The room was comfy, with gorgeous stone walls. The locations is just perfect, near everything in Sevilla. The mattress was comfortable as well. The water as hot as with a lot of pressure if needed (though a little small even for the superior room, can't ask for much, at the price was excellent) The cleaning service was on spot and restore the room to almost the same as it was on check-in. Polite and helpful attendants. A small courtesy from the hotel, we were upragred from a standard to a superior room, no charge (probably because a standard was not available yet or just a gift). Either we appreciate the gesture. The AC can be left active all day so you always return to a cold room (I know this is not ecological but it is a necessary as the mean temperature in Sevilla is about 40°C)

As a foreign traveller the TV was somewhat useless without any streaming service subscription as all channels are of course, Spanish. Tried multiple times to mirror movies or series from my phone but with no success. The elevators are a bit laggy. The lift time is lesser than the open-close doors (just a small issue but frustrating sometimes) There could be one more drawer at the closet (below the safe) for more clothes storage.

Everything! The location is perfect, in a busy shopping street, close to lots of bars and very near to the cathedral (no problems with noise at night). The building is very new, only opened last July, and is very modern in design (reception, the corridors and bedrooms). The staff are exceptional, standing to greet us as we arrived (our experience in many other Spanish hotels is that staff continue to finish their conversations before greeting guests).

The stairs were already showing some sign of wear, which was a shame after only 10 months. Sink in the bedroom rather than the bathroom.

I liked everything about the hotel, it exceeded my expectations. The rooms are more spacious in real life. The bed is incredibly comfortable - everything from the mattress, the pillow, the duvet. The hotel smells insanely good. They seem to pride themselves in it and use a company that makes it specifically for them, same with the shower gel, etc. There is a really good barista cafe downstairs and they offer a drink and pastry for 5eur for breakfast. There is also a working area that looks really peaceful. The hotel can't be in a more perfect and central location. Despite being so central, it was very quiet during the night. Walking distance to everywhere. Highly recommend it!

Room had a nice touch. The bed was comfy and loved that they provided 4 pillows! the toilet though was a little off - at least I was on my own but if you are a family - with a teenage kid or group of friends, it might be awkward bec of the transparent walls. It was missing a kettle and coffee/tea in the room or it would‘ve been actually perfect. Note that it is situated in the retail/f&b area and if you are a light sleeper - you cannot have your window open from the passerby‘s noise outside. Very convenient location though and close to the taxi and bus stops. Staff is great and very helpful

It’s an eclectic type choice! No direct car drop off but not too bad a walk. Seville is a hot temperature town most of the time I hear a late May was no exception! Smoking hot! Clean rooms and helpful staff but no breakfast available. Good coffee shop next door tho.

City of Seville! Beggars approach you on the street and in restaurants/bars even. They must have the “right” to do so in Spain because it’s prevalent in Madrid and Barcelona too. Aggressive street vendors trying to sell tshirts and trinkets and “guilt” you into taking them. And the waiters just standby watching it happen!

I liked a lot the style of the hotel. The location, cleanliness and the quiet there was in the hotel in general. Staff was very good and informative especially there was a guy who I did not take notice of his name, who was working in the evening on Friday 14th.

The room temperature. It was very hot. I went to switch on the AC and turn it on cool but I couldn't. Went down to the reception to ask the receptionist how I can change it and I was given a reply that I simply cannot because the hotel's AC system is one general system. Not fair especially when the room becomes very hot and claustrophobic. You cannot always open the hotel room's window because of the rain and safety especially during the night when you want to put your mind to rest and sleep.

We didn’t book breakfast, nor were we offered it, so don’t know if they even do it. The hotel is situated in a pedestrian shopping street so was quiet. Very central location, only 10 minutes from the cathedral, 15 from the Alcazar. It is a clean modern hotel, and reasonably priced. Shower gel, shampoo and soap were all provided as was a hairdryer.

The shower room and toilet was quite small, the basin was in the main bedroom. The bed was very hard and the bed legs squeaked on the floor every time you moved. Because it’s in a pedestrian street, the taxi had to drop us off and pick us up at the end of the road, but it’s only a few minutes walk.

I stayed in Sevilla for two nights and really enjoyed the great location—everything was close by and easy to access

The room itself was quite small, which made it feel a bit tight for two people. It was fine for a short stay, but the limited space would be more comfortable for solo travelers. It would have been helpful to know in advance that the hotel is more oriented towards coworking spaces and singles rather than couples. Overall, a good option if you’re traveling alone and need a convenient base in the city

Had a perfect stay in this new hotel! Very nice architecture and helpful staff! Upon arrival my room was already cleaned, even when i was earlier than official checkin time. Rooms are nice and very trendy. One day the housekeeping team came while I was in the room. I asked the reception later that day if they could send housekeeping still to my room and they happily arranged this for me.

Only two small things i can note - the bed made a lot of noise - the floor could be cleaned better. I could feel sand and dust when walking barefoot. I also dropped a cap of a drink one day and it rolled under the open furniture, 3 days later when i left the hotel it was still there..

Excellent hotel, Hotel is in the historic part of the city in a pedestrian zone close to very good shops and restaurants. Would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Seville . Everything was good.. the room was very clean and beautiful. Excellent location.. and very good value for money. A short walk to the historic center and there is a nice Irish bar called the Merchant about 5 minutes walk away . Lots of nice shopping nearby as well .
