Perfect location for all of the key sites without being in a noisy central plaza; we walked everywhere. Breakfast was superb with something for everyone. Staff were fantastic and could not do enough to ensure you had a great stay. We had to leave very early on our last day and the staff organised both a taxi and a pack up breakfast for use. Exceptional service and always a friendly face - thank you. Lots of superb local restaurants and not far to travel to find non-touristy spots with excellent tapas with the locals. Best meal of our stay was at casa Robles near the cathedral, 2 minutes from the hotel. Not cheap but excellent.

It is a very pretty hotel in an excellent location. The staff was very nice and secured us a taxi the morning of our checkout. The room had a nice view and was a good size. The shower was one of the nicer ones that we had in Europe with excellent water pressure. The breakfast was tasty with a nice variety.

They are doing a lot of renovations on the hotel. Our room was located right in the middle of the mess. They offered to change our room for the second night, but at that point we had already unpacked everything and it was more of an inconvenience to change rooms than to just stay where we were. They should have placed us somewhere else from the beginning.

The hotel is ideally situated to see the sights of the Santa Cruz area of Sevilla. The staff are very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. The rooms are delightfully furnished and extremely well serviced and clean. Our advice is to request a superior room as these offer a much more space and a more pleasant outlook. There are many local restaurants close to the hotel which offer a fantastic variety of delicious food typical of Sevilla. The breakfasts were outstanding, including cava, and on some days smoked salmon. Lovely variety of local meat delicacies and for the sweet tooth many cakes and pastries.

We have no negative comments.

Staff were friendly and welcoming. The hotel is well located and within easy walking distance of all the main attractions in the old city The attached bar/restaurant was great, with a good range of food and drink. Room shapes are bizarre, but a good size and clean. A view over the street was fun, to watch the world go by. Noise was not a problem A kettle with tea/coffee was a pleasant bonus

Breakfast was busy when it opened at 07:30 and some items were not replenished as we would have hoped for. But it was a good breakfast and reasonable value A pool would have been nice as would a roof top bar

The Sercotel in Seville is ideally located to see and walk to everything, we really felt we were in the heart of the old city and there are excellent restaurants and tapas bars all around. The hotel is spacious and the lobby, restaurant and reading room are lovely. Our room itself was modern and clean but a bit spartan with nothing on the walls and no place for 2 to sit. Breakfast was amazing!

I might suggest removing the desk in the room to be able to have 2 chairs and a small table - it always makes a room more comfortable after a long day of sightseeing!

The location was fabulous. The room was immaculate, eventually. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious

We had our room changed to a much better one on a different floor, because the first one they gave us was on a floor where all the rooms were being renovated. They very kindly gave us a much better room, making our stay far more enjoyable. I was just a little upset having to make our way past all the chaos to get to our room. Workmen tools etc all over the corridor.

The hotel offers a welcoming lobby and the room we stayed in was spacious, renovated and the bed comfortable.

The property was undergoing renovations, so it was noisy during the day and there was construction materials and dust left in hallways and elevators. It would have been nice as a courtesy for the hotel to mention/apologize for the inconvenience at check-in. The cleaning staff was somewhat noisy in the hallway in the early morning making it difficult to rest. The parking was difficult to get in/out of.

Excellent location, and they has parking in an adjacent underground carpark, which is quite something for central Seville. Mind you, it can't be reserved, and we were perhaps lucky to get it (there seemed to be only two spaces with the hotel logo).

Rooms at the front can be quite noisy, not least since there is a (related) café under some of them, and you hear the tables and chairs being put out (early) and taken in (very late). Also, the bathroom, whilst good, had been 'upgraded' recently, and the design of the shower tray made it almost impossible not to flood the floor – there is no lip at all on the back of it; the designer seems to have assumed that just because it is long, water won't flow there.

It was beautiful ,clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was great and convenient. The receptionist at the front desk was very attentive and helpful.

The only problem was the air conditioning was at 24 c and the room was warm. The control panel was blocked to that temperature. It would be reasonable for a/c to go down to at least 22 c. We didn’t sleep well room was too warm. This also happened at another one of your locations so it might be a common practice.

Loved the central atrium - stunning. Great breakfast and choice. Staff really friendly and helpful. Room cleaned and tidied daily to good standard. Went the extra mile for the Xmas decorations!!! Location is simply excellent and surprisingly quiet. The restaurant next to the hotel (Puerta del Perdon) was also outstanding - quality and choice of dishes

Only thing that springs to mind was the lack of tea and coffee in the room and plumbing a bit noisy
