10/10 on the location. Fabulous market and eating places within easy walking distance. The host was very considerate and helpful. We reported some minor appliance problems and they were fixed promptly. When we needed a taxi at departure time the host arranged one flawlessly.

Kitchen could have been somewhat better equipped, e.g., there was no water boiler in the room, so to make tea/coffee one had to boil water in a cooking pan. No proper cutting knife...

The location was amazing right in the centre of the old town beside a lovely square. The apartment was perfect it was big loads of room, a comfortable bed, hot clean showers we could fault the apartments facilities.

The only issue which didn't effect us too much was noise as we bought ear plugs. It's a ground floor apartment on a narrow side street with a restaurant and baker's right outside the windows. The windows only have a thin pain of glass so you can hear what goes on. We managed to sleep well but just to make you aware if a light sleeper.

Prime location! Right in the heart of Seville Historic district. Lots of restaurants and attractions near by. Room was a great size, perfect home base for our exploring the city and surrounding white villages. Had a kitchen with dishes etc.

Loud at night, but that comes with the territory with the location. The hot water ran out really fast, so had to take 1 min showers. A little hard to find when you first show up. It's hidden in an alley way and has no sign.

Perfect location to explore Sevilla, in walking distance to all points of interests, plenty of restaurants, bars and shops. Smooth check-in and check-out process, apartment was clean, spatious and comfortable. We enjoyed being able to walk out at any time in the plaza to have a quick coffee and pastry/walk 10 minutes to enjoy the Setas by night/walk 5 minutes to see the breathtaking Giralda in the morning sun when it’s less crowded, or drop by quickly to drop off some shopping/have a quick siesta, wasting basically no time and thus enjoying the city to the fullest. But everyone should be aware that a location like this can get noisy and if you’re hoping to get plenty of rest in Seville, it might not be the place for you. We would absolutely book again!

Right in the centre, surrounded by wonderful bars and restaurants and local shops. It was not a quiet location, particularly with the narrow streets, but the lively atmosphere was typical of the whole area. Really well equipped and useful to have cleaning materials, too!

The only thing we would have liked would have been a couple of larger cups/bowls for morning coffee but we just filled our coffee cups more often instead so definitely not a problem.

The location is spotless. The communication with the staff was efficient and they provided a cot for my 1yr old daughter. The flat is clean, with good shower and comfy bed. When I return to Seville I'd certainly rent it again.

It worth the asked price, so.I couldn't find anything to mention here.

Excellent location, short walk to all attractions in central Seville

Minor inconvenience but it was noisy in the night and early morning as you would except so central, but no issues with the property that are within the owner’s control

The accommodation is perfect for travelers who love to explore by walking. There was no need to take public transportation to get to the most attractive places. 100% recommended.

There was some noise outside late hours of people talking from the street by the window, however, I understand Sevilians can be loud and it was nothing to be about the accommodation itself.

I liked the location of the property and easy access. It was close to the centre of Seville and all its attractions.

There was an issue with bathroom / plumbing odour which management said they will look into it. I just kept the bathroom door closed and didn’t bother me.

The location to the Alcázar and Cathedral was ideal! The directions given by the host and instructions for entry were very simple and worked wonderfully!

The particular night we were there you could hear construction and cleaning from the restaurants in the plaza after midnight. There was also a couple engaging in loud yelling as well. We spoke with the host, who was very receptive, and he apologized stating that was a very unusual circumstance.
