The hotel is in a great location, 2 minutes’ walk from the main bus station and 10 minutes’ walk to the city center. The room was really clean and spacious, the bed was very comfortable, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was excellent. I would recommend it to everyone. Everthing was perfect and it exceeded expectations, it deserves more than two stars.

Nice hotel, everything seemed to be brand new. Beds were very comfortable, room was clean. Good wifi connection. Breakfast was very good. The hotel is located within a walking distance from the center. Very friendly staff. I would happily use it again if I'd be staying in Seville.

The only thing I did not like is the hotel did not charge my card, but send me a link to payment page. I've confirmed with booking.com that the link is genuine, but I find it highly unusual. However I could also pay on arrival, which is what I did. The communication on that topic was very good, no complaints there.

The hotel was in an excellent area. Restaurants close by, serving very affordable meals, the tower shopping centre was about fifteen minutes walk away. The bus station two minutes walk away, the sightseeing bus was a good trip, hop on and off and not too expensive. Walking along the river was a nice pastime, again a very short walk from the hotel. The staff were very helpful, pleasant and couldn't do enough for you, the buffet breakfast was excellent, having a terrace so giving the choice of sitting inside or outside. Everywhere was spotlessly clean. We would definitely stay in this hotel again. Seville is an excellent city so we look forward to returning. Well done Petit Palace Vargas.

Unfortunately there is a nightclub/disco across the road so for two nights there was noise from a lot of people outside, however the hotel apologised and we have been advised that we would be given an internal room should we wish to return. Other than not sleeping well these two nights we can't think of anything else which affected our weeks stay, it was a fantastic break.

Location directly opposite airport bus stop ideal for early flight - easy walking access to all main historic sights. Of supermarket a minute away. Great value. Modern well designed rooms. Super clean. Super comfy mattress linens pillows and towels. Efficient air conditioning in middle of heatwave. Great views over river. Busy road but sound isolation superb. Wifi fine. Staff friendly and professional.

Payment by link not the usual through booking. Evokes concern. That it might be a suspicious link. It wasn't but.... then weeks later to get a message from property wanting payment. Definitely evoked concern. Please look at payment and message system. I am not alone being uncomfortable with this. However would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again However

As others have mentioned …….fantastic location for the main bus station ……for travel to airport or rail station …..also for the old town and its attractions and also Triana . Most tasty , varied and high quality breakfast we have experienced so far in our travels through Spain . Absolutely spot on with variety , quality of food and taste . Thank you Inma and the other lady for an amazing start to the day . Room was extremely clean and modern , with a very comfy bed and pillows . Try and have a room on the fifth floor which is where the breakfast is located but also a brilliant roof terrace providing views over the city . Very welcoming staff and if you desire a kettle for making tea , as we Brits do …..they will willingly provide . Great value for a midweek booking . We hope to return ! Thank you !

Great hotel right beside our conference venue. Nice room, quiet and sunny.

I had a bad cold and asked for a late checkout so I didn't have to wait hours at the airport. for check in. I was told this should be no problem but they told me to approach the desk on the morning of checkout to arrange. I got out of bed feeling ill, to go to reception and they said 'no late checkout available' . I had to spend 4 hours at the airport feeling dreadful. This is not a good system. If someone asks for late checkout you should say yes or no immediately. I would have asked a friend from the conference for shelter in their room if I had known.

Everything perfect! Great location, attractions accessible by walk or by taking a bus, which is very convenient – bus station a minute away. Breakfast is good, it has many options and the dining room has a great view from the balcony, the only thing I would complain about is that if you arrive not so early in the morning, the food will be cold. Not a single animal found in the room, it is being cleaned every day and even no water stains in the bathroom. I only didn’t like the hair dryer, it is kind of dirty of previous usage, but I believe that they would change it for me if I asked (it is not attached to the wall). After all, recommend it 100% and I would choose the same hotel when coming back to Seville.

The hotel was so modern, bright and calm with excellent air conditioning and very modern shower etc From Xavier on reception when we arrived to every member of staff we were treated really well. The housekeeping staff did a fabulous job and the room was always comfortable and an oasis of calm in the heat of the Seville summer! Breakfast was delightful and we loved the rooftop setting. Huge choice, lots of fresh fruit, cereals, juices, smoothies, yogurts, meats, cheeses, and a hot food selection of scrambled eggs, bacon, vegetables etc. Toasts, rolls, croissants etc etc! Location beside the bus station was great

More like a 4 star hotel. The reception staff were exceptional, always welcoming and friendly, providing excellent tourist, transport and food tips. The breakfast was always full with multiple fresh, delicious and local food and beverage options, great seating options inside and outside and the perfect place to do a little travel research or work at the beginning of your day or unwind on the terrace after a busy day sightseeing. The room was large with lots of natural light and although it was a little noisy on the Saturday night (I was warned but preferred the bright airy room overlooking the streetscape) it was quiet and restful for the rest of my stay.

Some little hiccups with pesky (difficult) liquid soap pumps but easily rectified by staff. Good walk to the historic centre of Seville which for those like me with map reading issues can double the travel time. Ubers were my lifesaver-timely, helpful and added to the enchantment and beauty of Seville.
