The staff were the stand out feature of our stay, they were very friendly, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was nice, and the early evening complimentary cocktail and cheese was a lovely surprise. Great hotel in a beautiful city!

Staff is very friendly and attentive. My room and the bathroom were facing a busy avenue but they were very well insulated from noise. The room instead of black curtains had wooden shutters which made it very dark if when I slept late. , that was a nice detail. They have amenities I didn't use but I saw , like a nice lunging area with books and magazines, free coffee 24hs, etc. Location is nice, a block from the river and 10 min walk to El Corte Ingles which is basically the center of the old town. Overall a very nice stay. They offer breakfast and they have a happy hour too. I would like to go there in the spring or the fall to enjoy the beautiful balcony the room had and the rooftop.

The only this I found inconvenient is that someone has to buzz you in to the hotel. And if it is breakfast time, you may have to knock on the window of the breakfast room for them to come and open the hotel door (I also find it kind of funny).

Nice little hotel in a good location (15 min walk to the main area). The staff were all really helpful and friendly, room was a nice size and clean, and there’s free tea, coffee and a water dispenser in the breakfast area.

The only thing I didn’t like was that my ground floor room only had a window which looked out to a tiny courtyard. Because the building is so tall that meant I couldn’t see the outside world at all and would need to leave the room completely to see what the weather was like. I did however book the cheapest room so would recommend you book for the next one up. My room was room 3 and whilst I would stay at this hotel again, I would ask not to have room 3

Spacious room with large seating area; super comfy bed and pillows; bright and tastefully decorated. We were welcomed with a glass of wine, and invited to take part in the complimentary wine and cheese hour in the evening. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I particularly liked the 24-hour reception desk and buzz-in procedure that made the hotel feel totally secure. Excellent location just a block from the river and within easy walking distance of the central attractions. Loads of restaurants and bars, and recommendations from the staff were very helpful. Breakfast was plentiful and varied; coffee and tea available all day. Bikes available for those braver than us! Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

The welcome and helpfulness of the staff was excellent. The free welcome drink and free hot drinks and sweet snacks was such a welcomed surprise and was a thoughtful and lovely way to end a busy sightseeing day. The breakfast was good with plenty of choice, and the Hotel was well placed for walking to the main attractions and the bus station, and opposite the bridge to Triano too

There was nothing to dislike, possibly a set of drawers for tops underwear etc, and some shelves for toiletries in bathroom and a towel rail, for towels to dry easier, and a light over mirror for applying make up etc

Reception staff were very friendly and helpful, they were always of great assistance with places to visit and bookings, how to get there walking or taxi. Nice room and lovely sun terrace on 3rd floor. Very comfortable bed. The Reception staff were great. Very handy for Bus Station as we arrived via Faro airport in Portugal from UK and great location for Red Bus stop, many sights in Sevilla and bridges over the river to Triana.

Kettle leaked and no place to use it near a plug socket except on the tiled floor, made having hot drinks awkward. Too high shelf in wardrobe were the safe was located needed a stool to see inside in case you left anything. Lacking in plug sockets for phone/I pad charging and kettle, no shelf to put yours and hers toiletries in the bathroom alongside washbasin but OK.

The hotel feels like a boutique experience without dipping too far into the wallet. The whole building is very modern, clean and bright. I booked a standard room as a solo traveler and got a very nice, airy and bright one looking into the inner courtyard. This was quite ok with me, as I prefer being tucked away from noise and as you know solo guests usually get the broom closet so this was a nice surprise. The location is very good, a little out of the touristy center but it is just a step away from the central bus station that will take you to the airport. You will be very thankful for this non-distance if you need to get up at an ungodly hour to catch your flight. In any case, it is a short walk away from the downtown sights and surrounded by great non-touristy restaurants and one of the best brunch cafes in town. Staff were super helpful and pleasant.

This is rather nitpicky but there were times where the bathroom smelled a little funky, I'm guessing from the pipes. In any case, same thing happens to my fridge sometimes so I'm not too bothered.

Location very good with everything we wanted to do on this trip in walking distance, some

Some more awareness of problems in the bedroom. Toilet seat that wasn't secure so slipped when in use. Towel rail not secure to the wall so pointless putting the towel on it. TV not essential but wasn't available until twice of asking. But the staff were very helpful in every other way. Breakfast wasn't for us as a bit expensive we thought for what was on offer.

We left our bags for the day so we could go out and about. When we returned, the lady that was at the desk was amazing. She helped us greatly. I do not remember her name, but she helped us find a hotel in our next city and was so very helpful. Super friendly, super nice and super helpful!

The parking situation was horrible. Booking.com said that there was parking available at the hotel. We arrived late and tired. Then we find out we have to walk down the street to park. The kid that checked us in did. Ot really know what was going on with parking and the man at the parking garage was awful. He was rude and talked to us like we were idiots. He used his hand to brush us away. He was horrible.
