The property location is very near to all the tourist spot places, so many restaurants or shops around as well which is very convenient, there is also complimentary coffee, some snacks and the like. Water with lemon is also available in the reception which i am so happy about as it is summer and water is very important for hydrating, although water is cheap, it always makes me happy when there is free. Daily cleaning is also consistent, we stayed for 3N4D.

Room is a bit old fashioned but clean, a bit noise can be heard inside our room but other than that there is nothing more and i can say.

Lovely room, excellent extras included to make a perfect stay. Our room was ready early, which was a welcome bonus. It really was ideal. Complimentary mini bar and snacks were much appreciated, slippers and robes the icing on the cake.

Only minor observation is that the walls are a little thin so you hear hear others in corridors and moving furniture but it really didn't impact our stay, just an observation and to be expected in this type of hotel.

Amazing boutique hotel! Perfect location close to river and Maria Luisa park. The room had coffee machine, kettle and plentiful complimentary snacks! So unusual in Spain! We were driving in our own car and they had a secure garage a short walk away.

Awesome location! Restaurants and Seville Cathedral are within walking distance. Staff like Nerea was just top notch guest services. She was super helpful, cheerful and a pleasure. We also got complimentary little cava, lots of drinks in the fridge and chips/candy to snack on. Nice touch on the breakfast being included too. Beautiful lobby!

The air conditioner didn't work too well. I had it at 10C and high air but nothing changed. The walls are thin, I can hear the guests next room coughing, sneezing and their conversations. It's an old hotel so that's what happens. Earplugs did the trick.

Very good location close to the river, the center and the placa de toro. Lots of restaurants and shops around which look authentic and not like tourist traps. Rooms were spacious and well equipped and frigo bar was well stocked. Only small negative point, the room was a little dark. The stuff was wonderful, welcoming and helpful at all time of day and night.

Breakfast which was offered to us, was set on a lovely terrace on the roof with views over the roofs of Seville. But unfortunately it was not great, probably because of the excessive heat.

Great location, all sights we visited were in walking distance. Many breakfast locations, restaurants and bars just around the corner. No noice from the street. The staff helps to bring and pick up the car to/from the parking location till 5 pm. We were lucky to get the service a bit later.

The discussion (normal voice level) from the room next door was to be heard, muted though.

The location of this hotel was fantastic and the staff were so helpful in making sure our stay there was perfect (and when we needed help to see all the city sites we wanted to!). The hotel was within walking distance to all of the traditional sites and the staff made sure to give us great insight on where the locals go too!

The beds in Europe are historically not as comfortable as we Americans are used to but these weren't too terrible. If the only thing I can complain about is that they weren't super comfortable then you know they weren't bad.

All the staff were friendly and efficient and cleanliness were excellent. The room was comfortable and had a lot of extras. The hotel is centrally located

there were renovations taking place to the ground floor coffee shop for the whole period of our stay and to the reception area on our last day. Breakfast on the 4 floor was not good value for money and the coffee was terrible.

Room was lovely. Location perfect for strolls and shopping in an old town area. Exceptionally clean and quiet. Room was exactly like the pictures in the on line brochure. The staff was wonderful. The restaurant was excellent as well and opened early for us early risers. The only issue I found was available parking if you are driving. But even that had a solution as private parking was a bit of a walk away and they had a gentleman escort you to and from the parking place. They did have a spot you could temporarily use to load and unload your car.

Excellent location, right in the centre of the Old town and close to all of the main attractions. Lively bars close by which always seemed to be rammed, very friendly staff and nice "vibe" about the Hotel. Not the most modern Hotel with typical Spanish decorations and fittings , but overall Would certainly recommend and stay there again

More selection for Breakfast would have been good although the Cafe bar on the opposite side of the street did a good selection, but this did not spoil our stay in anyway.
