Perfect location, two minutes from the cathedral etc and everything else walking distance. Traditional Spanish style hotel, amazing tiles and stained glass etc. it is beautiful. Our room was a reasonable size, plenty of storage space, traditional old Spanish furniture. Fridge and a kettle. Everything was lovely and clean and bed was comfortable. Wi Fi worked perfectly. Breakfast was very handy, mostly continental with some hot options. Coffee was good. Staff were very helpful and we booked a return taxi to airport through them which made everything easy.

It’s an older, City Centre property so can be a little noisy.

We liked everything about this charming hotel in the heart of Sevilla! In the room was very warm because there is a big heater inside. Room was very clean, cozy and quiet. There are a lot of stuff in the bathroom: soap, shampoo, shower gel, hair comb, shower hat, shoe brush. Bathroom was very clean as well. Hotel has very nice atmosphere in Andalusion style. Location is perfect. You can reach all the places by walking. Breakfast was nice, not very diverse, but enough. Room has mini-bar with good prices. Highly recommend! It’s really very nice hotel and it’s definitely not a 1-star, as minimum 3-star hotel!

The mattress is springy and a bit uncomfortable to sleep on. There was no normal blanket

The hotel is excellent for people who have mobility issues. I took my 87-year old mother who had also her arm in plaster. I booked a wheelchair for her that was delivered to the hotel. The hotel is only a 4-minute walk pushing a wheelchair to the stunning cathedral. The Embajada restaurant, part of the hotel, had excellent breakfast for just an additional €10 and the staff, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner were just excellent. I highly recommend the hotel and Seville. Just like the hotel, the city infrastructure (museums, transport and restaurants) for mobility-impaired people is top-notch.

Prefect location. Close to metro, restaurants, shopping and sightseeing locations. Staff friendly and helpful. Room comfortable, clean and quiet in the top floor. Breakfast was great value for money.

The first room we stayed in was in the reception area which was quiet noisy, you could hear the front door open and close and some street noise. We are light sleepers but after an exhausting day of travel we did sleep well. This is just an FYI for other light sleepers (accidentally booked 2 single beds which they happily moved us to a double room after the first night which was on the top floor and very quiet)

The property was very nicely designed. It looked classy and much better than e.g 4 starts hotels I’ve looking at before booking here. There is air con, a bath and a window overlooking at the street. Internet was fast. The room has a high ceiling which makes it more breathable and comfortable. The hotel is super close to the Cathedral etc. Also there is beautiful dining area down by the reception but we didn’t have a breakfast even thought we probably should’ve! There is parking very near by for extra €21 and is very convenient. The staff was exceptional, very friendly and helpful.

The only few things that we didn’t like was that 1) the bedding topper seemed dirty and 2) that even though there is a double glazed windows it was slightly noisy at night even when the windows were closed. A final thing is that the shower tab was old and the water was not distributed properly like a spray. Instead it was pouring down from one hole only which made it not really pleasant to take a shower and a lot of water also got wasted. I’m sure that’s an easy change (room 205)

Staff very charming, helpful and knowledgeable about Seville events and locations. Air conditioned room with very comfortable bed which is made up very smartly and professionally every day. Small fridge in the room for keeping picnic foodstuffs fresh and drinks cold. Bathroom well supplied with fresh towels and soaps every day. Hotel location is superb for city centre and other interesting sights.

Lack of sound-proofing between the rooms (for obvious reasons, y'know - some people can be quite... well... how can I say... loud).

Location: 5 minutes walk to the Real Alcazar, cathedral, shops and restaurants Staff: The receptionist was extremely helpful and friendly Parking: A huge, secure, manned parking garage round the corner from the hotel. It costs 21 euros per night but is definitely worth it. Value: the room was reasonably priced and had everything we needed and the breakfast was also good value at 10 euros per person for as much as you wanted.

A minor thing was that it was quite difficult to find as the streets are quite narrow, many of them are one way and it was made more difficult by roadworks which meant the usual route to the hotel was blocked off, but this will only be a temporary problem.

We needed a hotel for one night as we had to stay in Seville one night longer than we planned. The hotel was centrally located close to the Cathedral and our previous hotel. The kind staff at reception helped take the luggage in the morning and then kept it until we checked in at the evening. The room was basic but clean and spacious enough for us 3.

As I mentioned, the 3 person room is basic with a small fridge but it was no problem for us as we stayed a single night.

Location was in the center, not far from most of the attractions. Room was small but nice, in the spanish old style I guess, same as the whole hotel. Bed comfortable. I liked the staff. They were not just friendly but also ready to accomodate my wishes and just knew what was going on.

The area was quite noisy actually, I think there is some construction going on close by. Breakfast was ok but could be better

I could have given this hotel a near perfect rating had it not been for the lift which was out of order for the full 4 day duration of our stay (and we are 60+ and had a room on the 2nd floor). For anyone wanting a quiet night, this might not be the one due to its location to nearby bars which can be noisy until the early hours of the morning during the weekends.
