Great location! Taxi rank outside. Slightly tucked away from Main Street to the mall by 5-6 steps. Easy walking access to places to eat. So many choices and fashion stores. Great host Maria who ran through the basics of what I needed to know about the apartment and the facilities. The apartment is above a cafe restaurant for easy access to food if needed but apartment has a kitchen. Hosts are mostly responsive to messages.

Access into apartment using code for front main door and to the apartment. Apartment door can be tricky to open if you’re not used to waiting for the ‘click’ before pushing.. all in the timing, otherwise fine. Have the washing machine/dryer explained, I couldn’t see instructions and machine went on for 3hours, dials and settings written in a different language. Waking up to building construction noise. Just timing of my stay.

This location is great for so many parts of Sevilla. We just parked our car and walked everywhere during our stay. The terrace was nice and the hot tub so relaxing after a day walking around Sevilla. The apartment is comfortable and spacious. The kitchen was fine for the minimal amount cooking we did. There’s a great supermarket across the street at El Corte Ingles. Lots of attractions and restaurants within walking distance. The neighborhood felt safe to walk around in. We were thankful to have a working elevator, too. The host met us and helped us find the parking space and got us settled in.

The toilet ran the whole time we were there, despite telling the host this was occurring.(You’d flush, but the water kept running and filling up.) It was like having a water feature in the house. Also, the doors on the bathroom and bedroom need the hinges oiled as they squeak loudly, waking your partner up if you have to get up during the night. It would have been nice to have some instructions, like a manual, about using the hot tub as it was hard to figure out the different buttons to use it.

We are a family of four with a 2 year old, it was our first time in Seville and we didn’t know how to get to the center let alone find the parking. However the host was very responsive he guided us all the way until we arrive in the place. I love that it’s in the middle of center and within walking distance to everything. The apartment is very spacious and it has everything in it, it has 4 different apartment but we stayed in the top floor with the rooftop terrace, it is soundproof so you can barely hear anything from the outside even the fireworks on New Year’s Eve. I 100% recommend this place. We will be back ☺️.

Loved the central location in old part of town . Close to catedral , Alcazar, quality shopping, many restaurants , bullring , toro de oro just to name a few. Apartment itself had very good sound proofing . Kitchen was serviceable , beds and cushions very comfortable , nice bathroom with good shower and even a bidet . Has lifts for upper floors so you don't have to lug suitcases up stairs like other places . Finally nice having washing machine and coffee pod machine too . All up a very good accomodation.

Nothing major but down lights in bathroom didn't work so a tad on the dark side .

The location of the apartment is outstanding. Close to all the main shops, bars and restaurants. Parking is available across the street or only 10 minutes walk away is the Parking Saba Plaza de Armas. The apartment is perfect for a couple and the decor / facilities are at a very modern standard. The host is very helpful indeed and responds quickly to any questions.

One very small detail that does not spoil the accomodation is the balcony. Please be prepared for a very very small balcony that has very little space [not even for a chair]. It could be a 'Juliet Balcony'... Again, not a complaint - perhaps just a little modification of the description could be made.

Good location. Good contact with the staff. Well equipped, comfortable, safe & clean. There are plenty of attractions around within walking distance. I definitely recommend it.

It made no sense to buy the option with parking. Not only was it difficult to get there, but I arrived after 8 p.m. and was told to leave the parking lot by 12 p.m. at the latest. As a result, I paid more for about 11 hours of parking (I checked out and left before 8:00) than for a full day at a public parking lot nearby. I suggest buying the option without parking !

We had very pleasant stay in one of the apartments on the second floor. Very clean, nicely organized place and for location in Seville, I can only say - absolutely perfect. Communication with the (I think) company and owners went without problems and all our questions (not many really;) were answered promptly. One small thing, but that lies completely on my side because I was not quite precise and careful during booking - is that from the pictures I made the mistake to expect the big apartment at the roof of this nice building, all with terrace and stuff you can see in most of the images. I was not aware of the fact that they (apparently) have whole building with lot of smaller apartments. So, next time I go to Seville (and I promise I will!) I would contact the same owner but with specific request for the topmost, apparently really cozy and bigger place. Surrounding, shopping zone, distance to all city attractions - all simply great and perfect. We were also very positively surprised how quite (audio isolation) the apartment on the second floor is because the street is very lively and at times noisy. Absolutely no problems, perfect isolation for those interested in this aspect. Many thanks.

I was waited on and met on arrival. Then, after the lady left, I needed to know something extra, I wrote on the WhatsApp, and it took no more than 20 minutes to receive a complete answer that solved my issue. Great costumer service. I also like the entrance with numeric codes and no keys. Love the light and the space of the apartment, the windows and the amazing location.

Lack of hooks where to leave the coats right at the entrance, lack of shelves in the bathroom where to put the personal toiletries, both near the mirror and in the shower. These elements would definitely enhance the comfort of the guests.

The primary photo was of the rooftop terrace, which was only available to the renters of one particular apartment. This should have been made clearer on the Booking.com website. I was expecting to have access in order to watch the Semana Santa processions, which was not possible. The toilet seat was broken and an outlet cover needs to be attached to the wall.

Overall everything was perfect infact it exceeded my expectations! The building has elevator, the host was very nice and spoke english, told us about some major attractions to visit. As it was Christmas eve, he told us the exact restaurants to visit as most were closed. The apartment is great for a family of 4. Beds were comfortable, linen was clean, bathroom was amazing. As it was cold in the night the heaters worked perfectly fine! Location is very central, has restaurants and supermarkets at a stone throw distance. Definitely coming here again!

Can get a bit noisy during the night as there are restaurants and main road downstairs. They dont have lockers so we had to check out at 12.00 as per their requirements and had to store luggage at a closeby storage by paying some euros.
