I have been lucky enough to go to Seville before and never noticed this hotel, but its so fabulously located and superb quality! Our room was road facing and you could hear some light noise late at night, but nothing that kept us awake. Trams rumble by, but again, nothing that kept us awake or woke us up. The room a great size, loads of room, nice big double bed, plenty of light and great extras like coffee machine and toiletries. Even asked for slippers and they gave them to me as well. Walk in shower with 2 types of shower heads which was great, I prefer hand held, husband prefers the rain type shower and all good. My only mark down was the room was dusty, but we were looked after daily with fresh towels and replenished coffee capsules etc. The stars of the show were the reception staff; Adriano and Fidel. Adriano was there to check us in and easy manner and warm welcome was very much appreciated. Nothing was too much hassle, taxis organised, advice given and always in a humble way. Both guys were outstanding, they would be the main reason I would return to this hotel, should I ever be lucky enough to return. On our last day we had breakfast in the hotel and was a tad over priced in my opinion for what we had. Plenty of nice places - one right next door to have breakfast if you wish. However, as I said, would be more than happy to come back to this hotel!

Nothing at all!

The Hotel is in a very central location. Near lots of attractions, shops, restaurants etc. The staff were extremely nice and very helpful. Bed was a queen bed which was very comfortable and pristine. Bathroom had a walk in shower, toiletries and a hair dryer. Tea and coffee making facilities, air conditioning and a large T.V. The pool was a great touch as the weather was in the 40s during our stay. Pool towels supplied by the hotel was an extra bonus. Roof top bar and pool.

Nothing, loved the Hotel.

The location was excellent, walking distance to shopping, restaurants and must see tourist attractions. The breakfast choices although small, was of the best quality the breakfast team went above and beyond 5 stars to them.

The TV did not work, we called reception and was told someone will be up immediately. 40 minutes later no one turned up. We called again and 20 or so minutes later someone turned up. He turned off and off the TV and said it doesn't work (obvious) he said he will be back 30 minutes later he had not turned up, we decided we were tired of waiting and decided to go and grab dinner. We asked at reception about the TV and was told it affected everyone in r=the hotel and the issue will be resolved the following day. It will have been nice to be told rather than wasting our time waiting for a solution.

The location next to the cathedral was a plus although it is difficult to get to if you come by car. You will receive a QR code from the hotel by email and use it to enter a public underground car park. It's still quite a walk with your suitcases!!!

As I said, accessibility is a drawback, especially if you have luggage and arrive by car! Hygiene in general could be better, especially the amount of dust around the bed on the lights and on the edges and borders ! With a feather duster and vacuuming at the same time and it is solved.. easy like doing at home. there is also a sewer smell in the lobby which they try to cover up with fragrance diffusers, which is chemical and actually worse…

The location is perfect - a few steps away from the magnificent cathedral and many shops, bars and restaurants. I messaged prior to our arrival to request a room with a pleasant view as we were visiting Seville for a special occasion. The hotel staff were swift to oblige and also upgraded our room! The room was very comfortable and the bathroom spotlessly clean with a fantastic shower. The breakfast was varied and tasty. All the hotel staff were friendly and helpful.

We couldn't get the coffee machine in our room to work, but this could have been us being clueless!! Haha!

Absolutely exceeded expectations. Very stylish hotel the lobby area calm cool and welcoming. The rooms were well designed. Coffee machine in the room made lovely coffee, air con worked perfectly and there was plenty of mirrors, good lighting and lots of space. Whole property was impeccably clean and looked brand new and well maintained. Staff incredibly welcoming and helpful in every way from the moment we arrived. Perfect location for easy walking to see sights, for shopping and close to bullring area for great bars and restaurants. I would definitely recommend and would stay here again for sure.

Fantastic location, lovely room.

It was all a bit rough around the edges. A smell of drains within the hotel continued for our 4 night stay. It wasn't coming from the streets, we have stayed in Seville countless times and haven't experienced this within a hotel. The roof top pool/bar area is not one of the best, and the room was a bit knocked about here and there. The iron you had to request didn't work (had to ask twice as they sent the broken one to the room again), and the ironing board was broken. All not good enough for the price.

We arrived very early due to flight times and were greeted with such a warm welcome, nothing was too much trouble. We were expecting to just leave our bags and come back later at check in time but were told that not only was our room ready, we had been so kindly given an upgrade to a junior suite! The room was amazing with a sofa and seating area, perfect for relaxing after all the walking around beautiful Seville. The breakfast buffet was delicious, really fresh food and even soya yoghurts! You literally walk out of the hotel onto the road with the cathedral on and everything else you’ll want to see is an easy walk away. We can’t wait to go back!

A few more choices of hot drinks in the room would have been really nice.

The location is perfect for exploring all that this beautiful city offers. The room was well appointed and comfortable, and the rooftop swimming pool was a lifesaver in the heat! We highly recommend this hotel.

The coffee machine in our room didn't work, and it clearly hasn't worked for a while. We had no luck with streaming on the television in the room, but it wasn't an issue for us - we weren't in Seville to watch movies! There is an odd smell in the lobby, but it might just be us who found it a little strange.

The hotel was lovely - I had a very nice balcony which I was lucky to get. The room itself was very nice, good aircon, nice shower and bed was super comfy. I think the free water should be replaced daily when the room is getting cleaned but other than that I really enjoyed my stay.

The Room Service food was not good unfortunately. One dish I received that was meant to be served warm arrived and the meat was freezing as if it was just taken out of the fridge and warm sauce was poured over it. The item that was listed as a pizza, didn't resemble a pizza and was burnt at the bottom. I think if this food was upgraded it would be better.
