The pool is small but it is good. If you like to take pictures, you can go downstairs and see your partner swimming from the glass :). The staff is excellent, always supportive and kind. Room was bigger than I thought and it had all the essential equipment and more. Location is great, everything you need is around.

I know the online checkin is optional and a good alternative to speed up the process. However, when the online checkin link was sent to me by whatsapp, it was informed it was mandatory. I didn't like that. I usually don't trust links sent by random WhatsApp account where I can't verify the legitimacy of the sender.

We were really impressed with this hotel, the staff were fantastic and always ready to help, and our room was well equipped with a handy kitchenette and a large fridge, perfect for keeping our drinks cold. The location was excellent, making it easy to get around, and the pool area was a lovely spot to relax and unwind. We were genuinely surprised it’s only rated as 2-star, as it exceeded our expectations in every way.

Location was wonderful for shops and bars and restaurants. Staff were very helpful. Excellent access to the Tram. Great local authentic atmosphere with easy access to all main local attractions. Tickets can be purchased at reception. Ground floor open seating area shared with 4 rooms useful for extra space and a coffee or pre drink ahead of a night out. Easy to get to Seville football ground on the tram five minute walk away.

One bedroomed accommodation was small for two with luggage but included a useful tiny kitchen area. Probably not big enough for our 6 night stay but ideal for a long weekend. Hotel off pedestrian street so no access for traffic so remember to arrange taxi drop off at a convenient location by speaking to hotel beforehand and get directions as all hotels have discreet signage.

What was not to like, the staff/front of house were very helpful. A new system for us, hotel key was a code which was WhatsApp-ed to us and communication was easy via this. Location was amazing, and as for the plunge pool in 42 degree heat, perfect. Great for our 2 day stay

Room was small, but very well equipped. Comfy bed, shower/toilet, TV had apps, but couldn't stream to it. The little kitchen facilities was a surprise, wasn't expecting that

Trying to get to the hotel was initially challenging as it's situated in an area where cars/taxis are unable to drive to, however it's a short walk from the closest drop off points. Once at the hotel everything is key code based so checking in was super easy and room entry also. The room was massive, much bigger than expected with a small kitchen area, but functional although we didn't use it, every day breakfast was provided which was perfect for getting us setup for the rest of the day. Once leaving the hotel everything is an acceptable walking distance away, including an abundance of restaurants, and attractions. Sevilla has plenty to offer and in general this hotel and location makes it the perfect place to be based.

Tatiana especially was very welcoming to us from arrival and very friendly and acknowledging. Also the male staff member who was on for most of Saturday, you were very accommodating and gave us some great tips for places to eat. Thanks to housekeeping staff who gave us extra towels, no problem at all. Our rooms were clean and fresh and stock ups of coffee pods most welcomed. We enjoyed the microwave, the toastie maker, the coffee maker and larger fridge as for the times we ate in, it was easy. The breakfast was delivered to our room at our desired times with lots of choices. Anything we didn't eat or drink like the orange juice or small cakes, fruit or biscuits, the fridge was large enough to put these in to have later, which we really appreciated as it saved us some money and we could enjoy a midnight snack if we wanted to! The terrace was nice and the see through pool very different and unique. There were some lovely comfortable and welcoming places to sit if you didn't want to be in the room or just wanted a change of scenery. Location was great, close to many points of interest.

We liked pretty much everything just 2 suggestions, 1. Maybe worth putting an extra knife, fork and spoon in each room as we only had one set. 2. We were given a welcome bottle of wine but we don't drink so maybe ask guests and offer a different option?

Cristina on reception delightful and very informative. Clean and double bed comfortable. TV had netflix you just had to put your account info in. Very good location easy to get around and shops and cafes nearby for breakfast. No keys so had a number to get into the hotel and room which we liked. Hotel stylish but not all that practical. Would go again but would definitely want a larger room away from street noise

Very small room, street noise mainly at night but stopped about 12-1am. Very small kitchen area maybe about 1m long so difficult to use, although good to be able to make a drink. Shower a bit difficult to work at first and no instructions at all in the room on other appliances either. Hanging area for clothes very high so not good if you are short!

Excellent location, it couldn't be more central. It is literally in the heart of Calle Sierpes. The hotel is clearly marked, very easy to find. Maximum 20 minutes walk from both bus stations. Room large enough, well equipped. Mini kitchen. Coffee machine with capsules for morning coffee. Fridge. Glasses. Cutlery and plates. Great roof terrace with pool. Online checkin very easy, everything worked. Friendly staff.

The USB slot on the TV in our room did not work. Transparent door to the bathroom and toilet. High price.

We visited Seville in July and this accomodation was a great way to combine sightseeing and relaxation during our holiday in Andalucia. The hotel is located in the city centre, only a 10-minute walk from the Cathedral and the Alcazar. The staff was always friendly and welcoming. We appreciated the online check-in, which made our arrival easier. Our room was a bit smaller than expected, but very nice and clean, with a great shower in the bathroom and a little kitchen. The presence of a pool located on the top floor terrace was an additional comfort to our stay, which really made the difference on our summer trip.

Our bed and pillows weren't super comfortable, but still okay for a couple of days.

That was so much to like about this hotel! The location is fantastic, right in the centre of town and only five minutes walk from Las Setas and similar to the cathedral. I loved the electronic keypad to enter the hotel and my bedroom, this is so much easier than having to carry a key or a key card around with you all day. I also found the staff very helpful and accommodating looking after luggage at the start of my stay before I could check in and after I checked out on the last day. The swimming pool and terrace are fantastic, the pool is lovely and cool which is perfect on a hot Seville afternoon. There’s plenty of towels available at all times and outdoor showers too. While not huge the swimming pool is a perfect size for an afternoon cool off and was never busy at all during my stay. I was able to continue using the pool even after I checked out of my room and there are sun loungers in the sun or in the shade depending on what you fancy. I thought the room was very reasonably priced for the standard by the hotel and I would have no hesitation in recommending it to people. I will definitely stay here again at some point in the future when I return to Seville.
