The hotel is very centrally located, Sevilla's main sights are within 15-20 minutes walking distance. A good supermarket and a number of restaurants and bars are also close. The room was spacious, the AC worked well, and the beds were comfortable. This is also the first hotel I've stayed at that has a manual for the shower and all its features.

There is no closet, just a coat rack and a few shelves, by far not enough space. The street is not overly busy, but due to the cobblestone pavement, there was an unpleasant noise level, especially at night. (Obviously, this is not something the hotel has influence on.)

The price is attractive. It was clean , breakfast was buffet and was fine. The hotel offers a bed and a breakfast, no lounge to sit or bar. It’s about 15 minutes flat walk through cobbled streets to the cathedral and 10 minutes to the river. Staff were nice. I hated my single room and moved to a double and paid 10 euro per night extra; much better! Opposite is a Meliá hotel. ( five star). I went there after I came back from my tours and daily sightseeing and drank wine, coffee and cocktails in their fancy lounge ( drinks are oddly not expensive). Naturally I didn’t tell anyone at the Melia that I wasn’t staying there! Then I quietly crossed the road and slept at this hotel. So sort of got the best of both worlds(😉)

For what I paid and the location; it was good and very safe area. The lift fits three people and is extremely slow. Just be patient.

The reception staff were brilliant , spoke english well and were helpful with their advice and information. The room was warm, clean, quiet and comfortable , and the location was amazing. Close to the city centre and plenty of bars and tapas places to fill our 4 days. Local corner shops helped out with snacks too. I particularly liked their eths of eco friendliness - shampoo etc, twoels and card water bottles witha fountain downstairs you could refill from. 10/10

The bathroom in our double Room was small and only really enough for one person at a time. There wsa no kette butwe had suspected that and taken ur own travel kettle.

Fabulous location, just a short walk to restaurants and centre of Seville, beautiful building. Room was spacious, lots of light and doors onto a small balcony that open fully onto an avenue lined with orange trees. Love the Petit Palace brand and would definitely rate this as three star., so really good value. Yes, the bathroom and shower is compact but perfectly adequate. Double bed was a good size and comfortable. Breakfast was substantial, with cereals, good selection of gluten and lactose free options. Bacon and eggs also available and nice selection of meats and cheese. Taxi rank right outside to make it easier to taxi to the train station.

Some street noise early in the morning, but otherwise great and would stay again.

Property is very centrally located and is easily walking distance from many of the best sites, just a few meters away from the river and access the public transport. Beautiful historic building but with modern interiors. Impeccably clean and generous breakfast. Staff were excellently accommodating and gave very good recommendations which we enjoyed very much.

The only minor complaint is that the bathroom door did not close properly and it got a little drafty but we did not complain about this. Room could also use more outlets for charging but this is not a dealbreaker

1. The hotel located right in the heart of the city, which made it incredibly convenient for exploring nearby attractions. Everything I wanted to see was within a 15-minute walk, so I was able to enjoy the city on foot. 2. The breakfast was outstanding, with a wide selection to suit all preferences: vegan options, gluten-free items, and a variety of choices for every taste. 3. The front desk staff were very customer-oriented and eager to help with useful information about the area. Overall, it was an ideal choice for location, breakfast, quality of service and value for money!

One area for improvement would be to have a toilet brush available in the bathroom. This small addition would enhance the convenience and overall comfort of the stay.

This is a little contemporary style hotel in the city centre of Sevilla, about 15 minutes walk from the main tourist attractions and about 10 minutes walk from the river. I had a single room, which was very small and plain, but it was ergonomically laid out, so I did not feel uncomfortable in it. The air conditioning worked fine and had adjustable temperature. The bathroom had all the toiletries one could need (including hair conditioner) and a good hair dryer. Before booking, I read in the reviews that the bathroom was too small to be able to sit on the toilet normally - well, this depends on the size of the person. If you are under 1,80 (5’10), you should be fine. The room also has a minibar that can be used as a fridge in case of necessity. The breakfast was great. It was varied, creative and there were a lot of options for people with special dietary requirements. Another plus is that the menu was not the same every day.

The only thing that annoyed me was the bathroom door that seemed to always be in the way and the sink that splashed.

This hotel had the perfect location for us when visiting Seville for the first time - it is central and not too far from bus station, has 24/7 reception and a good breakfast! The hotel staff were friendly and helpful and gave us great tips for restaurants. Plus points for the strong (and by hotel standards - rather secure) WIFI, the balcony and the easy to use A/C!

Would have liked some more hangers on the walls for hanging clothes!

Loved the location. We were able to walk to hotel from Bus Station. We walked to Cathedral and home from Flaminco shop. Lots of out door dining spots along the way. The staff were great. The breakfast was great - lots of variety. I use walking sticks to get around so I was worried that I might have issues. Small elevator available and the have chair lift if needed at front entrance. Really enjoyed our stay and if given the chance we would return again.

Location is central and easy to find. Arrived after 22:30 and local eateries were all open nearby. Breakfast is continental style and was fine (even had GF bread). We were able to leave our luggage at reception for the day which was really nice. I left my EarPods behind and I emailed the hotel. They got back to me straight away and put them by for me - I picked them up a few days later. Top class!

Small size of room but that didn't affect our stay.
