The location was perfect as it was easy to get to from the bus station (a 15-minute walk) and it was on the edge of the pedestrian zone of the old town and was just a few metres from the Setas de Sevilla. We walked to the Cathedral and Real Alcazar no problem. There are lots of tapas bars and restaurants very close by. The apartment block is on a shopping street with Decathlon right in front; despite this we were not bothered by noise. The bus stop for the train station was right outside too. The apartment was perfect for us. It was modern and beautifully decorated; very clean; the kitchen was well-stocked and included a dishwasher and a few supplies; the aircon/heating was simple to use and very efficient; the bathroom was great with two sinks, a bidet and large shower. We didn't use the small rooftop pool as the weather was not great (it was February) but had a look and the pool area was lovely. The 24-hour reception staff were friendly and helpful as were the chamber maids. I couldn't fault our stay.

The hotel far exceeded our expectations. Getting there was not as challenging as we thought but that might be due to the time we arrived. The location was as described, walking distance to all major sights to see in Seville. They replenished the minibar with complimentary juices and waters everyday. And we were not expecting a 'gift basket' of fruits, bread and cookies. That was the icing on the cake. The day receptionist - Bélem - was extremely helpful in giving directions and tips and always with the smile on her face.

Parking is available but getting to the garage can be a little challenging - especially with the very narrow roads of the old town.

The location was central to visiting the historic centre, restaurants, transport., everything, was literally on your front door. The hotel and appartment had a very modern interior with everything you needed for your stay The staff were very friendly and helpful , providing .maps and hints for visiting Seville.nothing was too much trouble. I would like to give a mention especially to Fredrico, who provided assistance, when I was unable to print tickets for an excursion..

There was nothing and I would stay again and recommend to family and friends

The pool could have been heated, but we knew in advance that it would not be heated, so it is ok We booked a balcony, but there was only space to put like two feet on the balcony so you could not sit on it Unfortunately, we were able to hear persons on the hallway when slamming doors or speaking. All in all we really really liked the stay in the hotel Different to other reviews, after check out we could use a toilet on the rooftop and also leave our luggage there for a while

The place was almost perfect! I'd rent again. The microwave had a way to toast food items. LOVED the juicer & the coffee! Beds comfortable, easy to store your luggage out of the way under the bed (mattress lifted).

1. I wish there was a little oven, even an air fryer. 2. There needs to be a shelf in the bathroom as there's no where to put your stuff besides the counter. No drawers, no shelves, no drawers. My solution, I took 2 of the 3 round coffee tables & placed them under the open area under the sink/counter. That allowed us to have organizational space. Easy inexpensive solution for future guests.

Everything: the space, design, clean, located in the city centre. Very nice stuff. There was free minibar with juices refilled everyday and a gift basket on arrival!! Amazing idea! We come back!

Nothing at all!

The location is great. It is very close to Metropol Parasol and easy access to major sightseeing places (Royal Alcazar of Seville, Cathedral de Sevilla, a bit distance to Plaza de Espana). The staffs are very friendly and helpful. The friendly attitude of staffs (especially the first reception male staff who welcoming us) will make you feel comfortable and safe when you first visit and arrive the city. Highly recommend to stay.

The kitchen electric stove are not easy to use. If provides a user guide could help. There's hole in one of the capsule coffee...The shower gel is not working but the reception staff is quickly replaced a new bottle to us.

The apartment was lovely, spacious, quiet and within easy walking distance of the main attractions we wanted to visit. All the staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. There was a welcome basket with fruit and pastries when we arrived and water and fruit juice left for us daily. There is free use of a washing machine and dryer which was very useful.

Excellent location within easy walking distance to all the major tourist sites. Shops and restaurants all around us. The apartment was great - spotlessly clean and very nice to have water and juice bottles in the fridge each day as well as a nice gift of oranges and pastries on arrival. Kitchen was very well equipped and nepresso coffee machine was very welcome especially as capsules were also provided. These extra little touches were very well appreciated. We had a lovely room on the top (4th) floor - a standard studio which was a very good size and had a great view over the skyline and it was very quiet. Also the terrace and pool was just outside our room. The staff at reception were all very friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

There was nothing we disliked. Only one suggestion I would make would be that it would be helpful to have a shelf in the bathroom to put our toiletries, make up etc rather than having just the counter around the sink as this got wet so not ideal. The bathroom is fine and big so there would be plenty of room to put a small shelf or bathroom unit.

Great location. Near to many of the main sights. Big comfortable suite, very clean. Great rooftop terrace with about 12 sunbeds and some more deck chairs and outdoor sofas with outdoor tables. Pool is ok and pool towels available. Starbucks 30 seconds walk away. Great tapas bars nearby. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Aldi 5 minutes walk for all food requirements. Kitchen has hob, fridge freezer, microwave with grill and Nespresso coffee machine with pods replenished daily with daily room cleaning. Comfy beds and a big dou le sofa bed in the living room (room 306). Great value for money.
