't hurt that there was a cute coffee/breakfast cafe right across from our front door and that we were able to use the free laundry room amenity, either ;-) Please tell Raul thank you again for us - he was the best!!

Nothing - everything was perfect!

The communication with the staff, especially Raúl was so amazing and helpful. They way to the Hotel and parking lot was so very detailed. The appartment was great in size for our family of 4, big bed. To be located on the lower level was great with the stroller, the roof top terrace offered an amazing view. As a family, we had to manage around the fact, that the light from one rooms enters into the other as there is glass at the top of them, to make the appartment lighter, since there was only one window to the street and all the others to the indoor patio with no fresh air. So if you take a shower for example after the kids are asleep, the light from the bathroom will illuminate the bedroom. No critisism, just to keep in mind for families.

The location of this apartment is excellent. Very close to the downtown area. We were given and inside courtyard room and it was very quiet. We were there the night of April 17th. This was during Holy Week and starting at midnight on the 17th and going until 8:00 am, April 18th was a HUGE celebration called the Madruga. Most streets in the downtown area were closed because of this. Even though there were a ton of people and much celebrating happening outside of our building, we did not hear noise inside of our room. We were grateful for this as we had to get up fairly early in the morning to depart for Madrid.

We had a rental car and it was a little difficult getting to the apartment to unload and then reload our luggage. I believe this was primarily due to street closures during Holy Week. When we made our reservation, we did not know how large the celebration would be in Seville. We heard there were 2.9 million chairs setup along the procession route. This was for the Madruga which took place the night of our stay. We would NOT change a thing though. It was a spectacular experience even with the parking/driving challenges.

Raul was very helpful and sorted a taxi for us for an early morning flight home. All the staff there were polite and friendly. The apartment was spacious and clean. There was an Amazon prime account on the tv so it was good to have that option for the nights in. The location was perfect in the middle of the city centre but was still very quiet at night due to the 2 sets of windows facing the street. Grocery shop only 30 seconds away. Taxi rank only 1 minute away.

We had no view from the apartment but we could go up to the rooftop terrace.

Excellent location just steps away from Plaza Nueva and within walking distance of everything we wanted to see and do in Sevilla (Plaza Espagne, cathedral, alcazar, Triana district). Our suite was very spacious (one bedroom, 2 baths) and the bed was quite comfortable. Extra pillows we had requested were in rooms when we arrived. Once we connected with host, we found him warm and helpful.

Two things that were difficult for us were not really the host's fault. First, the beautiful, historic street that the apartment building faces was completely torn up with a major construction project that resulted in zero pavement and a sandy/gravely surface. Since we seldom spend time in room during the day, we were not bothered by noise. Second, we did not pay sufficient attention to "messages" here at Booking.com and we overlooked the hours that the host would be on the premises so we did not meet him until day 3 of our 4 day stay. We had expected coffee in room for at least our first morning but there was none.

Great location, very clean and comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked. Everything about the place was great, But the best part of our stay was host Raul who made it very special for us. It was a last minute trip for us on the new years eve, and Raul went beyond our expectation to help us get reservation to the restaurants, and provided information about the area. He even helped one of my kids with her school Spanish project. Cannot thank him enough for making a memorable trip for us.

Only one washer and dryer for all the apartments which were busy many times. we were able to do our laundary, but had to try few times before found them not being used.

It was really cosy, and I was happy to return to it after a long day of walking and just relax in the room or on the little indoor balcony that was part of the room. There was a cleaning service and a complimentary bottle of wine upon arrival. The location was great, too, and while there were some roadworks happening nearby, you couldn't hear them inside and they didn't really impede access to the property. I also liked that I could wash my clothes in the communal laundry room.

The water pressure in the showers was very low. Sound isolation was poor and all noises from outside the room (such as the cleaners talking on the phone or people returning to their rooms late at night) could be heard very clearly, although I have to say that in general, the property was extremely quiet. You're expected to wash your own dishes but there is no dishwashing liquid in the dispenser. These were all fairly minor issues though and I'd happily stay here again.

I was in touch with the Suites Seville receptionists, Raul and Javier, and they took such great care of us and informed us about everything, from the car park slot, to where to find the key. They also informed us about the road works outside the apartment and guided us to the parking area. The apartment is well lit, very quiet, spacious, squeaky clean, with large bedrooms and beds, and a fantastic choice of pillows too.

Cannot think of anything, really. It was a proper home away from home, super central, and easy to find. Keep up the amazing service, Team Suites Sevilla! Be seeing you again soon!

Reception isn't always occupied, but for our arrival they made sure to meet us. We were able to park, get into the building, and see our apartment to move in before being left to explore. From there on we were in great shape, within walking distance easily to all key locations in this beautiful city. Stayed in a large apt (#11) which backs up to a quiet street and has a small balcony to look out from (only a foot deep). Made breakfast and lunch in the small kitchen, then dined out each evening. Even ran a load of laundry at no charge, which was so helpful after 2 weeks.

Everything about this suite was absolutely perfect, it’s exactly as pictured. We especially loved the aesthetic! We were really comfortable, the AC was cold, and we had plenty of room. Our host Luis was a delight and super helpful with recommendations. He even checked on us just because. Really appreciated the laundry room provided and all the extra touches. Super close to city center, but without the noise. Highly recommend this gem of a place.

The bed was a little on the firmer side.
