The hotel is at a great location close to the sightseeing, the river and Triana. The room we had was fantastic 204, with great noise and heat insulation. The breakfast was great with a big variety and nice environment. The decoration in the hotel everywhere is modern with fancy art pieces. The best thing of his hotel that differentiates it from all others is the Service!! Absolutely 5-star service that made feel like home. Gentle and helpful team that went on an extra mile to satisfy us. The manager Marina, the Front office team - Victor, Carlos, Raphael, Paulina, Nicholas, the housekeeping ladies Yolanda that kept everything super clean, the F&B team in the breakfast area, all absolutely perfect!!! The service exceeded our expectations (and I am active in the hospitality industry) and continued even after our departure, as the team helped us to pick-up a package we forgot in a store and shipped it to us even when we were already gone from the hotel!!

A classy and artistic hotel that oozes style and attitude with warmth of amazing staff and service. From the beautiful decorated rooms, lovely pool area, stylish dining room for breakfast each corner of the hotel is beautiful. The staff were helpful with all our needs and booked restaurants and taxis as we needed. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and not your regular buffet. The room was large, stylish and sophisticated with amazing artwork and bespoke furniture . Just beautiful

Only a few chairs around the pool that do not recline, the layout should really be reviewed. Bathroom beautiful but shower leaked through on the ground and basin too close to the door . Decor of bathroom was stunning

The bed was very comfortable and the staff were great. The location is fantastic and the rooftop bar is beautiful (if very loud). Breakfast was really good.

The rooftop bar is very noisy. We stayed on the third floor (the bar is on the fourth) on a Friday and Saturday night and the music and chair scraping was LOUD until about 03:30. It would have been impossible to sleep without earplugs (which are not supplied). The bathroom has nowhere to stand things and the sink seems to have been designed by someone who has never used a sink before as it’s impossible not to soak the entire bathroom.

My wife and I were absolutely delighted with our stay at The Lobby Hotel in Seville. From the moment we arrived, the experience was exceptional. The reception team gave us a complimentary upgrade to a Junior Suite, which was a wonderful surprise and made our stay even more special. The location is perfect — just a short walk to the Alcázar and the charming old town of Seville. There are also plenty of great restaurants along the river, just across the street from the hotel, which made dining out both convenient and scenic. One of the most generous touches was that the hotel management provided us with free parking, which we truly appreciated. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and all the towels and bathrobes smelled fresh and felt brand new — nothing outdated at all. One of the most important features for us, and something I must highlight, is that the bathroom was equipped with a bidet (شطاف) — a detail that’s often overlooked but made a huge difference in our comfort. The concierge team was outstanding, communicating with us easily and efficiently through WhatsApp. I want to give a special shoutout to Elyas, who was incredibly helpful and friendly — he truly made our stay smoother and more enjoyable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast, which offered a good variety and was a great way to start the day. A huge thank you to the entire Lobby Hotel team — from management, housekeeping, and the breakfast staff to the amazing concierge team and especially Elyas. You all made our stay remarkable and memorable. We can’t wait to return!

Fabulous stylish hotel, in a perfect location. 15 min walk to Real Alcazar with lots of good restaurants along the way. Loved the decor of the room, brilliant rain shower, fluffy towels, and very comfortable bed. Immaculately clean, curtains closed and treats left in the room every evening. Breakfast is incredible, not your usual bacon and eggs! As well as the cooked food there is lots of fresh fruit, pastries, break and croissants to choose from The menu is what you'd expect in a nice restaurant. The breakfast is served in a beautifully decorated rooms and the tables are perfectly spaced apart. They make a good flat white. Would recommend their rooftop bar.

I liked everything about this hotel and would definitely stay here again when I next visit Seville.

The location was excellent, by the river and within walking distance of most of the sights. The breakfast was excellent, with a great choice .All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was a good size and the bed really comfortable.The room was clean and as we were celebrating our birthdays we got a card, cake and fizz, which was a lovely touch.

The room was a bit too dark, as was the hotel itself but I understand that is the style. We were in room 210a and at times you could hear music from somewhere in the hotel, but not loud enough to be of a concern.i am being hyper critical as requested,but would definitely stay here again.

Great service — everyone we spoke with was very nice and helpful. Comfortable room— bed comfortable, good AC, good shower. Breakfast food options and quality good. Location was great— 12 to 15 minute walk to all major attractions and right along the river. Clean facilities all around.

I would not consider it a 5 star hotel, it’s a 4 star boutique hotel. The room only had two pillows and two bath towels (though the reception immediately brought us more when asked for). The pool closes at 3pm because the rooftop bar opens at that time.. this does not make sense to me why the two cannot be enjoyed at the same time. Guests should be able to enjoy the pool on a nice afternoon while non-guests enjoy the rooftop bar next door. The manager emailed and asked for a 10 star review on booking after the stay.. this is bad form.

I cannot praise this hotel enough! It was a perfect stay! The junior suite is lovely, location is excellent, the staff absolutely fabulous! The helpfulness and politeness of all the staff is outstanding - at reception, at breakfast, at the rooftop bar and those responsible for the upkeep of our room. They do their utmost to please and ask for feedback all the time. We loved the crisp white bedlinen, the very large soft white bath towels, the room decor which is vibrant and very stylish, kitchenette and other amenities. We greatly appreciated touches such as water every day, a welcome bottle of champagne, sweet confections presented in a glass dome...and very important for me the evening tidying of the room - it's so nice to return after dinner to find a clean and tidy room! The persons in charge of the room kept it in pristine condition. Breakfast is excellent too. They even packed a picnic for us when we had to leave early for a day trip. The rooftop bar is a must - great vibe with reasonably priced drinks. All the hotel staff made us feel truly pampered, including the Manager who personally came to bid us farewell when checking out. We will definitely be back to this hotel in beautiful Sevilla. It made our holiday special.

Everything about this hotel feels special and unique! The decor is quirky and sophisticated, it all feels luxurious but not pretentious, we were made to feel very welcome. The food was outstanding, and the staff were extra helpful and you felt looked after. We had complimentary champagne in our room, and so.e other treats which was a nice touch. The bedroom was comfortable and the shower was huge! We loved the light up sinks, the lighting throughout the hotel was very atmospheric. The bar was cool, and the rooftop bar was an added bonus with stunning views of the city to be enjoyed with a cocktail. It was in such a brilliant location, all major sites within approx 20min walk. I can't recommend this hotel enough.
