Location was excellent. We had a very clean, modern and bright penthouse apartment in lovely traditional building.

Privacy on the penthouse terrace. Either the whole roof top is set aside for the penthouse or the privacy of terraced area is improved. Also, as an observation for a small cost the addition of a few luxury touches would have added to experience.

I stayed in Apt #6 on the second floor, the apartment with the dividing wall between the bed and the living room area. I absolutely loved the apartment. There were so many nice little touches: the lighting, various shutters either providing light or darkness depending on the need, the shower with rainfall or spray option, the well designed kitchen, the sofa, a television for the living room area and another for the bed, and the keypads instead of keys. Best of all everything was functional. The staff was very friendly and the area was perfect. No problems with noise.

Very nice staff and quiet room with very comfortable bed and nice linen. Room serviced every day.. Seville is an easy city to walk and location was good for us. Good shower pressure and hot water supply. Proper shower stall (not over bath) and good air-conditioning. Good iron.and nicely set up kitchen. Would recommend. Rating is perhaps a little harsh but it's a function of comparison with other experiences.

Our room had large windows (glass wall) facing into an internal courtyard. No privacy and sun on the windows meant we didn't open the curtains. Spa jets in spa pool on top deck weren't working. No kettle in the kitchen, although could boil water in pot on the stove. Typical terrible Spanish mini ironing board which is time consuming to use and doesn't deliver a great result.

The detail and the arrangement of the facility even the small things are so spotless clean and thoughtful. The furniture are cute and modern with nice touch. I love the small kitchen area with coffee machine, fridge. Also they look very sleek and good choice of the appliance! The bed is very very comfy! Great location too! The staff let me leave my luggage at their hotel next door and even offer me free tea/coffee when I was resting in the lobby although I didn’t take it. Super friendly staff and the scent in the lobby is very elegant and comfortable.

if I really need to find something to say it is the shower water is not so strong.

Beautiful apartment in a perfect location close to all major sights. Check in system was excellent, all done online which made it so easy. Comfortable bed, brilliant air con, toiletries and towels provided, excellent WiFi. It had everything we needed and more!

We were in apartment 2 on the ground floor. When other guests were coming in late via the front door of the building, the light in the main hall lit up our whole apartment (through the window above our door) and it was also quite noisy, which woke us up a few times every night.

We liked the property a lot. It was really clean and new inside but actually it was a historic building. Location was great so close to both El Arenal and Santa Cruz.

The only negative thing was we were not provided with the exact room that has been shown. Because our room was on the ground floor. We could not open windows due to that and it was noisy during the evenings since people are passing by on the street. I thought that I selected a room with more light and on upper floors. The bed was small for 2 people to sleep in and a bit uncomfy.

We stayed in an apartment next to the main property. The location is fantastic, and well maintained, staff was wonderful. From that point of view five stars.

Align your own expectations that all the apartments are different. So if you are expecting what is exactly on the photo, you will be disappointed unless you have good luck and get one of the nice ones. The photos are correct, once we figured out which one was ours from the Google photos. The top units would be dreamy.

The apartment is spacious and immaculately clean with every amenity one could hope to have. The bed is very comfortable. There is ample closet space. The layout of the couch and the breakfast nook is terrific. The entry process is so easy; the door codes work perfectly. The staff is excellent and most helpful. We have stayed here before and will continue to stay every time we are in Seville. Absolutely perfect in every conceivable way! Location is great. Taxi stand one block away as well as mini markets, and restaurants, too. Casa Bailen is the best place to stay in Seville! 

Everything was perfect!

Amazing apartment we had number 9 on the rooftop for our honeymoon. It was an amazing stay perfect locations as within a 15minute walk of most places but enough out the way that it was lovely and quiet. Bed was super comfy and the cleaner came in everyday to make it up/ refresh towels if needed.

Only one improvement point the apartment needs a full length mirror - maybe hidden inside one of the wardrobe doors ?

Casa Bailen was super comfy, very clean, and very complete. It had all the amenities needed, and was very comfortable for the two of us. They even had coffee pods, all the utensils, cups, plates, iron & iron board. I was more than satisfied with the accommodation. The room and courtyard outside was very charming and cozy! It was a shame that we only had 1 night to stay there. I highly recommend booking Casa Bailen for your stay in Seville.
