Well situated hotel as it avoids the nightmare of driving into the city centre. Huge underground car park (municipal but immediately next door to hotel and accessed by private lift). It is only a 10 minute walk to the Setas and about 20 minutes to the cathedral and Alcaza. Promenade is 5 minutes away. The red or green hop on-hop off tour buses pass the hotel so easy to use them if you want. Excellent breakfast in a lovely dining space. Nice bar and seating in lobby. Welcome drinks (juice)available on arrival. Rooms are bright, spacious and well equipped - and very quiet. Pool and terrace are a great facility but can get VERY hot on roof. They have a small gym too.

The immediate area around the hotel looks a bit run-down but is perfectly safe even at night. Seems to be in the process of redevelopment. Ask staff for tips on restaurants and directions. Plenty of taxis.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a great experience overall. The location is fantastic—perfect for tourists, as it’s within easy walking distance of most major attractions. This made exploring the city incredibly convenient. One of the standout features was the seamless online check-in and check-out process, which made my arrival and departure hassle-free. I also appreciated the ability to select my room in advance. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of options to suit different tastes. Additionally, my room was very spacious, impeccably clean, and comfortable, making for a pleasant stay.

One downside was the noise from young people practicing dance in front of the hotel. It could be a bit bothersome at times, especially if you’re looking for a quieter atmosphere.

My wife and I recently spent one night there. In every respect but one -- I'll deal with that in the "What didn't you like" section of the review -- the hotel was among the very best places my we have ever stayed. They gave us a free upgrade to a Standard New Style room, which was terrific (again, with one exception), the restaurant was wonderful, the staff was helpful and friendly, and the location was excellent. We loved almost everything about the hotel.

The ONLY problem was that, as pleasant a place as the room was in every other respect, the mattresses were horrible. It wasn't only that they were extremely firm, but you could feel every spring protruding through the way-too-thin padding on top... it was like trying to sleep on a cobblestone street. We had a terrible night's sleep as a result. Prior to going to bed that night, we'd been wishing we were staying longer; by the next morning, we were extremely thankful that we did NOT have to spend another night there. If it weren't for the mattresses, we'd have rated the hotel a full "10", but we slept so poorly and were so uncomfortable that it was enough to make us regret having stayed there.

The NH Plaza de Armas is one of my favourite hotels. It has wonderful immunities which include a large sunbathing area on the roof terrace with beautiful out reaching views and a large swimming pool. It is perfect for business people as it has a wonderful working area just off the main reception along with a delightful restaurant area serving good quality food. I found all of the staff to be very helpful and attentive, and in particular the manager Andres to be incredibly kind and thoughtful during my stay. As a solo traveller, I felt extremely safe and enjoyed my open outlook to the Plaza area and its location to the centre. Highly recommend!

The housekeeping staff were exceptional. We stayed for two nights and didn't feel we needed cleaning in between, but were still asked if there was anything we needed. We were also given chocolates and water with a note from the manager, a small but a nice touch. Room design, was just great shower, bed and heating/aircon spot-on. You can tell this is a really well-run hotel

I found the check-in procedure strangely bureaucratic. Also, the chair at the work station was set at a very high level - a height adjustable chair would have been much better. Small details in the scheme of things, but just kept our stay from being 10/10

The room was large and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and we were able to leave our luggage for the day on check out, which allowed us to explore more of Seville without the encumbrance of our suitcases. The location was very handy for our onward travel from Plaza de Armas. It's a short walk to the river or the old centre (cathedral, etc.) so a good location for sightseeing too, even though the immediate environs aren't that picturesque.

Internal noise from the main air conditioning (?) system was a bit like sleeping on a ferry. It was a shame that the rooftop bar was closed.

Friendly and helpful staff, good sized room with TV, hairdryer, toiletries. Lovely terrace and pool area although the pool area is closed at 6pm so if the weather is nice you can't enjoy the last rays of the sun on a sun bed. You can sit on the terrace though. Breakfast has a good choice, lovely fresh fruit, patries, cheeses, hams etc

The breakfast also included baked beans, sausage, bacon and scrambled eggs but these were only lukewarm. Infact my scrambled eggs were cold one morning and unpleasant. You could ask for fried eggs or an omelette though which were then freshly cooked. The room does not have tea and coffee making facilities. We had to ask for extra hangers for the wardrobe as few were provided initially. There could be a bit more storage as there are only 2 drawers in the wardrobe which is situated by the sink which is outside of the bathroom. So we were falling over one another trying to get ready. Our room faced the main road and despite double glazing was a bit noisy.

Great location for seeing everything the city had to offer and access to all districts. As a large hotel the pool and terrace were made good use of. At breakfast, my mum and I were well looked after. Personal service Proximity to bus station meant an easy daytrip away.

Layout of sunbeds. access to sun and shade on terrace and general area could feel more loved. no milk in fridge to be able to make cups of tea in room after a long day sightseeing. Set up very much for business clients rather than city traveller

I had a great stay at NH Hotel. The hotel is in a prime location, just a few minutes’ walk to the main attractions, which made exploring the area very convenient. The room was clean and comfortable, providing a relaxing atmosphere after a day of sightseeing. What stood out the most was the staff-they were incredibly kind and supportive, always ready to help with any requests. Overall, it was a positive experience

There was only one bottle of water provided, and if you needed extra mineral water, you had to pay for it, which felt a bit inconvenient. Additionally, there was no room service available at night, which was disappointing. I also found the hotel price to be high compared to its facilities and design
