This was the best location we stayed at during our two-week holiday through Andalusia. We got all the comforts of a two-bed/2 bath apartment mixed with all the conveniences of staying in a hotel. The breakfast buffet is robust and delicious. The location is a short quick walk to historical sites and restaurants. The staff were friendly and attentive.

Great location, not far from the cathedral Alcazar, etc. Huge apartment with kitchen amenities. The pool was lovely on a hot day.

Unfortunately, the area at night seemed to attract revellers at all hours, so the noise level could be very bothersome. In addition, it seems that these same partiers like to use the area as an outdoor toilet, resulting in a stale urine smell in the small plaza outside the hotel. A good rain might help with that problem.

A beautiful hotel perfectly located in a quiet square, only 2 roads away from the centre of Old Town Seville and the beautiful Cathedral, Real Alcázar etc… The hotel encompasses 3 of the buildings that wrap around the tranquil square. The staff were just lovely and welcoming, the rooftop pool and bar was perfect as temperatures were topping 43 degrees by 17:00 in July when we visited the city. We stayed for 5 nights and stayed in a Junior Suite , which was spacious and comfortable. Highly recommend this hotel- it’s just a perfect oasis in a beautiful city. Bonus: breakfast is served until 13:00 so you can have brunch if you plan your sightseeing early before it gets too hot.

Nothing not to like!

Great location! The hotel and apartments are situated on a small square in a quiet area yet within only a few minutes walk you are at the Cathedral, Real Alcazar and lovely restaurants and cafes. The suites were lovely and the additional lounge area made for a very spacious room. They were fitted with a small kitchen unit which we didn't use but a great addition for those who do. Enjoyed the luxury shower products. Great stay and would use again.

Although we booked the hotel because it had a pool we didn't get to use it. When we were in Seville the temperature reached 40 degrees so it would have been good to have used the pool and had some shade. Each time we tried it was super busy and only a few spots with shade were always taken. Not a dislike just a comment. The hotels in the centre can only allow for a rooftop pool so these will always be quite small.

The suites were perfect for family of 4 . The hotel was in an amazing location most things like the Catherdral, Alcázar, The Golden Tower, The Setas were in 5-15 min walk. The toiletries were great, as were the things in the apartment. The poor bar was great we didn’t eat at restaurant but only as we were out a lot, but we were able to get some groceries and have food in for breakfast, we chose late checkout which was perfect for exploring and later flights. Even the airport bus stop was only 15 min walk max. Hotel staff Very friendly and check in great. The courtyard outside is lovely

Awesome location, within short walking distance to the Cathedral, Alcazar, Plaza de Torros, etc. It was even a short walk to our tour bus stop for our daytour to Granada/Alhambra. There were lots of good restaurants and dessert/bakeries nearby. Even though we were near so many attractions, the hotel/apartment suites were nicely quiet. Our same-floor apartment suite itself was amazing too. There was plenty of space and storage, and our place was clean and very well kept. The laundry washing machine was helpful. We loved our stay here, it was perfect for our family of four.

This is a wonderful apart-hotel. We stayed in the duplex apartment with rooftop balcony and it was lovely. Breakfast was excellent and so were the meals at the restaurant. The customer service is marvelous and Cristina (the Guest Experience Manager) is absolutely wonderful and so pleasant to speak with. The location is excellent - walking distance to everywhere and there is a grocery store around the corner. Hotel restaurant has friendly staff and you can enjoy a meal outside in the courtyard. Highly recommend!!

Nice hotel, very good location at walking distance from most local attractions. The room was well equipped with a small kitchen and coffee machine (capsules provided daily) as well as the bathroom - clean and good quality toiletries. Adorable staff at reception, they helped with luggage, booking a show and taxi when needed, very positive and great English level (which is not the case everywhere in the city).

Our flat was on ground floor with less day light and occasional bad smell in the bathroom, we tried to leave the windows open as much as possible.

We originally booked a junior suite, informing the hotel we were visiting Seville for our 25th wedding anniversary. Upon arrival we were surprised to find we had been upgraded to a duplex suite with a terrace. This outside area was a very nice place to relax to in the afternoon after being in the city. Location very central, but quiet too. Room was spacious, clean and had everything you could need. Breakfast area and breakfast itself was very nice. We also received a bottle of red wine on the day of our anniversary with a lovely handwritten message of congratulations. Thanks to all the staff involved, with a particular mention of thanks to Reka for making our stay so memorable.

Nothing negative

Everything was great! The rooms are modern and comfortable. The location was central and yet quiet and cosy, with a little square under the trees and a church.

1. I didn’t realize the suites are in a separate building from the main hotel. We were missing hotel like atmosphere. 2. It would be nice to be offered a welcome drink at the lobby during check in. It’s a small thing but makes the difference to the overall experience. 3. Clarins shower cosmetics scent is unbearable. Something more neutral, floral would suit better.
