This fantastically central hostel felt like a luxury hotel. Even during Seville's busiest Semana Santa week, I was very comfortable and fortunate to stay six nights. The exceptional staff were constantly present day and night, and Raffa, a true hero, passionately shared his extensive knowledge of Semana Santa, guiding me on how and where to best experience its true spirit. Anna and colleagues truly went above and beyond with a smile. Thank you; this stay will never be forgotten!

I would have liked curtains for the bed, but considering the clean, spacious, and well-equipped room and in room bathroom with all modern touches, it wasn't a particular issue during this busy week.

This was my second time at room00, and I really enjoyed to stay there. The people who are working there are so friendly and super helpful. They welcomed me with love and care. The rooms are very clean and well maintained . The rooftop terrace is wonderful, if u wanna have lunch or dinner there is perfect with a nice view over la setas. I did also some yoga on the terrace. I love the design of the hostel, and also the people I’ve met there were very friendly and respectful. I completely advice to stay there.

This time I was sleeping in another room, my advice is to put a door between bedroom and toilet so you can have a bit of privacy at least while doing some bathrooms things. Also please put some hangers inside the shower so who is taking the shoes can hang the towel directly inside the shower. For the rest is perfect.

We booked a 4 bed private room and were upgraded to a 6 bed room so we had a lot of space. The hostel is in a lovely building with beautiful tiling. We enjoyed spending time on the rooftop terrace. The location is great and we walked to all the major attractions.

Breakfast is provided at extra cost but there does not seem to be anywhere else to store food- no fridge or similar. There is not even a water tap. In the communal area they have a water jug and a fridge where you can buy soda, water, etc. I understand in Seville it is very cheap to eat out but we had bought some breakfast items and it was a shame there was nowhere to store these.

Best experience so far 😌❤️ I had the pleasure of staying at this hostel and it was an unforgettable experience, oh lord !!! From the moment I arrived, I felt warmly welcomed by the incredible staff, especially the beautiful ladies Patricia and Maria, whose kindness and attention to detail made my stay truly special, guess what? they surprised me with a free breakfast as a gift for my birthday, which was such a thoughtful gesture! Their warmth and hospitality made my trip exceptional. On the other hand, the hostel itself is beautifully designed, with clean, cozy rooms and a charming atmosphere. Its central location was perfect for exploring the beautiful city of sevilla, thank you very much 🙏🏼 I can’t wait to return!

Breakfast was good. Fresh fruit, cheese, cold cuts, bread, jam, butter and a pastries section. There was also coffee, tea and fruit juice on offer. Would be better if they had more fresh water available all day. No kitchen though so you couldn't buy your own food and keep it there, there was a microwave but no oven or anything like that.

Would have been a much better experience if there was curtains on the bunks. Also, a door or even a curtain to give a bit more privacy between the sink and the rest of the room. Would benefit too when turning on the lights at night. A kitchen would have been nice. Also a space to work. There are desks downstairs in the foyer but also music playing all day so not great for meetings.

Good location, 1 minute to the grocery store, cafes, etc Stylish common area. You can eat, work or just chill there. Clean rooms and linens. Towel included. Coffee 1€ Good WiFi.

Store your luggage after checkout 2€ 5€ deposit for the keys (I didn't have cash, so they just told me they would charge 5€ in case I lost them) Saw a cockroach in the common area in the morning. Top beds seem a little dangerous as they don't have stoppers. No locks in the shower.

The most wonderful hostel in a great location next to all sightseeing locations and nice cafes. The staff was absolutely lovely and helpful (I hope they all will get a raise ASAP for their hospitality and outstanding work), 200/10! I am especially greatful for Anna who recommended nice cafes nearby (all recommendations were amazing) and showed must-see locations on the map. She and a cleaning lady, whose name I forgot to ask, unfortunately, also helped me to find a lost charger, my saviors❤️ A different hostess, a young man, managed to solve a rather disturbing issue with my room super fast at night, so my vacation was not disturbed at all. The hostel itself looks like one of sightseeing places honestly with unbelievably beautiful halls and stairs (I have a weak spot for tails). The room was neat and modern, all linens are clean. There is also a possibility to work and eat in the hall (utensils are provided, but no fridge). I had tested a lot of hostels (at least 10, and this one was THE BEST so far thanks to workers, locations and facilities. Highly recommend!!!

The shower and the sink were in the same room as beds.

After a splendid stay several years ago, and the majesty of Seville, through this hostel, my life changed and I would live in Seville some time later. This visit was nostalgia to stay a night prior to departing for a few months.  The hostel, remarkably, hasn’t changed. It remains well maintained, professional and apart from the bunk beds you wouldn’t know it was a hostel.  Set in a beautiful historic palace it remains a home away from home for all those on their adventure of life. This time around, a significant shout out to Ana. Her splendor in greeting the guests, and soul of joy, made my welcome professional and exciting. She is a ray of light in the hostel. A recommended stay to enhance the magic of Seville.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is very central within walking distance from all points of interest in Seville. I love the old building with the azulejos and the colourful roof. The lockers are big and could fit in both my backpacks. They changed the towels every day for free.

The kitchen is not well equipped, and there was often a shortage of spoons and teaspoons. The breakfast didn't include honey, and was expensive in general, so I bought my own in the supermarket. At the reception they advertised movie nights, but that never happened because the screen wasn't working. The price for the weekend was almost double that of mid-week, otherwise I would have stayed more. I ended up staying a total of 5 days.

I had to give my passport (requiring any document, which I have passport only) for using the hair-dryer, which was weird as I booked for a private room, but later when I gave feedback about this, I was told it wasn't necessary if I didn't want (it could be a note, but I wasn't being offered this option when I requested to use the hair-dryer). If it has to be a strict policy, recommend to request cash or card-authorized as deposit to use the hair-dryer.
