The apartment is situated in a quiet location on the side of a small square adjacent to a church about a mile from the station. Its a little beyond the normal touristy haunts. It’s a quaint quirky conversion of an old building with tall ceilings and huge windows. The lift whisked us and our heavy luggage to our first floor lodging; our final stop on a month long tour through Andalusia. The apartment was clean and well cared for. There was plenty of space to relax and the storage was great. Our bedroom was cosy and the bed very comfortable as were the pillows and excellent warm bedding; it was cold and wet during our mid winter visit. The kitchen provided all that we needed including a hob, refrigerator kettle toaster and washing machine! Invaluable after so long on the road. There was a large tv in the lounge with access to streaming services. A large fold away dining table was great for breakfasts and the odd meal in situ. Bathroom facilities were excellent with a seemingly endless supply of hot water for our lovely shower. There are a vast number of bars and restaurants nearby. Wander a few minutes and you’ll find many more, often frequented by the local community and not overwhelmed by hoards of tourists....like us! Our host Olga was delightful. She was always smiling and enthusiastic; keen to help and replenished basic suppliers when requested. She provided great guidance for our city break including digital links to some great local restaurants. We had a great stay in the apartment and highly recommend it to fellow travellers.

We spent a fantastic week in Sevilla during Semana Santa, and this place couldn’t have been more perfect. The location is ideal: right next to a beautiful plaza and conveniently situated where many of the processions pass by. It gave us the chance to fully enjoy the experience without having to go far. Despite being in such a lively area, our interior apartment was cosy and quiet, which made it perfect for relaxing after a long day. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the staff were amazing, always kind, helpful, and made us feel completely at home. Highly recommended for anyone visiting during Semana Santa or any time of year!

The apartment in Sevilla was gorgeous. We had a room, a kitchen+living room with pull-out couch and a big bathroom. Olga, the host, is very kind and helpful and gave us very useful tips. The building is beautiful with a gorgeous arab-style inner court. There is also a small rooftop with a pool and a nice view over the city. The structure is located near the main attractions (15 min from the Cathedral), facing a small plaza with nice bars. Rooms are very quiet.

I write it here just as a heads-up, even though it does not have anything do to with the hotel: if you plan to travel in Andalucia by car, make sure you rent the smallest possible car. If you are planning to reach the hotel by car, keep in mind that streets in city centers are very narrow. It can be challenging if you are not used to it.

Excellent location, close to Setas de Seville, easy walk to the cathedral. The concierge (Olga) was exceptionally helpful. The aircon wasn't enabled when we arrived but Olga worked some magic and it was sorted out in no time.

Nothing we didn't like. It is worth mentioning that the room we were in overlooks the plaza and it is quite noisy at night - not ever an issue for us, but if you want a really quiet place this isn't it. Also, not an issue with the room but we found that places like the Cathedral were sold out of tickets - book in advance of arriving in Seville: you can't just turn up and get in on the day.

Lots to like about this accommodation. The manager was incredibly nice and welcoming, and the location was superb. Immediately outside is a beautiful, citrus tree lined square with benches and eateries. The shower room was very good, as was the kitchen area. The public areas were welcoming and there were some nice decorative features.

The room felt a little tired, but could easily be solved with a lick of paint. It's important to say that we did stay during some heavy rainfall, but there were times when the room smelt a little musty and damp. This could easily be solved by an extraction fan in the bathroom.

A fantastic apartment, we were lucky to have the top floor which included private use of the plunge pool before 11am and after 9pm every day. The place was beautifully furnished, it was decadent, grand and super chic. Our hosts Marta and Monica were so helpful, and gave amazing recommendations to do stuff locally. I couldn’t have asked for more friendlier and welcoming hosts, they helped make us feel comfortable and well looked after. I would highly recommend this place and would absolutely come back in a heartbeat.

An elegant apartment located in a vibrant neighborhood. Entering the apartment building was like being transported to a beautiful, peaceful oasis. The interior design is simply gorgeous! The apartment is just around the corner from some of the best restaurants in Sevilla and very close to the main shopping area. Most of the main attractions in Sevilla are within easy walking distance! The host, Olga, was wonderful and took great care to ensure her guests are comfortable and have everything they need. She can also give some great recommendations on restaurants and help book a taxi if you need one. She was so warm and welcoming! I would absolutely recommend staying here and definitely will the next time I visit Sevilla!

Excellent stay! We had a wonderful time at the CH Boutique Apartments. We stayed there for one week. The apartment had all of the things that made our stay pleasant. The bed was amazingly comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with all appliances. The washer/dryer was very useful for a longer stay. Olga, the property manager, was so sweet and helpful! The location was very convenient as it is within easy walking distance to many of the old town attractions.

We were slightly disappointed that we could not access the rooftop pool/terrace during our stay. We were told that the top-floor room gets private access to the rooftop outside of the summer season.

From the moment we walked in, we felt like we were coming home. Olga welcomed us with a huge, genuine smile and open arms. She explained the property and showed us to our rooms. She shared advice on restaurants, activities and destinations throughout the city. The rooms were sharp, spacious, clean and comfortable. We stayed only 3 nights, but we could have stayed for a month. The kitchen had everything we could have needed, and there was a washer & dryer. The location was amazing—in the heart of the Old City, easily walkable to everywhere we wanted to go.

Cute apartment, International TV Channels, secure, in old town and close to a restaurant I wanted to eat at. Nice elevator. The lady who was at the reception when I arrive is very nice and efficient. She helped me with my dinner at a restaurant.

No hot water at night. It was very cold until I found the heather hidden in some kind of a desk wth doors but the first one I found was not functional despite pressing on the ON/OFF button. Then I found a second heather hidden in in the bedroom and this one was functioning after I pressed the ON button but worked/functioned only for an hour at a time and shut down during the night ! So, when I woke up it was still very cold in the apartment. Temperature outside during the night 49ºF (9ºC). Didn't get the wifi user name and password until the next day but maybe it was written in a previous email but nothing in the room.
