Wonderful stay – thank you! We stayed at Petit Palace Marqués Santa Ana for 9 nights and had an amazing experience. A huge thank you to Maria for arranging a smooth check-in and surprising us with an upgraded room – what a lovely gesture! The birthday surprise for my daughter waiting in the room truly touched our hearts – we didn’t expect so much warmth and kindness! The hotel staff were incredibly friendly, the location was perfect, and the atmosphere very peaceful. The room was spacious, very clean, and the beds were super comfortable – we slept like babies every night! Thank you for your hospitality – we felt truly welcomed. We'll gladly come back!

First and foremost I need to compliment the staff. They were very helpful and quick to respond. We (stupidly) left valuables in the lockbox in our room and hopped on a train to Córdoba. They quickly contacted us, and we were able to pick up what we had left behind. The hotel was lovely, and our room was quite large. The air conditioning was splendid (it was above 100 F while we were there), and the location is fantastic. The cathedral, Sierpes, all of the main sites of Sevilla were just a few minutes away. It was an excellent choice for my group of eight. The breakfast was phenomenal (at least compared to most Spanish breakfasts). Good value for the money.

We booked this hotel based on Booking.com reviews and were not disappointed. The location is perfect. The rooms were very comfortable and the staff really friendly. I would particularly like to thank Maria and her colleagues for their kind assistance when our driver to the airport didn't turn up on time - due to roadworks and him not being familiar with the hotel location he was 30 mins late, but Maria, v. kindly telephoned and spoke on our behalf to give very clear instructions on how to reach us.

I've rated the hotel 9/10 only because it didn't have a bar, but that's my fault for not checking and, at the end of the day, it wasn't that important (there's a lovely cocktail bar and other eateries/bars at the end of the road), and the lift near us was a bit squeaky which we could hear in the morning. Also, although the breakfast was excellent, the restaurant area isn't huge so just ensure you choose a not so busy time for breakfast. That said, we only had to wait 10 mins for a table, and I would absolutely recommend this hotel because of its location, comfy rooms and great staff.

The receptionist was lovely. She came out to help guide our car into the lift. The room was pleasant and clean. Nice big bathroom with a great hot shower. I also loved all the funky little accessories.

The hotel is down a lane that has several restaurants. The noise carried even with soundproofing windows and the walls are thin so you can hear your neighbours. Didn’t affect our sleep though. The parking is a nightmare. You have to navigate down a very narrow lane way with tables etc from the eateries and try to turn into a very tight space into an elevator. Ok if you have a small car, which we did not. Once inside, the bays were generous. Also cost $22 eu per day.

I chose this hotel because of the location....very close to the main tourist sights but also on a quiet street. I had stayed on the same street in the past at an apartment. Location was incredible! The room was on the smaller side but the bathroom was large and it had a great shower! The room itself was pretty quiet even though our room overlooked the street. I think I heard the street cleaner once in 6 nights. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very very good and we really enjoyed starting our day off with that....great coffee, lots of different types of foods for breakfast to suit any nationality.

I wish there had been a better place to sit in the room other than the bed....there was one plastic chair at the desk and that was all. Also there was not an iron in the room which would have been handy.

Superb location large accommodation with a beautiful terrace very clean and functional. Very helpful staff. I would also recommend to future customers to buy ticket to Alcázar Palace online ahead of time as it might be difficult if not impossible to get tickets during high season. The hotel staff was extremely helpful though in getting us 2 access tickets but we were lucky to have the staff help us as we met tourists who could not find tickets as they were sold out for the foreseeable futures.

Great location within easy walking distance of many sites of interest. The room was a good size, with a Juliet balcony looking down onto the street. The lovely roof terrace offers an alternative view of Seville's old town, furnished with seats, tables, sunbeds, and sunshades. Plentiful and varied breakfast served from 7:00am

Breakfast is charged separately at 15 euros per day. It's good value if you eat a large breakfast - but toast and coffee are all I want, so I felt it was rather expensive. No other meals are served, so you need to go out and look for dinner at one of the many restaurants in the area.

This was our second time staying at this wonderful hotel. The staff were very professional, friendly and helpful. The hotel is ideally located just around the corner from the main cathedral with lots of restaurants nearby as well as a supermarket and laundromat. The breakfast caters for all different tastes. They even contacted us several days before we arrived to recommend to purchase our tickets in advance for the Real Alcazar. Can highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel and room and staff are excellent. It is located in the heart of the old town and you can walk to everything. The old building has been expertly renovated so the common areas are bright, airy and comfortable. The bedrooms and bathroom are small but perfectly formed and the bed is huge. The breakfast has a wide variety of very fresh food. We were just sorry we couldn’t stay longer.

There is an underground car park, but really only for small cars. We had an SUV and so decided to park at one of the commercial car parks along the river. This was essential coz of the hotel car park AND the narrow streets leading to the hotel.

What a lovely stay. Really centrally located. It was super clean and had all we needed. The bed was comfy and the shower was fabulous - especially after a hot day of sightseeing. The car elevator to the carpark was tight but the staff were very helpful. Small to medium cars only! You won’t need your car again so you only do it once!

The air conditioning was centrally controlled and wasn’t very responsive. We were there in May and it was warm enough - would have liked it a bit cooler!
