The room was clean, a bit small, but sufficient for a three-night stay. We spent most of our time outside exploring the city. The bathroom was also clean, the hairdryer worked, and towels were changed regularly. Breakfast was sufficient, offering both savory and sweet options, although there could have been more vegetables. The coffee was excellent. The staff was very kind and accommodated our requests. The hotel has a very good location — we were able to reach the main center on foot. There are beautiful streets and plenty of restaurants in the surrounding area.

The bed was a bit small with soft mattresses, but that’s a matter of personal preference.

Staff very friendly and helpful. The rooms were exceptionally clean and the bed was large and very comfortable. Made use of the rooftop pool which was a blessing on a hot day, which had sun loungers and a shower. Fantastic location lots of shops, cafes, restaurants bars, museums and attractions within walking distance

Could do with some sound proofing as the rooms were around a central atrium and got a bit noisy at times especially when a group was checking in. Also our room was next to the cleaning cupboard which sometimes sounded like the cleaners were about to come into our room which of course they didn’t.

The location was excellent, close to practically every touristic site and all we had to do to get there was walk. It’s also about 5-10min from the plaza the armas where the aéroport bus comes to pick you up / drop you off. The hotel was very clean which we truly appreciated as we are allergic to dust. In addition the staff was very friendly and flexible. The pool on the rooftop was very soothing and relaxing as well. We also had access to free coffee and water all day long without necessarily paying for the breakfast. Speaking of, they were able to provide us with gluten and lactose free options for the breakfast.

location was excellent. Easy access to 'Old Seville' and the bus station for connections elsewhere. Communication prior to our stay and helpfulness during the stay was really good. Prebooked taxi from airport to hotel worked perfectly. Room air conditioning was appreciated in the heat, as was the pool access on the roof top. Breakfast was good though a little up in price- but the reception ensured we understood costs. As a note, there are local cheaper offsite options. Room fridge was nice. Missed the free coffee option - it was supposed to be available in the afternoon but I'm.not sure how you 'got it' - no tea/ coffee facilities in the rooms. hairdryer in the bathrooms :) room safe pool towels - just needed a returnable deposit

Perfect location, walking distance to main attractions. Very clean room. Comfy bed. Nice staff. Really enjoyed our stay here.

The room was facing the inner courtyard which was an open space. With my fear of heights it was difficult to walk to the room from the elevator which was on the 3rd floor in that open space where you can see all the way to the ground level.

Really lovely and helpful receptionist on duty the first four afternoons we were there. The room was a good size and clean. The bed was comfortable. The location was good. Easy to walk into the city centre, or take the No 3 bus five minutes from the hotel, passing along the river if preferred.

Breakfast. It's advertised as starting at 7.30am. We needed to get to the airport so we were there on time. No lights on. No fresh food out. It began to trickle in at 7.35 - 7.40. Cooked eggs only appeared at 7.50. Not acceptable. We would have had our breakfast in the cafe across the road that morning as we had the other days, but it didn't open in time. The pool needs regular attention. It can't have been open long due to the time of year, but there was a green algae line round the water level, which should be cleaned off. A used ashtray on the ground beside the steps into the pool was ignored for four days. Eventually my husband moved it to a table in the seating area.

Entrance to subterranean hotel car park impossible for larger cars! - BMW 5 Series. Didn't have time to try due to traffic in narrow one way street. Had to park in multi storey 300 yards away, so couldn't carry bags to hotel, + 20 euros a day!

Shower needs attention, both shower heads need new washers, or replacing, also the drain in the shower cubicle is slow to drain. I understand the room is for wheelchair access. Im a retired plumber 😎

Shouting in hall during late hours of the day. Could have been easily controlled by reception.
