The staff was lovely and the hotel is conveniently located for tourists. If you are flying into Seville, the airport bus stops about a 3-4 minute walk away. We had the rooftop terrace to ourselves each evening. We were also able to secure a parking space (there are about 6, suitable for compact cars). We also got a prime view of a parade from our juliette balcony.

The hotel is quite small with the rooms facing an atrium. On three nights of our five-night stay, guests had loud, drunken conversations in the seating area on the ground floor past midnight. My husband found the room quite hot, and the temperature control was pretty clearly just for show. Also, our room had no kettle. Not a big deal, as there are plenty of 'bazaars' around, so we were able to pick one up for 20 euros.

Brilliant hotel that was excellently located. Small but refreshingly located plunge pool at the top of the hotel. Even at 77 I was able to walk and visit the sites we had planned for Seville and the bonus was discovering the Museum of Arts almost next door. (The ceiling is exquisite). Reception staff were knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. We chose not to eat at the hotel and found a cafe within 400 metres that served toast with avocado and smoked salmon. As expected parking was difficult. (Big car small carpark) However there is a large pay park nearby where we parked the car

The room was clean, a bit small, but sufficient for a three-night stay. We spent most of our time outside exploring the city. The bathroom was also clean, the hairdryer worked, and towels were changed regularly. Breakfast was sufficient, offering both savory and sweet options, although there could have been more vegetables. The coffee was excellent. The staff was very kind and accommodated our requests. The hotel has a very good location — we were able to reach the main center on foot. There are beautiful streets and plenty of restaurants in the surrounding area.

The bed was a bit small with soft mattresses, but that’s a matter of personal preference.

Staff very friendly and helpful. The rooms were exceptionally clean and the bed was large and very comfortable. Made use of the rooftop pool which was a blessing on a hot day, which had sun loungers and a shower. Fantastic location lots of shops, cafes, restaurants bars, museums and attractions within walking distance

Could do with some sound proofing as the rooms were around a central atrium and got a bit noisy at times especially when a group was checking in. Also our room was next to the cleaning cupboard which sometimes sounded like the cleaners were about to come into our room which of course they didn’t.

The location was excellent, close to practically every touristic site and all we had to do to get there was walk. It’s also about 5-10min from the plaza the armas where the aéroport bus comes to pick you up / drop you off. The hotel was very clean which we truly appreciated as we are allergic to dust. In addition the staff was very friendly and flexible. The pool on the rooftop was very soothing and relaxing as well. We also had access to free coffee and water all day long without necessarily paying for the breakfast. Speaking of, they were able to provide us with gluten and lactose free options for the breakfast.

Comfortable bed, hot showers, good aircon, pretty good location. We didn’t have the breakfast at the hotel but there’s an excellent little cafe over the road with a great menu and very good coffee!

The room was a little dated. It could also be noisy as all rooms opened onto the central atrium and there was no hallway to stop the noise from reception or from people entering/leaving the building. There were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room.

The hotel is located in a good location close to the main attractions in sevilla. The room was clean and comfortable. Check-in was easy. The front desk has someone working all night. Everyone was friendly.

The additional breakfast was convenient for someone in a hurry in the morning, but going to a cafe would be a better value for the cost. The hot food was barely warm and that was at 7:30 right when breakfast was starting. It would be nice if towels were provided by the pool.

The location of the hotel was really good, very walkable to all destinations. Wasn't in the centre of the city so it was a quiet street. Room was spacious and the bed was really comfortable with amazing pillows. The staff was also really really friendly.

Not a complaint but thought to share - the room was in a corner so there wasn't too much natural light. The room light could be a bit brighter but to be honest it was fine because the bathroom light was good.

location was excellent. Easy access to 'Old Seville' and the bus station for connections elsewhere. Communication prior to our stay and helpfulness during the stay was really good. Prebooked taxi from airport to hotel worked perfectly. Room air conditioning was appreciated in the heat, as was the pool access on the roof top. Breakfast was good though a little up in price- but the reception ensured we understood costs. As a note, there are local cheaper offsite options. Room fridge was nice. Missed the free coffee option - it was supposed to be available in the afternoon but I'm.not sure how you 'got it' - no tea/ coffee facilities in the rooms. hairdryer in the bathrooms :) room safe pool towels - just needed a returnable deposit

Perfect location, walking distance to main attractions. Very clean room. Comfy bed. Nice staff. Really enjoyed our stay here.

The room was facing the inner courtyard which was an open space. With my fear of heights it was difficult to walk to the room from the elevator which was on the 3rd floor in that open space where you can see all the way to the ground level.
