Lovely and clean, fantastic location for the old town. The manager was so helpful and friendly. The shower was amazing, and the manager very kindly allowed us to leave a small bag with her before we checked in and indeed the day after. That was over and above what we would have expected, so big thank you for that.

The room was cold, 15° and the heating didn't seem to work at all. The manager offered to change room for us, but at 11pm we just decided that it was easier to just go to bed. In the end it was no problem, just chilly after a morning shower

The host was incredibly thoughtful, providing a welcome drink in the fridge along with complimentary cava. The coffee capsules were exceptional. Both the room and the apartment are beautifully designed, and the location is perfect. The cleanliness was impressive, and we loved having a fully equipped kitchen—it was so convenient. The Seville-scented shower gels added a unique touch. This place is close to all major tourist attractions, so we didn’t need public transportation at all; we could walk everywhere!

The customer service experience varies depending on who responds, as you might receive different answers. However, the host stands out for being exceptionally kind, consistently helpful, and always offering the best recommendations.

Great location, has a mini kitchenette, has a queen bed and sofa bed. Great for a couple or a couple with two kids. Very central to many tourist attractions. The personnel was helpful and very kind. All questions, communication, and check in was great! A welcome drink was provided at a restaurant. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The personal makes check in very easy and they were very attentive. Highly recommended!

Apartment was beautiful and airy. Lovely high ceilings and air con was great when needing a break from the Seville heat! Beds and pillows were so comfortable, we slept so well. Fresh towels available daily. Apartment had everything you needed. Location was fabulous a short stroll to shops, restaurants, bars. Communication with the host was easy and prompt. No hassle to order taxis for us for our return trip to the airport. Highly recommend staying here for your trip to Seville!

We had difficulty with the original door code, but the host changed this for us and it worked perfectly. Shower didn't drain too well so ended up flooding a little

I was fairly interested how neat and tidy the room was. Pretty interesting location, it was really close by to all the attraction sites we visited. This is an amazing location! The room was massive, the entrance to the rooms looks super neat! I was really interested in the location, how prompt the receptionist was via whatsapp as there wasn't a receptionist desk on-site.

I would have appreciated if the bedding was changed daily. We stayed 3N 4D, however, our bedding was changed for only 1 day. The sheets were set up cleanly and tidy, however, they were not replaced. It was the same sheets which we slept on. I was also a bit disappointed that a bottle of water offered was not a sealed bottle. It was a normal water in a bottle. The bottled water was not replaced on a daily basis. When I asked the receptionist (via whatsapp), I was informed that a "complementary" bottle is only given on the first day. It is not given free of charge the remaining days.

We loved Apt 203 Inner Courtyard suite, it was so quiet it was perfect for a great sleep after a day of exploring Seville. The location is fantastic. 7 minutes walk to Setas. 15 minutes to Plaza de Armas Bus Station. 20 minutes to the Cathedral & Alcazar. A brilliant Cafe over the road, a great selection of small local restaurants within 5 minutes. We absolutely loved it 🤩👏

A few finishes are starting to look a little tired and in need of repair, but this happens and in no way detracted from a well thought out space.

It was at a great location, close to the main attractions in the city. The place was not noisy at all, it was clean and just like in the pictures. It was clean and tidy. The bed was comfortable and sturdy. The mattres had a nice bounce to it.

We were there in february and the heater that we used was a little noisy when switched on. But it worked good.

The location is great! Clean too. Natalia was extremely helpful and always available to answer any queries.

Only minor, not a big deal but will mention it so they can improve it. The coffee machine could not make coffee. It worked but probably needs descaling as only a few drops of coffee came out. Also, please replace the complimentary things daily, i.e tea bags

Loved everything about this place. The location, comfort, everything was great about our stay here. Although we had a bit of a glitch with internet, it was fixed as soon as they could and updated us. The host/service was in continuous touch and gave us recommendations and answered all concerns within a very short amount of time.

There was nothing to not like about this place. Only if there was parking, but that's an issue all over Sivelle.

The property is in a good location, close to the city center in a quiet street. The apartment was clean and exactly as shown in the pictures. The host was very accommodating. Check-in is usually from 2 PM, but they allowed us to enter at 12 PM since we arrived in Seville then. Highly recommended.
