Very kind and helpful staff. Situated in a cosy neighborhood within a walking distance to most tourist attractions. Hotel itself is beautiful and well-kept. Our room was very clean. We were leaving the city after check-out time and it was possible to leave our luggage at the hotel which was extremely helpful.

We stayed in a room located right next to the hotel front door so all the noises coming from people walking in and out were pretty disturbing, especially at night. Thats the only minus and if we were to choose again, we would choose the same hotel, just a different room.

Cute hotel right in front of the church. It had a fridge coffee maker & cookies (refilled every time they cleaned), and all amenities (shampoo, shower gel, toothbrush set). Cafe and supermarket nearby. The cathedral and other tourist attractions are within walking distance.

I experienced some issues with communication between front desk staff, which led to a piece of important mail being returned by mistake. Different staff members gave me conflicting instructions, and as a result, I wasn’t able to receive something essential during my stay. It was disappointing, and I hope the hotel improves internal communication to avoid this kind of situation in the future.

Our room was on the ground floor and consisted of a single room with ensuite. The hotel staff were very helpful and spoke a little bit of English. There is luggage storage if needed prior to or post check-in, which is quite handy if you have a late train or flight. The hotel itself is very handy to all the must see locations and a 9 klm trip to the Italica ruins by Uber or taxi which is still cheaper than a guided tour as entry is just 1.50 Euros. The hotel is located in a plaza and just across from it is a fantastic restaurant that opens at 8pm....we ate there every night during our 5 night stay.

Ventilation could be a little better as the only wind opens out to the courtyard, which can get a little noisy. The shower doors have an opening that is not very wide and would be a little hard to get in and out of if you are a person who is a little larger than average. There isn't much of a storage area for your things in the room. An open wardrobe has hanging space but no drawers. The other option is a suitcase stand.

The location was amazing, super walkable to everywhere and had some great restaurants right on the doorstep. The area was quiet and peaceful. The hotel itself is great, my room was very comfortable and clean. I loved the little private terrace, and also the option for the larger roof terrace if the sun had gone from my area! The staff were super friendly and helpful

The room was a bit stuffy when closed up for the day, there are no nets on the windows to keep mosquitos out so they can't be left open. As a couple of other reviews mentioned, the bathrooms are a little dated, but it is to be expected in an older building! I would overall recommend it for a great stay in Seville

The hotel is located at a very good and central place in Sevilla. The staff is very kind, helpful and friendly. We booked this hotel only for one night and price was very good. There is a supermarket named Aldi and El Corte Inglés by 5 minutes walking. The parking place also at the same distance. Normally parking cost for one day was about 36 EUR but if you pay to the hotel with their discount you pay 25 EUR. We paid so. Generally parking costs a lot in this area.

We stayed in a room at the first floor near to the reception. Our room was located to the courtyard and had no windows. I just didn't like this situation but rest is fine for the hotel.

The majority of staff were lovely, especially Sergio, so friendly. The male receptionist who checked us in was not very friendly or welcoming but everyone else was very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is located on a plaza with some tapas bars which we really liked and a 2 min walk to Setas de Barcelona. It is also a 15 min walk to the Cathedral and Real Alcazar. Plaza Espana is a 30 min walk. It is quite close but in the heat, it may get too much for some people. We were fine with it. We were in room 103 which overlooked the plaza. It was lively until approx 12pm but that didn't bother us and we liked the buzz of it. For Seville, we paid a reasonable price but if it were in another city that was not so popular, I do think I would consider it overpriced however, saying that, I would stay there again

There is a shower/bath but we had no plug for the bath and also no plug for the sink so there are a few small things that need attention. The pillows are strange... Long and a bit thin. I don't think I could call them either firm or soft but I still slept fine.

The location was absolutely perfect for our 3 nights stay in Seville. Approx 25 mins from the airport by taxi, which cost us around 26 euro. About 15 minutes walk to the main attractions restaurants/bars. Staff on reception always very pleasant, and the cleaners are always happy and polite. Our room was on the second floor. 203. Over looking the courtyard. Very quiet. Perfect. The whole hotel & our room were very clean. Bed & pillows very comfy indeed. The fridge was a nice touch in the room as we kept our water in it. Safe was easy to use. Shower excellent. Would definitely stop at this hotel again when we come to Seville in the future, and we would highly recommend it. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The little bar & cafe bar opposite the hotel was mainly for locals. They didn't seem to like us! My husband got totally ignored by the staff at breakfast time at the bar inside and again in the evening as they were keen to serve the locals that walked in rather than us when we had been waiting a while. No issue, we just left & followed the path round the corner and got drinks under the mushroom instead. Spent our money elsewhere. *This was no reflection on the hotel so don't let this put you off this hotel!*

I would stay in this hotel again. Cleanliness and location were great. Our room was a bit small but it was enough for us. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The TV in the room had Netflix, Youtube etc, it was like home. The hotel was very nice, the staff was friendly and helpful. We felt safe and peaceful even late at night.

Our room was a bit small and there was no window facing outside, our window was facing the lobby. It was not a problem for us, but maybe you might prefer a room with a window facing outside.

Hotel is very central. It's only 10mins walk from the Bus station and the main shopping area and restaurants. Outside the hotel is a lovely square where you can sit and have wine and tapas. As a solo traveller, I felt very safe in this area. The bus from the airport costs 4e and you get off at the last stop.

The location - in downtown Although we booked a 'small double room', it wasn't that small - there was room for luggage storage, personal belongings and clothes; 3 chairs; the bathroom was quite large + the toiletries provided were sufficient Everyday cleaning, including new sheets Beautiful glaze and marble at the entrance + nice marble flooring Great AC
