This is a small hotel with very friendly staff on reception and a charming lady who is in charge of breakfast. Breakfast includes croissants and other pastries, toast, fruit, yogurt, fresh juices and excellent coffee, The rooms are a reasonable size with comfortable beds and small but adequate bathroom. The location is ideal for local restaurants and is pretty quiet. It is within a short walking distance of many of Seville's attractions including Las Setas, La Cátedral and the Alcázar - all of which are "must see" sites.

In the twin bedded rooms access to the wardrobe is restricted by the bed layout and one of the Juliet Balcony doors could not be opened. The heating system worked well on our first stay but on our return (this visit) when the a/c would have been welcome we couldn't master getting cold air out of the system. These were only minor irritations but mastering the a/c system would probably be important during the summer months.

24 hour desk service which was excellent as we arrived 12:30am with a bus which ran late. But location is excellent. Near the bus station and the staff was super friendly. Super comfy beds too.

The hotel is a bit overprized and we were also very surprized that the breakfast was not included, although i search for only “breakfast included” hotels. Was very surprised that i was charged 10 euros for a breakfast which consisted of a ham and cheese bun, one cold boiled egg and a cup of coffee.

A nice, value for money hotel in a prime location. The rooms are a little small but clean and comfortable. The staff are great! The ladies at the breakfast area are very nice and helpful. Breakfast is served at the table, there's no buffet, which was a nice change because it's more quiet and cozy. I loved the tostada with queso y jamon! All the people at the reception were very polite and helpful too. And the balcony with the view to the road was my favourite part.

It can be rather noisy in the morning and sometimes during the night. There's nowhere to hang clothes, bags etc in the room

Great location. Close to main bus station. Fine arts museum. Easy walk main historic sights Warm reception team. Given lovely room. Small balcony overlooking very quiet tree lined street. Super clean room. Extreme heatwave well over 40 degrees but room cool. Aircon quiet and efficient but only needed intermittently Comfy bed and linens. Good sleep. Room dark at night with good shutters. Excellent value for money.

Only minor. Highly recommend this hotel. Easily rectified. Bed linens lovely but towels smelt strongly of perfumed laundry detergent. Really unpleasant for many folk who are sensitive or allergic. Most hotels no longer use fragranced detergents in recognition of this. Bed linens fine. It was just the towels.

This is very nice hotel. It does not look like that from the outside, but we did not expect much for two star hotel. But we were wrong. Very nice and helpfull staff, great, clean room with the most comfortable mattress and pillows ever. Very clean and big bathroom, small refrigerator, good air con, everyday room cleaning....we can not ask for more. Hotel is not in the busy street so it is ok for sleeping with open balcony door. There are twoo very big supermarkets 3-5 min on foot. Some nice backerys and great places for breakfast are in the neighborhood. And great restaurantes too. Bus station is not far away as well. We would definitely choose this hotel again. Highly recommend.

We only miss kettle, but we survive without it :)

Location is great and within easy walking distance of major sites like Las Setas, La Cátedral and the Alcázar. This is a small hotel but the rooms and facilities are fine for the price which represented very good value and area is quiet. Beds are very comfortable and the heating was efficient (we managed to stay there during a brief spell of rain and cold temperatures). The hotel staff are all very, very friendly and pleasant (one of the night duty guys really took pride in his city and was telling us all about things to do) - lots of smiles. Breakfast is served in a small area but has fruit, pastries, toast, yogurt, freshly squeezed orange juice and excellent coffee. Breakfast lady was very pleasant and clearly takes pride in her work. We returned for one night on our way home and experienced the same great level of service.

Access to wardrobe is restricted because of bed positioning which is a bit odd and could probably be resolved. It maybe also would have been nice to be able to buy some beer or wine in the evening from their little breakfast area but water was available to buy via reception.

The hotel was in a great location, easy to get to all the main sights, restaurants , cafes etc. The room was spacious and very clean and comfortable. The breakfast, although basic was very enjoyable, toast with jams, ham or cheese , yoghurt, coffee and fruit juice. The staff were friendly and obliging, we would definitely stay here again.

There was nothing not to like regarding the hotel itself but other guests could be more considerate by closing doors quietly later at night rather than slamming them shut as we found on several occasions.

The room was clean, I liked the fact that they provided make-up removal tissues (big thumbs up for that). The staff was very friendly and polite.

A little bit noisy (you could hear the other guests while they were showering, speaking etc.) and lack of a little fridge. Seville is a very hot city and the fridge would have made a big difference inside the room to cool the beverages.

Location was very good, situated between the centre and close to Triana across the river. Rooms were spotlessly clean and serviced every day.

Rooms were basic for the price but perfectly adequate, albeit on the small side. Some of the staff weren't attentive, but I find this might be a cultural thing as staff in general in Spain aren't warm towards customers.

Value for money I cannot fault it. We were in the city for a concert and decided to take a chance and stay here. So impressed I've rebooked for three weeks time for the next concert. Comfortable clean room, large spotless bathroom. AC & WiFi worked perfectly. For a 1 star hotel it's perfect in a central city location
