Excellent location (few minutes away from Plaza de Armas), easy to walk aroud the center, very clean, loved the building, lots of traditional yet modern details. The room is small but comfortable and chique. We wanted to leave our luggages until checkin but lucky the room was ready so we had a great sleep until we were supposed to checkin. Very very much appreciated! (Thank you!). Bed was great, firm matress, great pillows, nice cosmetics, good shower!

The street noise was pretty bad! It woke us up several times during the night. You could hear every car passing, the garbage pickup, motorbikes.. better when closed the window but hot. The AC is blowing right on the bed so it wasn't an option.

Location is great - a lot of places to grab food or a few drinks after dinner. The hotel is quite well maintained. They quick great at finding a solution as we needed a replacement room, as our had some issues with the walls needing repairs.

It’s not great that the rooms lack light. Breakfast is not great, not a lot of variety, also it’s very strict on booking when you want to grab breakfast. The staff tries their best, however, they miss out details that are important: the code to enter the building after hours, they note down the wrong hour for breakfast.

Great place, great staff, great facilities, everything was clean and seemed very new, simply a very nice hotel to stay in. We especially liked the tea and coffee making facilities in the lobby. Bathroom was also very nice with shampoo, shower gel and conditioner being provided and having a regular shower head and a rain shower

The airconditioning wasn’t very strong so I found it a bit hot at night

This perfectly decorated, unique and stylish boutique hotel was within easy (5-15 minutes) walking distance of all the main attractions, the immediate area was very quiet of a night, the room was extremely comfortable, and spotlessly clean as was the bathroom and all the areas around the hotel and the bed was very comfortable. All the staff at reception were helpful, courteous and highly professional. The breakfast was a ‘continental’ style; toast, jams, fruit, yogurt, cereals, cheeses and ham, with coffee and fresh juices. I’d recommend this personal and friendly hotel, especially for budget conscious travellers as you’ll get incredible value.

Nothing to criticise

We really like this hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a good location only a few minutes walk to the shops and bars, and great for all the major sights. Our room was good value for money and included breakfast which provided a very great selection of continental breakfast. The bed and facilities were clean and comfortable, the hotel is in a quiet street so we slept well each night. The complimentary hot drinks, cakes and snacks from 5 to 7 pm was a lovely touch and very welcomed after a day of sightseeing.

We so enjoyed staying in apartment 9 in this hotel and wished we had booked for longer. Everything worked well, was to a high standard, and we were able to mix eating in and out. We didn’t use the general facilities of the hotel but did use the advice which we were given on arrival. The weather stopped us using the terrace but it was nice to have it.

Fortunately we had a small travel kettle for tea making, otherwise we would have missed having a kettle in the room, but appreciated the coffee making machine. Be aware that whilst only about 10 mins walk from the airport bus stop pulling a heavy case, even with good wheels, over cobbled streets is hard work.

It’s got charm; is right in the central district but best part is the attentive staff. They do an outstanding job making you feel at home

The staff of the hotel was extremely friendly and accommodating. The location of the hotel is also incredible, as it was a short walk from the city centre, bus station from/to airport and other places in the town. The room also had a small terrace.

The walls between the rooms are very thin, and therefore there is some noice from the other rooms. When you go out of the room, the outside handle is also locked, and because of that the only way to close the door is to slam it, which also creates a lot of noise when people are going in and out from their rooms.

Very charming little hotel with great local flair, very well refurbished. Comfortable beds and great shower. Complimentary teas and coffees in downstairs lobby from a machine, any time. Very friendly reception who explaned door keys and entrance codes very well. First time ever I have seen wooden key cards, and hotel seems very keen on eco friendlyness. We were glad not to have booked breakfast, as had to leave early sadly, but seen a local cafe nearby. Real bonus is location to bus station, yet still in charming Old Town.

Nothing really. The surrounds can be a little noisy, but it was quiet from 23:00-6:00. Remember that you need a code for the door after 22:00, or you may need to wake your fellow patrons. Luckily we were not asleep yet, room just above main door, and very glad to oblige and give out the code from the balcony.
