This was a great place to stay! Staff was wonderful, the apartment was clean and in a great location. We walked to everything. When we checked in Frio gave us a lot of wonderful information and everyone was very helpful if we had questions. And they were so sweet to me when they found out it was my birthday. Thank you! We stayed for two weeks. They let us decide when we wanted cleaning service. Laundry with separate washer and dryer and free detergent was wonderful. We loved having the small private balcony off the bedroom. When you are standing you can see the city. The rooftop terrace was fabulous. Grocery stores El Corte Ingles, Aldi and carrefour express were all close by. As is a fabulous patisserie! Train station easy to access with bus number 32 right at the plaza for 1.40 euro per person.

Everything was wonderful! When it comes time to replace the large refrigerator they supply, I would ask they get one with a freezer. Otherwise we had everything we needed for our two week stay. We would definitely stay again if we find ourselves back in Seville!

We stayed in a beautiful 2 bedroom apartment that had 2 full bathrooms. It was amazing--just as it looks in the photos. Very modern, clean, and well-stocked. Great location--safe, easy to walk to cafes and restaurants. Front desk was very responsive to any questions we had before and during our stay. When we checked, in, Andreas was extremely friendly and helpful--he gave great suggestions for restaurants, a flamenco show, and how to navigate the city during Holy Week/Semana Santa.

One thing that would be helpful would be to have a dresser or a table in the bedroom with the double bed/king bed.

- Exactly like the photos - Spacious - Very close to imp sightseeing - Restaurant and supermarket options downstairs - Extremely helpful staff. We got a map, explanation on where we are and where to go, some discount coupons for food, restaurant and tapas recommendations, and the list keeps going.

- The washroom blind was very thin and there was a gap between the blind and the window. We weren't sure if people could see through gaps or thinking blinds.

Great apartments, really fabulous comfortable bed & pillows, friendly & helpful staff, clean with everything you need & in a perfect location.

Fantastic location, spotlessly clean, walking distance from everything in the City. Lovely little pool on the roof top to cool down in. Froid in reception is a gentleman, so helpful and friendly. Will definitely stay here again.

Bright and cheerful rooms, great furniture, fantastic location.

There was a problem with the room keys so we couldn't get into the room. Because it was after hours, we had to wait about 30 minutes to get replacements. It just started the stay on a bad note. Fortunately it got much better from there.

Very central & clean & the receptionist was extremely helpful for queries and tourist information. The history and renovation of the property is very interesting too.

There is no one on duty after hours and the telephone number listed for an out of office check in sends you in a loop and didn’t get answered. We had no problem checking in but we had a problem with our safe not opening and it was difficult to get in contact with someone after 6pm. We eventually got a call back via the booking.com contact number but it would be easier if the out of office emergency number was shown at reception when it is not manned.

Beautifully located apartment, with rooftop pool. This apartment was well located and very spacious, had lovely room with dining area and lounge and ensuite. It was lovely and very comfortable, showers were great. We parked at APK2 which had a daily rate but was 1.1 km away, relatively easy walk.

The property was lovely, couple of small things, Advertised washer and dryer but these were not available when we stayed. We used a nearby laundromat to dry our clothes. We got a couple of coffee pods for our three day stay, we asked for two extra coffee pods as it was a specific machine) and while they were given to us, got the impression we should not be asking. It is the small things sometimes/

After 4 months traveling, this was one of our favorite places. The location in the center of Seville is perfect--right next to wonderful shopping streets and an easy walk to major sites, but a few feet off the street so a little quieter. Beautiful, comfortable, large rooms and excellent facilities. It has the charm of an old building (the outer shell) but is all redone and new inside, with large, new bathrooms, totally clean spaces, a pool on the roof, etc. The price was higher than others we stayed at in Seville but if you don't mind the cost you will not regret staying here.

Parking in Seville is an issue... we visited three times and always parked our car on the edge of town and walked to our place. Very inconvenient but not the fault of the places we stayed.
