Excellent location on a tiny back street 4 minutes walk from the Cathedral. Excellent customer needs awareness - No restaurant but free cereals, juices, coffee, biscuits soft drinks available all day long. Early check-in accommodated where possible, left luggage available all day of departure. The hotel is basic - it tells you that - but the facilities all met with our approval. Our room was plenty big enough with a lovely big bathroom and walk-in shower. Great air-con (very quiet) They even have a sun terrace with shower on the roof. HIGHLY recommended !

It is in the middle of a busy area which means there can be a small amount of noise in the tiny street below.

I based a lot of my decision about booking with Basic on the location and the reviews. The location was next level - right in the heart of Seville and a short walk from the most famous sights. The hotel was incredibly well kept and had amazing touches like a free hospitality bar when you come in with water, juice, tea and coffee, cookies, fruit and cereal. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and always put a smile on our faces with a happy welcome back or a cheery good morning. The room was so clean and comfortable and had every amenity you need. The roof terraces were both glorious and a lift was handy for suitcases etc. Juan Fran was an absolute superstar with great restaurant and entertainment recommendations.

Very very small and nit picky details: The location of our room 201 was at the street side. The street is actually a narrow alley where when people are walking at night the sounds are amplified by an echo and it really got very noisy at night and we were often woken by revellers. If this would bother you then ask for a quiet room away from the street. We didn't mind it so much as it really was in the heart of the action. The room was also pretty cold - which most of the time is an advantage in Spain so don't judge on that. The alleyway is also the only access which means you cant order taxis to the door and you have to walk a short walk with your luggage - not a problem as the hotel can call taxis for you or you can get one from the rank by the cathedral.

The location was amazing, and the staff were all so friendly and helpful. Loved the rooftop terrace I'd recommend and stay there again. Great value for money!

The room had no exterior window, just an interior one. Breakfast was basic, but I'm vegan so its always a little challenging, and on a very positive note, there was water, juice, tea and coffee available all day to totally make up for it.

The hotel is right in the center, so if you only have limited time, it is really convenient. The room was bigger than we expected, the bathroom was also convenient and clean. You could have coffee or a little snack at any time in the lobby. Overall, it was exactly what we needed for 1 night.

The street is pedestrian, so if you have a lot of luggage, keep that in mind. The prices are a bit high, but this is true for most hotels in Seville..

Friendly front desks and especially the warm smiles from the housekeeping lady who did her job amazingly well! It is wonderful to have free flow of bottled drinks, snacks and various choices of coffee 24hr. I stayed for 5 days over 2 different rooms. Very cosy bed overall, but the roof top terrace was better than first floor. The wall was not sound-proofing to keep away noise of activities outside the room, though not a concern to me. Location is a big plus and right in the centre of short walks to any nearby monuments. I did not need to use any public transport at all. I hardly comment on toiletries anywhere I stay but for this hotel, I would like to give my compliment. Very good quality products provided, particularly the body milk lotion.

Just the room could be cold at night during Jan winter. Very limited space of clothes hanging in first floor room.

I have stayed in several hotels in Seville, during this trip, including two four star hotels. I loved this place. Saba is fantastic. After a request for a ground floor room, he put me right at the lobby. The lobby is warm, with cold drinks, coffee, cereal. All of this is available to guests for free. The bed was better than the beds of three of the five star hotels I stayed in during this trip. It's a minimalist room. It's very basic but was super clean with a fantastic walk in shower with excellent water pressure. It is in a fantastic location, just between the Cathedral and Metropol Parasol. I would definitely stay again.

Perfect for a layover. We arrived at midnight and left at 12 noon the next day. No frills accommodation, but has everything you need for a one or two night stay. Staff very accommodating and helpful, both before and during our trip

It is slightly expensive for the accommodation, but it is Seville and very central!

I liked that the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, the hotel is right in the middle of everything and it was great that we could help ourselves to coffee, water, juice, croissants etc throughout the day, no need to be "up for breakfast". Great shower too.

The room size was extremely small for 2 people but we were out most of the time so we didn't really care but once that's what you are going for then great but with one chair, there isn't much room for 2 people but perfect for one.

The location was excellent so central, nice facilities and self service drinks and breakfast nice large bathroom and walk In shower, looked out onto the street very traditional with a julienne balcony, lifts to all levels.

Could be a bit noisy late at night with the street cleaners. But keeps the city clean 👍the shower flooded as the water didn't drain

We thought that the hotel was very well located , near the cathedral and many other attractions. So many stores and restaurants near the hotel. The room was very comfortable, clean and the staff were wonderful. They recommended us different restaurants and a tablao show. We really enjoyed our stay.
