The rooms had everything we needed for making food and coffee. We used the washing machine to freshen up our clothes. The location was close to the bus station and many sights to see, but it was far enough away to stay quiet overnight. The staff was friendly and answered all our questions. We also were able to leave our luggage on check-out since our flight was later in the evening and we wanted to explore more.

The air conditioner in the 2nd bedroom made a constant humming noise that kept up our other guest. The apartment was often warm and stuffy, we kept trying to get the air conditioning to the right temperature. But we were always able to open a window to let in fresh cool air so not a major issue.

We really enjoyed our stay in the apartments for five nights. The apartments were fully equipped for a self-catering stay and spacious for a family of four plus an extra adult. The location was fantastic we walked everywhere you are minutes away from the shopping district and all the tourist attractions. Staff were helpful and polite. The price was very good value for money and we would stay again.

The third bedroom was an out house on the terrace which isn't ideal when staying with children. The terrace was shabby and unclean and could have done with tables and chairs. Cleanliness of the apartment could be better. Check in at 5pm is really late.

We stayed at this property during our visit to Seville and overall had a good experience. The location is convenient — about a 20-minute walk from the cathedral. One of the standout features is definitely the rooftop pool. While it’s not very big, it’s a huge plus during the hot Andalusian days and offers a refreshing break after sightseeing.

The apartment itself was quite nice and well laid out, but I do have to mention that the cleanliness could have been better. We found hair on the floor upon arrival, which is never pleasant, and the sofa had visible stains, which made it feel a bit unclean. Another small detail: there was a coffee machine in the apartment, but no welcome capsules were provided — only a few sugar packets. Despite these downsides, I would still recommend this property due to the fair pricing, the rooftop pool, and the location. Just a bit more attention to cleanliness and those small hospitality touches would really elevate the experience.

We stayed in the luxury apartments for one night, and it exceeded our expectations. The room was very stylish and spacious. Everything was clean, and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom had all the necessary amenities. The kitchen was fully equipped as well, with dishes, a stove, a coffee machine, and a washing machine. There was also a hairdryer and an iron, plus extra blankets in case it got cold. The rooftop pool, though small, was very charming and a perfect escape from the summer heat. The staff were friendly and attentive. Overall, it was a wonderful stay If you're traveling by car, keep in mind that finding parking might take some time. Alternatively, you can reserve a parking spot at the reception for an additional fee.

Really roomy for three generations, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Ample crockery, cutlery, glasses etc. Well equipped, even for longer stays, with washing machine, ironing board, dishwasher, full sized fridge etc. Plenty of storage for clothes and food items. Convenient location on edge of old town. Very handy to parking and supermarket. Thoughtful inclusion of dishwashing liquid, a dishwasher tablet and sponge.

Not much- the aircon in the third bedroom wasn’t working but we reported this and expect it would be fixed for future guests. We would have appreciated a tea towel to dry dishes. As it was we used a hand towel from the bathroom to dry the breakfast things on the morning we left.

everything? the location is great, super close to a bus station with the bus to the airport, the room was looking great and was comfortable and had everything that's needed, the staff was super nice and helpful, it's basically a hotel but with apartaments and from what I've seen not as expensive as the actuall hotels in this standard in the city center

the thermostat was a bit funky, making the rooms super hot, even when set to like 15 degrees, but maybe we used it wrong - not a real problem anyways, we just turned it on and off when needed

There is no general breakfast buffet, so ordering the breakfast box would mean if you didn't book an apartment you would eat in your room on the bed. In that case we would advise to walk outside the hotel and eat in one of the so many great bars were they serve the nicest coffee and breakfast for the same price or less. The pool wasn't as nice as the picture claimed it would be, it was rather dirty. So unfortunately we did not use it, although it was one of the main reasons to book the apartment. We made to bookings for the beginning and the end of our travelling around this area.

Very clean, spacious and modern apartment in a residence. Staff was very friendly and helpful, the rooms had a handy washer dryer combo. The position of the hotel was great, in a quiet corner of the historic city center.

We arrived by car and decided to use the paid parking offered by the hotel. We got the garage code at the reception, the parking was only about 100 m air distance from the hotel but it was tricky to get there. Not the hotel's fault, obviously, it's just the rather narrow street in the city center.

As we already visited Seville a few times, this area gets more likes because of the quietness of the place and still in the middle of center. We came with our own car though and the area is very difficult (if note extremely !) to find a parking spot, and beware of the parking in the center it will cost you approx. 35€/24h. So just book a car park well in advance at the apartment that might be much cheaper. The apartment overall was very nice, we were 3 and had 2 separate bedrooms, a very well equipped kitchen and washing machine, a nice rooftop terrace to sit on, the swimming pool was only for a plunge but the shower will do already just fine. Very easy checking in and out, and cheap for the quality you get.
