Very kind and helpful staff. Situated in a cosy neighborhood within a walking distance to most tourist attractions. Hotel itself is beautiful and well-kept. Our room was very clean. We were leaving the city after check-out time and it was possible to leave our luggage at the hotel which was extremely helpful.

We stayed in a room located right next to the hotel front door so all the noises coming from people walking in and out were pretty disturbing, especially at night. Thats the only minus and if we were to choose again, we would choose the same hotel, just a different room.

Hotel is very central. It's only 10mins walk from the Bus station and the main shopping area and restaurants. Outside the hotel is a lovely square where you can sit and have wine and tapas. As a solo traveller, I felt very safe in this area. The bus from the airport costs 4e and you get off at the last stop.

The location was absolutely perfect for our 3 nights stay in Seville. Approx 25 mins from the airport by taxi, which cost us around 26 euro. About 15 minutes walk to the main attractions restaurants/bars. Staff on reception always very pleasant, and the cleaners are always happy and polite. Our room was on the second floor. 203. Over looking the courtyard. Very quiet. Perfect. The whole hotel & our room were very clean. Bed & pillows very comfy indeed. The fridge was a nice touch in the room as we kept our water in it. Safe was easy to use. Shower excellent. Would definitely stop at this hotel again when we come to Seville in the future, and we would highly recommend it. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The little bar & cafe bar opposite the hotel was mainly for locals. They didn't seem to like us! My husband got totally ignored by the staff at breakfast time at the bar inside and again in the evening as they were keen to serve the locals that walked in rather than us when we had been waiting a while. No issue, we just left & followed the path round the corner and got drinks under the mushroom instead. Spent our money elsewhere. *This was no reflection on the hotel so don't let this put you off this hotel!*

The location - in downtown Although we booked a 'small double room', it wasn't that small - there was room for luggage storage, personal belongings and clothes; 3 chairs; the bathroom was quite large + the toiletries provided were sufficient Everyday cleaning, including new sheets Beautiful glaze and marble at the entrance + nice marble flooring Great AC

The room had only a little natural light, but not all the rooms were like that The bed was a little uncomfortable after a few nights The bathroom was a little old, with signs of usage and also mold

The small hotel is in a great location for walking to many of the major tourist sites, as well as to some lesser-visited ones. A surprise for me, given that it is only a short walk to Las Setas and the city's major shopping district, was that it is located in a charming little square that offered two places to eat--one a restaurant, the other a tapas bar. The surrounding area was also quiet. The staff I dealt with were friendly and very helpful.

I have nothing to complain about.

First of all, the location was perfect, 3 min away from Setas and all the shops/fast foods around, exactly in the city center. The room was super comfy, clean, and fresh. The cleaning stuff cleaned it every single day and changed the towels. Air conditioning worked perfectly. We enjoyed a lot the terrace as well. The staff was super friendly. When we check out, they kept the luggages for us even for longer.

Nothing to mention here, just maybe as a suggestion to include the iron for clothes in the facilities. That would be great for anyone.

Lovely comfortable bed. Tea and coffee facilities on hand. Clean bathroom and good hot shower. Good sized private terrace. Clean towels every day. Excellent location in a small quiet plaza near a church whose bell didn't toll at night and a couple of pleasant bars.

The noise from a heat pump located outside a neighbouring hotel (not the Andrès). Very disturbing for us in room 302.. The check in process seemed unnecessarily long and drawn out creating something of a queue. The only receptionist was very pleasant however.

The property was in a perfect location which I didn’t realise until day 2! Obviously it depends on which way you walk but if you go to Panthers Bakery you literally have your starting point! Don’t go by google pics of the outside location as it makes it look sad. The outside area has two cafes and they are always busy giving a great atmosphere from breakfast to dinner that people are enjoying themselves. We caught the airport bus which was 5€ each and got off the nearest stop to hotel and you can get this same bus going back. We walked to the Sevilla Plaza Armas to grab it. It was a 20min walk as I wasn’t sure if we could catch from random stops. You can also get ticket on bus by doing contactless. We had a small double room which size was good for us. We not fussy about that. The shower was AMAZING. So much power and hot water! Loved! We didn’t have a window due to location of room so if I stayed again I would ask for a room with window but it’s not a deal breaker. I’m not sure if hotel has a lift (room was on ground floor) and we did walk to the roof terrace just to check it out which was a bit of a mission if you are a little unhealthy like me! So if you on any floors above 3 you might want to check about the lift. I went with my mum, and she cant walk for hours so this place was literally 30/40min walk to the furthest place we went to which was the Plaza De Espana. The whole city is beautiful!

I would prefer a hotel room with a kettle. The coffee maker seems to be a more sophisticated idea but a basic kettle would have been more ideal. Also the entrance had a smell which was like a citrus air freshener but I didn’t like it. My mum loved it, but again - it’s a 20 second walk - while coming and going so no big deal.

The hotel is in a great central location, with a nice view and a calm atmosphere. The room smelled good, and the shower had great water pressure. The staff were friendly and helpful. I’d stay there again.

There was no minibar in the room, and even though the bed was big, it could’ve been more comfortable. The lack of a drain stopper in the bathtub made it unusable, and there were water splashes in the bathroom after the shower. Some cleaning details need attention, but nothing major.

We stayed in room 201, which had a tiny balcony overlooking the pedestrianised, orange tree filled plaza and the church. The bed was huge and incredbly comfortable. The hotel was very centrally located, close to the Setas de Sevilla. Although the chuch bells ring regularly, they stopped during the night and the room proved to be quiet, despite its location at the front of the hotel. We would certainly stay here again if we were to return to Seville.

Virtually nothing. Our shower head dripped, so we simply laid it in the base of the bath. The bath towels were smaller, but we managed ok.
