The general manager was a pleasure to meet. We enjoyed our conversations with him. The hotel is beautiful and you won’t get a better location.

From the moment we arrived at Mercer Plaza, we were met with genuine warmth and exceptional service. Two gentlemen quickly stepped forward to assist with our luggage, creating a perfect first impression—professional, kind, and welcoming. The hotel itself is minimal, clean, and effortlessly stylish—an oasis of calm tucked right into the heart of Sevilla. But what truly stood out was the staff. No matter where we were—lobby, hallway, or breakfast area—we were always greeted with a smile and a sense of care. Their quiet attentiveness, respectful manner, and sincere hospitality made our stay not only comfortable but memorable. It’s rare to feel so well looked after without ever feeling overwhelmed. A beautiful space made even better by the people who run it. We’re leaving with full hearts—and already planning our return. welcome, but cared for in every way.

We just spent three nights at Mercer Plaza. This boutique hotel was a brilliant find. The location couldn’t have been better — so close to the Cathedral (we could see it from our window), Alcazar and Old Town as well as lots of great restaurants and shops. Our room was beautifully styled and felt very luxurious and the pool on the rooftop was a bonus to cool off at the end of the day. What makes this hotel truly special was the staff. They were warm and attentive, making us feel so welcome every day. They really went above and beyond. They offered us great dinner recommendations too. Honestly, you don't need to look any further than Mercer Plaza for your holiday in Seville. Highly recommended!

That we couldn't stay longer!

From the minute we arrived to the moment we left the staff were exceptional. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble, and we were even contacted before our arrival to see if there was anything else we needed during our stay. We were offered a complimentary early check-in and check-out. The hotel itself has been beautifully designed and furnished, including the rooms with all soft furnishing being of the highest quality. Whilst we didn't dine at Nobu, the restaurant and bar looked incredible, with a great view over looking the square. The location was also perfectly situated with great views from the roof terrace.

The roof area was incredible, and we were fortunate that it wasn't very busy during our stay, so we had access to the plunge pool every day. My very minor comment would be that whilst there was ample seating areas, there only seemed to be 2 sun loungers for the entire roof area. So to help support busier periods it would be good to have a couple more. However I have literally no complaints at all and would urge anyone that is visiting Seville to book a stay at Nobu. We'll be booking again without hesitation.

We were given a really warm welcome by the attentive and kind hotel team, providing ice cold water and coffees immediately upon arrival (which was hugely appreciated after travelling and before acclimatising to Seville’s heat). The room was really comfortable and sleek, with enough space/storage. The hotel rooftop was a real highlight and the pool, though small, is fabulous for cooling off and enjoying the views. The staff arranged for us to have drinks on the roof top with friends staying elsewhere locally which was great. We enjoyed our two nights - only wish we could have stayed for longer.

The only feedback would be that it would be great if it was easier to arrange for drinks / to make an order when on the rooftop. In the intense summer heat it makes sense to not have this in full service, however it could be helpful to streamline this slightly.

Great location in the old town, convenient to everything. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The room is clean and tidy. The bed is comfy. Nice roof top bar.

The water pressure is very weak which you need to take a longer time to bath and wash hair particular for girls with long hair. The room facing to the back street which offer slightly quietness than facing to the square but still quite noisy when people speak loud downstairs when walking by, people speak loud in general. No sunshine as the room facing to the back street and the light in the room is too dim.

Everything, what can i say, they are at the level of their 5 stars. Great service (they came and picked us up from far as we did not know how to reach the hotel with our car through non-pedestrian streets). The stff was great and always helpful and friendly and professional. They were even giving us water every time we were leaving the hotel Hotel and rooms are amazing , super clean and beautiful. Rooftop pool was amazing to rest our body after the big heat of the affernoon and to chill in the late evening. Location was superb, everythig we needed to visist was 5 mins walking distance from hotel.

Nothing, it was too short of a stay

What a fantastic stay we had – this hotel truly elevated our trip to Seville! From the very first moment, we felt welcome. The room was stylishly decorated, comfortable, and delightfully cool – exactly what you need after a sunny day in the city. But the absolute highlight? The rooftop with a plunge pool! A beautiful spot to escape the heat, with views over the city and a relaxed atmosphere that truly felt like a vacation. And the staff – absolutely outstanding. Friendly, genuinely interested, and always ready to help. We received great tips for sights and fantastic restaurants, where we ended up dining several times. Even practical matters, like printing our boarding passes, were handled with great care. From start to finish, everything was just right. This hotel is a gem in Seville, and we would book it again without hesitation. Highly recommended!

The location could not have been better, the rooms were beautiful, spacious, and clean. The lobby, restaurant, and bar areas were all stunningly beautiful. The rooftop terrace was also very nice with great views. The staff was extremely helpful, attentive, and well-dressed. They helped us with questions every day of our stay. We stayed in 4 different cities on our trip, and this hotel in Sevilla was by far and away the best one we stayed in. It truly enhanced our trip. We will stay in this hotel when we return to Sevilla again.

We loved everything about the property.
