The best thing about this place is the price/location rate. Great location in the middle of the Center just a few steps away from the cathedral. One down side was that our room was not very well sun lighted because the windows faced an indoor illuminator, on the other side this meant no noise form the hustle and bustle of the street and gave us the opportunity to rest. The rooftop terrace is also great and you can take your coffee out to gaze at the cathedral and the roof tops of the city, but it would use a make over or a little bit more maintenance. The apartment is nice, very spacious and clean and comes with a coffee machine coffee pods and tea supplied. We appreciated that we could leave our luggage even if we arrived earlier.

It was a nice spacious apartment with 2 large windows out to the street providing lots of light to the lounge/living space. The location is fab, right in the heart of the city and close to lots of bars and restaurants. The organisation and information provided for our stay was great and make checking in/access to the apartment easy. Having free tea/coffee making facilities was a nice touch. The rooftop terrace was a lovely space both during the day and in the evening.

Nothing really. The back bedroom because it accesses onto a rear interior courtyard is a bit dark. The curtains need to be closed all the time.

This apt is really well located, one block from the cathedral and within easy walking distance to so many great walking streets, restaurants, shops, and all you want to see and do in Sevilla. We could even walk to the train station (a 40-minute walk, but through much of the old part of Sevilla, so lots of fun.) The unit we were in had a fairly large living room with a dining table and 4 chairs sharing the space. Large French doors overlooking the small side street. Coffee machine was supplied including K-cups. The large master bedroom and bathroom were nice; the smaller bedroom and separate bathroom were fine. A good unit for 3 people. The management was helpful and even contacted us to see if we needed more coffee. (Sidenote: go to the restaurant Casa Pepe Hillo on C. Adriano across from the Plaza de Toros a few blocks away and order the cola de torro (ossu bucco) -- it's fabulous with a bottle of Lars de Paulo Crianza tempranillo wine).

Frankly, the metal dining room table and chairs are not very classy and do not match the otherwise great environment of this apartment.

The apartment was in an excellent location literally round the corner from the cathedral and within easy walking distance of all the major attractions, the apartment was well appointed and spotlessly clean and comfortable. Lots of communication with the owner prior to our arrival, and a contact message every morning asking if we needed the cleaning service.

only a couple of small picky issues, there was no remote for the tv in the bedroom, and the front door to the block tended to slam very loudly and the sound reverberated around the building.

Entry code was easy...worked. well. No issues whatsoever. Management was very responsive via WhatsApp and they were very nice providing cookies and Prosecco and water upon arrival. Location was outstanding, steps from the Cathedral and bars and gelato and many famous landmarks. Did not need a car.

Appartments can use a fresh coat of paint and refresh the furniture. There was water stains and a little mold on the caulking of the showers.

Amazing location. Next to the cathedral. Everything within walking distance. Lots of options for food drinks shopping around Room temperature was excellent despite the heat outside. Great clima Kitchen with enough utensils to cook something or reheat. Make coffee (Nespresso) etc

Elevator not working. Bathroom was not very clean.

The location was absolutely perfect for the few days we had planned, was central to everything we wanted to see and visit. Apartment was amazing - spacious, clean, comfortable and the décor was lovely which is always an added bonus. The hosts were incredibly attentive - instructions were really clear and they responded very quickly if we did have any questions. The roof terrace was also really great, again very clean and plenty of seats. Would definitely recommend staying here, I would also book here again if we had a longer stay planned as the apartment facilities were great.

Amazing location. Staff were extremely responsive in addressing our needs (wifi issues, extra towels, coffee). Twice during our 1 month stay the property managers provided free champagne, orange juice, hot chocolate, chocolates and a variety of baked goodies. Daily cleaning of unit by cleaning staff…like a hotel.

No oven but the microwave is a convention unit so not a total loss.

We stayed in the Two bedroom (Premium) apartment which had a balcony onto the street. It was so quiet and beautiful to see every morning! The two bedrooms both had double beds which was soo comfortable and soo many hangers and clothes storage so you could unpack you suitcase. The apartment has everything you need. Coffee machine and free pods which was a great. And all the utilities for an relaxing stay. Air con was strong and definitely needed in the heat of Seville. The apartment is close to all the shops and restaurants. There is a launderette just opposite the apartment also! It’s really easy to also communicate with the staff through WhatsApp. There is no reception however it’s so easy and convenient to just message as well. They were soo attentive whenever we contacted them and helped us quickly with no delay.

It was in the best location possible. It had everything we could possibly need for a short stay and the beds were amazingly comfortable. There was a lovely roof terrace although we didn’t have time to make the most of it. The staff were excellent and responded quickly on WhatsApp whenever needed, for example when we arrived the kettle did not work but it was replaced straight away. We would definitely return
