This was a great place to stay! Staff was wonderful, the apartment was clean and in a great location. We walked to everything. When we checked in Frio gave us a lot of wonderful information and everyone was very helpful if we had questions. And they were so sweet to me when they found out it was my birthday. Thank you! We stayed for two weeks. They let us decide when we wanted cleaning service. Laundry with separate washer and dryer and free detergent was wonderful. We loved having the small private balcony off the bedroom. When you are standing you can see the city. The rooftop terrace was fabulous. Grocery stores El Corte Ingles, Aldi and carrefour express were all close by. As is a fabulous patisserie! Train station easy to access with bus number 32 right at the plaza for 1.40 euro per person.

Everything was wonderful! When it comes time to replace the large refrigerator they supply, I would ask they get one with a freezer. Otherwise we had everything we needed for our two week stay. We would definitely stay again if we find ourselves back in Seville!

We stayed in a beautiful 2 bedroom apartment that had 2 full bathrooms. It was amazing--just as it looks in the photos. Very modern, clean, and well-stocked. Great location--safe, easy to walk to cafes and restaurants. Front desk was very responsive to any questions we had before and during our stay. When we checked, in, Andreas was extremely friendly and helpful--he gave great suggestions for restaurants, a flamenco show, and how to navigate the city during Holy Week/Semana Santa.

One thing that would be helpful would be to have a dresser or a table in the bedroom with the double bed/king bed.

- Exactly like the photos - Spacious - Very close to imp sightseeing - Restaurant and supermarket options downstairs - Extremely helpful staff. We got a map, explanation on where we are and where to go, some discount coupons for food, restaurant and tapas recommendations, and the list keeps going.

- The washroom blind was very thin and there was a gap between the blind and the window. We weren't sure if people could see through gaps or thinking blinds.

Fantastic location, spotlessly clean, walking distance from everything in the City. Lovely little pool on the roof top to cool down in. Froid in reception is a gentleman, so helpful and friendly. Will definitely stay here again.

The interior of the building is impressively designed. The materials are of a good quality. My apartment was beautiful, spacious and had everything a traveller could need including free washers and dryers on the main floor. The unit was well stocked with towels and linens. As others have said the pool is small, above ground and less than 3 ft deep. It was nice for a dip on a hot day. The staff, Andreas and Froi were warm, welcoming and professional. They could give a master class on how to treat guests.

The mattress on both the bed and sofa bed are really hard. nQn apartments is in a busy shopping area and behind a busy street. The location was convenient and in walking distance to all historical sights and the bus station. However, and this is just personal preference, I thought that the Santa Cruz neighbourhood would have been a nicer area to stay.

Perfect location to explore Sevilla! All main attractions within walking distance. Buses to train station at your door step too. Very comfortable spotless modern room! The whole place is so clean and it smells amazing! Swimming Pool well needed ad on! Incredible views from roof top including the Setas! Yes the Setas are only 3-4 minutes walking! Would definitely come back! Thanks to Juan for making our stay even better with super recommendations! Sushi next door, best Tapas just 5 min away. Cafe beside has the best coffee and fresh orange juice! Thank you again Juan!

Bright and cheerful rooms, great furniture, fantastic location.

There was a problem with the room keys so we couldn't get into the room. Because it was after hours, we had to wait about 30 minutes to get replacements. It just started the stay on a bad note. Fortunately it got much better from there.

Location is perfect, in heart of Seville where everything is close by foot. Staff is friendly and helpful, laundry room is free of charge and available 24/7. Pool on rooftop is a nice bonus to everything.

The only reason I can't give maximum grade is the parking. I know I should have read between the lines, however, when filtering out accomodations in Seville, I have listed out only the ones with parking since we rented the car. Parking is only 300 meters from this small hotel, however, it's a public garage which you need to pay extra. The staff did reservations for us etc. and we didn't have issues, however, I'm wondering how someone can find space in peak of the season (we came at the beginning of May). In other words, they don't have their own parking which was one of 3 most important things for us. We needed to pay 25 euros per day extra just for parking.
