Excellent location, big room – very clean, with a spacious bathroom and good air conditioning. The hotel is quiet, yet centrally located, making it easy to return for a rest during the day. The breakfast was very good, and the rooftop bar offers a beautiful view of the city. Welcome drink provided by the hotel at rooftop bar is appritiated. There's also a taxi stand right in front of the hotel, which was especially convenient since I wasn’t able to book a Bolt.

I had to leave a night earlier than planned and informed the hotel upon my arrival. Despite this, I was still charged for the unused night, which was quite disappointing. It would have been more considerate if they had waived the charge entirely, offered a partial refund, or at the very least, not billed me for the small amount from the rooftop bar. While it's not a major issue, a more flexible and understanding approach would have been appreciated.

It was great to arrive after a long time flying to be given a glass of cava. The staff were all brilliant and very obliging only too willing to help you in any situation from Alvera and his staff to the food hall, the cleaners etc. The Hotel is right in the centre of the old town near to the tram and shops, the roof terrace where one had drinks had such an amazing view all over Seville, would love to come back

There wasn’t a great selection at breakfast, did not have the hot food as it wasn’t very warm

When I I entered "my apartments", I opened big eyes: I had reserved a bedroom and I discovered a suite... Clearly, I had been upgraded, thanks to the hotel managing, but the fact is I actually felt somehow destabilized by a so large space. I checked all closets morbing and evening to be sure that nobody was hidden somewhere... Incredible to notice that the terrace was larger than my Parisian flat. I do not forget the quantity of offered products, with a second dose the second day...

One can appreciate or less the style of furniture, which is the same in all the suite. As for myself, I would not chose it to equip my personal lodging. But the weakest point of Ingliterra hotel, which explains my final estimation, is the breakfast, which, in comparison with the premises, looks poor, not enough varied, with meals of secondary quality: only one cheese, ordinary bread, fruit salad swimming in juice...

The hotel was great. Our only problem was that we were stranded at an out of town shopping centre and could not get a taxi due to us not being able to speak Spanish. We phoned the hotel reception, asking the gentlemen to help us order a taxi, but he told us that he could not help and that he could only order taxis to come to the hotel. We were shocked that he was so unhelpful and my wife and I had to walk 6km before being able to get a taxi. For us, this was an emergency situation, and he did nothing to help us. We think that this is disgraceful and it really ruined our stay there.

This is a beautiful old hotel well located near many of the sites and shopping. The staff were very professional and welcoming. The lobby is very nice and the rooftop Terraza was amazing. The room was beautiful, clean and comfortable but quite small. Breakfast was included and was excellent with many options from which to choose. There is a mini bar and coffee maker in the room. The concierge was helpful and friendly. There is onsite valet parking for an extra cost.

The room is small and I could hear my neighbors through the wall. There are few electrical outlets to use and no usb outlets. There was no iron in the room and the one they brought us leaked water.

Location is perfect, right in the middle and 5 minutes from everything. You can literally walk to the cathedral in a few minutes. Walk to the river, museums and more, all in a stone's throw. The hotel itself is very regal, it has a superb front of house team and a warm welcome. Lovely comfy bed, all the services we would expect and some great lounges to sit back and relax in. Clean, tidy, spacious and well managed, a super touch was the toothbrush in the room's wash kit, a nice detail and welcomed by all. We overlooked the square and the view was lovely, the area is quite busy, and the evenings have plenty of bars and tapas that spill out to the streets adding a wonderful night life buzz.

Breakfast. My only complaint. Coffee from a machine, tea was the better option and not so straight forward. The selection for breakfast was good, comprehensive range of options and variety, very helpful staff. With many options outside the hotel in the surrounding area, a few minutes stroll away, there are good coffee and sandwiches/pastries outside that do more what I was looking for.

The location of this hotel was exceptional. It was right in the middle of the historic area and also bordered the shopping area. I can't think of a better located hotel. Lots of dining options around and a grocery store around the corner. Rooftop bar one of the best views in the city. Also it is reachable by car with valet parking. We were concerned coming by car to the interior of the city with European streets but it was manageable, and they took the car for us. Not a problem!

The bathroom of our room had a questionable housekeeping occurrence.

Very clean, rooms are large and bright. Air conditioning works great, very friendly service. We were here for the second time and will definitely come back, I would give a higher rating but....

Breakfast! Terrible! Not appropriate for such a great hotel. Small selection and simply stale. Ham smelled bad, you had to wait a long time for scrambled eggs. They didn't add cheese for 30 minutes. It's better to go for breakfast to a nearby restaurant.

How could it be possible not to love this hotel. It is exquisite! A home away from home but without having to do the washing up! So elegant, comfortable, well appointed, and with an unexpected balcony for surveying the beautiful view of the square! Lovely food and room service. Just perfect! Incredibly helpful and friendly staff!

The delicious food brought to the room could have been warmer and quicker. It was quite difficult to get through to room service in the afternoon after I arrived. There is not a full menu in the afternoon but I could order a delicious omelette with bacon and some cold cheeses and fruit. It is such a shame there is slight staining around the sinks discolouring the marble a little but I appreciate this is difficult and very expensive to fix. The room did not need to be so cold when I entered. A few degrees less cold would save the hotel money, have lower environmental impact, and be a little more pleasant. But these were VERY MINOR issues at a perfect hotel!

The hotel was very comfortable and very well-presented. Our room was charming and very comfortable. We liked how the hotel was centrally located. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would definitely return to this wonderful hotel.

We took the breakfast offered by the hotel one day and we regretted that we did. The whole breakfast experience was frustrating - no one explained how it worked or where anything was. We spent most of the time trying to figure out how it all worked. We spent, what should have been a relaxing experience, jumping up and finding various food items, etc. Frankly, it was too much work and was not relaxing at all as we kept bumping into everybody at the coffee station or the toast section. To top it off, the food was inferior in every way. Sorry Inglaterra, love your hotel and definitely would return but would never choose the breakfast.
