The apartment was bright and light with high ceilings. All the rooms were colour themed and we stayed in Coral on the front of the building on the second floor. The room had some great furnishings (coral/orange to match the name) and the bed was lovely and comfortable. The room overlooks the street from which we had great visibility of the holy week processions passing directly in front of us. We didn't hear noises from the other apartments at all. The area is close to all main sights and easily walkable to cathedral area and Triana over the Isabel bridge.Codes for entry meant you didn't need to carry around keys which we liked.

On arrival (1.30 am), there was no water available in the fridge, which we hadn't realised. We had to walk around the local area to find somewhere open to buy this. Although there is a fridge in the room and microwave/oven, there are no utensils or plates/bowls. There is a coffee machine with 2 pods and paper cups available for this. Also 4 glasses but tumblers, not wine. The shower head was loose and needed attention as it kept dropping down. The bins across the street were emptied at intervals during the night but I think this might have been due to the Holy week celebrations. That said we would definitely stay here again as we liked the property, it didn't detract from the stay.

The room and balcony were spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable. Location is great. I already knew Sevilla very well so I chose this location. Be aware that there is no elevator. If you can’t carry your luggage up the stairs, this won’t be for you. The only negative (and it’s minimal) was when the owners would contact us with a question and want a fast response. Often we were out visiting a site and didn’t reply right away. That seemed a little bit of a problem. Also, they mentioned that they had to clean all the apartments on the day that we were leaving and asked us to be out by 1030. It worked for us because we had an early train to catch. But technically a person should have til 11. The flip side? They’re very responsive to messages you send them.

Excellent value for money, nice size room, clean and good location 8+ score

These are minor points, the overall experience was very good. We stayed for 4 nights, there was no towel change without a charge yet the places to hang towels so they could dry was non existent, a couple of towel rails would resolve this. The bed was hard, we like a firm bed but this was too firm for us although I accept everyone likes different. It had a fridge, coffee machine and microwave which was good, however no cups or utensils. There was a little noise at night, there are dustbins outside and they seemed to be emptied each night around 0300hrs.

Staying at the Lukanda Arenal hotel was very comfortable for both my wife and me. It is in the center, so we could easily get to the most of city's historical places, which was our primary reason for visiting. The White room was bright, clean and cozy, creating a comfortable environment for our stay. We communicated to personnel via email, and there were no misunderstandings, which we appreciated.

However, one thing that disappointed us was that coffee capsules were not replenished after we used them in the first day. We were upset because there were no the capsules of high quality for that kind of coffee machine (Nespesso) in the stores nearby either.

Fantastic location just opposite the Arenal market and round the corner from the bridge across to Triana and a lovely walk through lively area to the cathedral. Studio really spacious and lovely. Easy door code access. Only slight negative point was a smell of drains in the foyer but not at all in the room. The shower bracket was a bit wobbly so had to hand hold the shower, but honestly not a problem and we had the most wonderful stay in a fantastic spacious stylish comfortable studio apartment.

Size of the room and the location is great. Bed very comfortable. Everything was very clean as well except for a funny smell outside of the room but I guess it was coming from other rooms.

I'm always disappointed when the shower have just a handheld shower mainly because of the weak water pressure and the height they are attached to the wall (I'm a. bit tall). At some point we did miss some basic stuff like plates, cutlery etc especially when we ordered pizza and they didn't send any plastic forks and knives.

We like the location of the hotel, the fact that the room is big and clean. The staff is nice

If you plan to rent a car be aware of parking spots which are in high demand, mostly during the afternoon hours. You can find some private parking near the hotel, but it is very expensive. Also, if you can't sleep well when it's noisy around, the windows do not offer too much protection, and it can be quite annoying due to the fact that it's a busy street.

The apartment is well located and all the main tourist attractions of Sevilla are in walking distance. The host was very nice and helpful and the apartment was clean.

There’s no lift. This was disclosed beforehand but the stairs are very narrow and it was quite an act to get a heavy suitcase up to the second floor. Also it would be great to be able to lock the door from the inside.

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The location was great for us, as we could quickly get to most sights in Seville by walking. We loved the terrace! Also, we could store our luggage in the building after check-out. Regardless of the minuses listed below, we still think this is a great choice in Seville and a good value for money, especially if you want to have a terrace.

There are no plates or cutlery in the room. As we had planned to have breakfast there, this was a big minus for us. Adding 2 plates, 2 forks, 2 spoons and 2 knives is such a small investment, but a big plus for anyone staying there. There are minor improvements needed: one chair needs to be fixed, the button which flushes the toilet was broken and it moved around. These are things which are not visible first thing, but can be a nuissance. Also, the room is on the third floor with no elevatior, so be aware if you have big tollers.

Great located! Just a few walking minutes to all the important sights of the city and shops & restaurants are also close by. The room was cozy and very modern. I liked the recommendation that were given in the apartment for bars and restaurants. The nights were quite and just sometimes there was some noice because of the garbage collection but nothing too disturbing. We were there in December so it was not too hot but still nice and sunny.

It could have been a little bit cleaner but that was not a big problem.
