Casa 95 is absolutely gorgeous. From the amazing old front door, to the beautiful, tranquil atrium, the entrance is stunning. There is a lift which we used to take us to the 2nd floor where we rented the penthouse. The lift was great as I had a fractured foot ... The apartment was clean, cool and the bed was huge and so comfortable with lovely cotton sheets. The best part of it was the private plunge pool outside the kitchen. It was so lovely to sit in there when it was 42 degrees! The location was excellent in Alameda de Hercules (stop number 12 on the City Bus Tour Route) loads of bars, restaurants, cafes even a small Dia supermarket. The communication from the hosts was incredible, very swift and helpful responses, lots of information too. We loved our stay and had an amazing time - I would definitely recommend Casa 95 and hope to return one day

The area is residential with lots of cafes/ restaurants within walking distance. The main shopping street is about a 10 minute walk and the Cathedral area is about 15 minutes away. The kitchen has good appliances and pots and pans. The access is easy with key codes provided. There is a lift. The bathroom is very functional with a nice shower. The living room has a table and chairs as well as a couch and TV (no English speaking channels or subtitles). The electric lighting is generally good.

The bedroom and living room do not have good daylight. There is people noise at the weekends up to about 3am from the local nightclub around the corner.

Very close to all the city main attractions, the neighbourhood Alameda de Hercules is vibrant with unlimited choices of open late food eateries, bar, cafes, nightclubs… the host was super gentle and welcoming and helpful, the room was clean, simple, comfortable and cozy. In opinion the proprietors have done a great job in details, in other words it’s a happy place.and I would definitely recommend it.

We received a complimentary early check in. The room was exceptional. Clean and luxurious. The pool was a fabulous addition. The kitchen was well equipped with olive oil, sat and a coffee machine. Lots of attention to detail. Comfortable and welcoming. Location was brilliant. Close to some fabulous restaurants (recommended by the host)

The owners were lovely and helpful. I would happily live in no.2. We used the plunge pool every day even though the weather wasn't great. It was good for our sore knees and backs. It's cool but that's good. Some good restaurants around the square. Taxis are really cheap as we could only find the 13 and 14 bus .

As in all hotels/ apartments travellers need hooks to hang jackets etc . Yes there is a wardrobe but hooks are always needed. 2 more bed pillows.

Comfortable large bed. Very clean and new. Cute central courtyard.

Careful if cooking in apartment as the smoke detector is right above the cook top and it vents directly into it. We cooked bacon one night and it smoked a little and the alarm went off in the entire building and we had to work with the hosts on the phone to reset the system and turn off the alarm. A little embarrassing as it was loud inside and out. Thankfully it wasn’t too early or late as everyone was disturbed by it.

It was a unique style of apartment in the Old Town. Very cosy feel and the upstairs open terrace would be amazing in summer months. It's clean and has basic facilities required for a decent stay. Liked the bath robes provided - nice touch. Being split level, great for younger people. I liked the bars and food available on the main strip downstairs. A very nice vibe, great for young people. Loved the double glazed windows.

Casa 95 is the perfect place to stay in Seville if you’re looking for a modern, clean and beautifully decorated apartment stones throw from great restaurants and bars. Apartment 203 was beautiful and has a completely private, not overlooked pool which had the sun all afternoon - well needed after a morning exploring in the heat of Seville! The host was fantastic and always on hand to answer questions and provided some great restaurant recommendations. The restaurant next door serves the best tapas we have had anywhere in Spain and, with a glass of wine at €3 it would be rude not to visit. Will return again and recommend to everyone.

We loved the location of the apartment, lots of bars & restaurants around and the area had a good vibe. Good communication on the day of our arrival. Appreciated the list of recommended eating places in the area.

The apartment was a little smaller than we expected but it was ideal for just the two of us. The steps were a little steep climbing up to the kitchen!
