Central location, right in the heart of the old town centre, 5 mins walk from cathedral. Despite its central location our ground floor apartment was quiet so it was the best of both worlds

Initially upon entering I thought it was too small and gloomy….HOWEVER in searing hot temperatures I quickly learned that cool and gloomy were good things and welcome respite from the sun. Whilst the accommodation is compact (without realising we had booked “intimate living” apartment, once we got used to it, it provided everything we needed

The location was fantastic - very tourist central location. The linens were great and the room felt very clean. Loved they had a supply closet upstairs with extra towels/toilet paper/ anything else one might need. They were quick to respond to any questions. We requested a baby crib and the one they supplied was very nice and cozy for our toddler and even provided us with a baby towel. It was very thoughtful and appreciated. :)

The lobby on the main floor isn’t fully covered so even it rained, the floor was filled with water when you walk in and out. A few of us slipped. It would be helpful to have someone clean this up when it rains. There was also an unpleasant odor coming from the pipes of one of the rooms that the hosts could do little about.

Location was amazing, very sort walk to the Cathedral and all other main attractions. Loads of restaurants nearby Door code access worked really well. Free use of storage lockers, even late on the last day. Good fridge and coffee machine. Large shower and comfy bed

Apartment is starting to look a little bit tired. Paintwork in black has many scuffs and chips, sofa is a bit tired looking. Bedside lights would not work, but after contacting hosts through booking.com was sorted quickly.

The central location.

O place to store luggage. Checkout is at 11 am we had 15:00 flight and had to lug our baggage throughout the hardy sidewalks of Seville.

Very comfortable apartments. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail. Clean, cozy, stylish. Good coffee and tea, chips, water and beer - compliments and interior helped to relax.

After confirming your reservation, you will receive several links where you will have to fill out a bunch of forms with photographs of the documents of each guest. Despite booking 6 hours in advance, we couldn’t get into our room for 40 minutes. They wrote and called to get activation and login. The water in the shower did not drain at all. 2 minutes for everyone to wash and not flood the hotel.)) The hotel can only be reached on foot along a narrow street; the nearest parking is about 15 minutes on foot. Look for parking on the nearest streets. And one more thing... all the windows of the most budget apartments face a common entrance.

Excellent location, walking distance to all the main attractions. Usually when I stay somewhere, I am out for the day, but because it was close we actually did pop back a few times. Check-in instructions were excellent, sent through the day before arrival & really clear to follow. communication with the property was also great - we asked for extra toilet paper one morning & when we went to leave about 10mins later, it has already been delivered & left at out door. Check out instructions were also very clear, & we made use of the luggage storage room. we were very impressed - there was a lockbox with a few sets of keys to the luggage storage room that also allowed you to get back out/in the building. This floor also had a good sized bathroom with flannels which were just that extra touch to freshen up before our onward journey.

the host gave us a wrong code but sorted out quickly. We asked Moka Pot since we wanted to make own coffee rather than Nespresso. We could use washing machine and dryer, they also provided detergents and fabric conditioner! Beautiful apartment.

More storage space for clothing and suitcases, additional mirror would be appreciated. We didn't like the beds which kept moving. The kitchen was not designed for travellers, it's equipped but not practical at all. Not enough power plugs, noises in early morning.

Very nice apartment, it couldn't be more centrally located right next to the cathedral yet quiet at the same time. Very easy access to the apartment, everything was arranged online and via WhatsApp with cleat instructions. I definitely recommend it for your next stay.

No natural light, the room was very dark. Still this is not a problem for a few days.

A well-appointed apartment in an excellent location, extremely clean and well-maintained. Lovely shower room and an excellently equipped kitchen area. Great to have a coffee machine, kettle and toaster, and cooking facilities. Plenty of good-quality towels. The bed was very comfortable, with good pillows. The sofa is also comfortable and a welcome addition for rest after a busy day. Very polite and informative hosts with excellent communication throughout.

The lack of direct light means the apartment is a bit dark, with light diffused through an opaque roof in the atrium. The apartment has two windows by the kitchen area, a large one that opens out onto the atrium and a smaller one opening inward and another small window by the sleeping area. At times it can be not quiet as people come and go and when the cleaners arrive in the morning, other than this it was quiet.

The apartment was well appointed and very clean. The rooftop terrace is nice although it was too hot for us to enjoy during our stay. The location is fantastic - two minute walk to cathedral.

It was a little noisy at night but that was to be expected considering the location so close to restaurants and tourist attractions.
