The property is perfectly situated for my needs, It is kept well, the rooms were serviced daily even on a short stay and the staff from the reception to the ladies and gents who look after the rooms are all very helpful. Daniel I have to mention for carrying my two heavy bags to my room for me when I arrived and the lift was temporarily out of use, and who always greeted me by name each time I saw him. The apartments are very well equipped with everything fom a mirror to a coffee machine. Should I as I hope, return to return to Seville then I would have no hesitation in rebooking this property

Only one minor irritation thar the apartment lacks a mirror or actually two. The mirrror in the bathroom is mounted too high to serve as a makeup mirror if youtake a chair in there, and you can not stand far enough back from for it to serve as a dressing mirror either, The inclusion of a full length dressing mirror and a make up mirror even a free standing one would really be a helpful addition as the property appears to have all the other bases covered.

We had a fantastic time staying in a deluxe apartment for 5 nights. Daniel was incredibly helpful and made our stay so easy. The apartment was cleaned beautifully each day and the roof terrace was a joy. As well as the friendly staff, the other important thing is the location, which was perfect for any trip to Sevilla. The bus station was only 10-15 minutes away and we were able to go to the Cinema Cervantes across the road. One of the main streets for cafes and bars - the Alameda de Hercules - is less than 5 minutes walk. We will recommend these apartments to our friends and family.

The hotel had the facilities I wanted. The location was excellent. The staff, Alberto, who was the receptionist was accommodating, professional and very helpful. The room was ample and clean. I will stay there again. Very good wifi connection. The location was excellent and felt safe to walk at night. There were plenty of restaurants, cafes, shops historical monuments close by. The bus to the airport was 18 minutes walk. I didn't feel tbe need to book a taxi.

There wasn't anything that I didn't like.

I liked the location, fairly central, and not in the really busy central part of Seville which is more to my liking, yet close enough that a short walk could take you either to the centre, to the Setas, or the little side streets which we love. The room was clean and comfortable, although having a glass door between the bedroom and bathroom seemed unusual.

There should have been a sign on the hotel door (which was electronically closed with keypad entry) to say that reception was across the road in the Dona Lola apartments, we weren't the only guests to arrive and have trouble getting in. Apart from the initial confusion, the hotel was good. The breakfasts were limited, although I can understand this as so few guests appear to be having breakfast and I can understand the hotel not wanting to waste food.

We were a couple. We booked the studio but when we arrived, we received the news that they had managed to put us in an apartment, without any additional costs. It was great! The apartment was very spacious, with all the necessary amenities! The bed was very comfortable. One of the best features was the air conditioning, as the heat in Sevilla is very hot! Every day our room was tidy and clean. It was possible to hear some noise from other guests in the apartments but it was nothing that caused us any disturbance. The building was also very clean and beautiful! And the terrace where the pool is located is great for sunbathing and relaxing after long walks. - Daniel, the employee who received us and helped us most throughout our trip, is a very good worker and very helpful. He helped us understand how to get around the city, gave us advice and mentioned great places to eat. Furthermore, he dealt with any problem that arose (for example, the iron in our room was out of order and was immediately replaced by another one as soon as we told Daniel). Without a doubt, it made our trip easier and much better. We would 100% return to stay in these apartments due to their conditions and the way we were treated by Daniel.

We think the pool could be cleaner and cooler.

Breakfast on the roof was great. Rooms were quite comfortable. My niece and great-nephew used the pool and reported it as fine, if a little small!

Our request for rooms close together could not be realised, indeed they were on opposite sides of the road! But never mind eh! we managed! The plug leaked in my room's washbasin, and I don't like transparent bathroom doors, although I have met them before; they seem to be becoming fashionable.

Friendly, helpfull and informative staff. Clean throughout. Beds and pillows comfortable. All facilities that were required. Staff went out of the way when I requested an extra item. Patio area nice. Location for walking access. Carrefour extra close by for provisions.

A little noise from outside at weekend. Walls quite thin could hear doors. Plunge pool area is not very attractive. Loungers uncomfortable hard plastic.

Fantastic location and spotless room. Great shower and air con. Flat screen TV in room with some channels in English and a fridge.

Only a Tassimo coffee machine in the room, no kettle. Not everyone drinks coffee. Also only 2 courtesy pods were provided and then any further required needed to be purchased. No minibar in fridge.

Very clean. Staff friendly and nice. Daniel was super checking is in and making us feel welcome and at home. He gave very good suggestions on what to see and how to navigate around the city.

Couch was not comfy and kitchen area small and needs updating. Dining room table too big for the room. Overall furniture was poor.

During a tour of Andalusia in October, I spent a night in Seville with my husband in an apartment in the Dona Lola complex. The property has a reception open until 9pm, check-in was quick and courteous. There are some steps to reach the reception (with a device for disabled people), then inside there is the lift. Our apartment was on the first floor, it was new, bright, well furnished and well equipped. The bed was large and very comfortable. The location is central and convenient enough to reach the various sites of interest. The quality/price ratio is good.
