Most importantly, the bed in my room was excellent. I also appreciated recommendations for dinner places from the front desk staff. They helped me find truly excellent food in the area.

1. The hotel practices truly extraordinary amounts of excessive emailing, by far more than any other hotel I stayed on this trip to Spain. They send you something like a dozen emails before, during, and after your stay. I am on vacation, I don't need your email, cut it! Also, don't ask me to check in in advance - this is YOUR job to do the check in, and I am paying to you for it. 2. There was no shower door in the shower, which made taking showers horrible, with water all over the bathroom floor. 3. The hotel has no breakfast, not even a microwave in a lobby. 4. There were ants in the room. Not many, but enough to be noticed. I'm sorry, but insect infestation is unacceptable.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helped me with the map as it was my first time in Seville and on my own. Greet location and very close to city centre.

There were limited facilities such as no fridge in the room. However the staff were nice and allowed me to keep my cool drinks in their fridge downstairs. It just meant that I had to go downstairs everytime I wanted something. There also isn’t a restaurant or any food served in the hotel.

Excellent location, very friendly staff and clean rooms. Pedro, the front desk person, went above and beyond to help us as were distraught after our previous scam Booking.com booking experience.

1. The price per room is way too high for the size of the toom and for the kind of facilities they offer. 2. The room was too small for 3 people. There was no room to open our luggage. 3. The shower is a bath tup with a half door, and if you move slightly while showering, water will spill out.

Location is very central and buses pass very often. The hotel has very nice rooms and the room facilities are good. There is no option for breakfast as it only has rooms and no other facilities however plenty of restaurants less than 3 min away

Location and very welcoming setting. Reception staff are super helpful. Room was clean and spacious.

Great location and comfortable room. The staff were very friendly and the bed was nice. Bathroom had good water pressure and was adequately sized.

It was loud. Very loud. I don’t know if I just got unlucky and the other people staying around me and above me were lifting and dropping weights all day and night, or if the noise that sometimes literally rattled the walls at all hours of the day and night are just normal. Other than the noise it was a great hotel.

I loved my stay there. The bedroom was clean, comfortable and quiet as I like. The staff was very cordial and helpful. The hotel is well situated, there is the park with las Alameda de Hércules (and plenty of places to eat nearby) at less than 5 min when exiting and turning left , and straight in the opposite direction one can reach the Plaza de San Francisco and the Catedral / Alcazar on foot.

All the staff were excellent, very helpful with information on local attractions and transport links. Also, allowed us to store baggage both ends of stay and a slightly earlier check in time which was much appreciated.

We had a room over the street and there was a noisy bar below, not the end of the world (and nothing the Hotel can fix) but possibly next time may ask for an internal room. It didn't spoil anything.

It's a great location, very clean. It's in a quieter area, and not too far of a walk from the touristy places you came to see. The windows to outside are sound-proofed, which is helpful because the street is pretty active. And it's right next door to a long street with lots of little restaurants, perfect for lunches or breakfasts close to the hotel.

The walls a paper-thin, you can hear neighbors and people in the hallways. But it's not terrible.

The location of the hotel is in the heart of the city centre. it was really convenient to go back and forth to the bazaar and other places.

Unfortunately because of the renovation breakfast was not served during my stay. I neither have any kettle in my room to make a cup of tea or coffee for myself.

The hotel is located in a narrow street, small basement parking with a bendy entry ramp, we couldn’t park as the car was relatively large to go through the bendy ramp There is a public parking at the end of the road adjacent to the department store El Corte Ingles 10 minutes walk away
