The location is epic, it’s close to lots of attractions and shops. The owner responds your questions very quickly.

The hardwares have a lot to improve, we had problems with the AC, it stopped working from times to times. Also the hair dryer had some issues but luckily the owner got us a new one immediately.

Very clean. Close to everything. No contact, but simple, friendly and helpful check in.

Tenants leave the front door wide open and there is no device to automatically close it. There are a lot of homeless people sleeping in the street right at the front door (1 meter away). Had to ask one to move over so I could dial the security pad to get in. Having the door open all the time did not feel safe. We even saw two of them throwing a chair at each other and fighting with a metal rod. The pizza store owner next door had to seperate them.

Great location, pretty central in Seville (on the footsteps of Setas de Sevilla), and a short walk to most of the tourist attractions with plenty of good restaurants and cafes nearby. The apartment was clean and spacious. We felt that it was pretty good value.

The AC was temperamental at the beginning of the stay. An error message kept appearing which required the AC to be reset. Not ideal when you need to do it in the middle of the night. I'd advise bringing earplugs, as the soundproofing from outside noise wasn't great.

Everything was perfect! Super clean and great location

Lcation excellent, in close walking proximity to tourist locations, good eateries and the train station (20 minutes). Apartment interior very well appointed, you would never know from looking at the outside of the building! Apartment was large, clean and fitted with all you need for a short stay. Communication with the owner was excellent and responded quickly to our queries. We were in Seville at the time of the national power cut though the effect on our stay was minimal.

A kettle would have been a handy addition in the kitchen, though boiling a pan of water on the hob wasn't a problem.

The apartment was bright, clean and big enough for two people. It is a nice new apartment in a very centre of Seville. You have big windows but they are soundproof so you don't hear any noise from the street. Just around the corner you have a lot of good restaurants and bars. In general it was a comfortable stay with a great location.

Couple of things could be better, such as kitchen should have basic supplies like salt, oil and coffee capsules (we only got two for 3 nights), a worn-out pan should be replaced. The fact that you pay for cleaning but you get the instructions that before you leave you have to take out all the trash. You could hear noises from the hallway but we had very noisy neighbors.

The apartment was fantastic overall! The location was perfect, close to everything we needed, and the space was clean. You can find iron and a coffee maker. Access to the apartment was super easy and convenient.

The only minor downsides were that we booked a triple room, which came with 2 beds and 1 sofa bed that wasn’t very comfortable for sleeping, and the street outside was quite noisy. If you prefer a calm and quiet place, this apartment might not be ideal as it’s hard to keep the window open. Despite this, the overall experience was great, and we’d still recommend it for its cleanliness, location, and convenience!

The location is absolutely amazing. Four separate beds which is a great plus. Effective heating/cooling system. Easy check in despite 2 am arrival. Huge bonus for having bars open 100m from amartment at 2am on weekday night.

The balcony door wouldnt shut closed all the way so traffic was loud. Kitchen lacking most imporant things so cooking anything else than eggs is out of the question. Probably the biggest upset were the stiff matresses with tilted edges? Very narrow to begin with probably 80 cm. I am big so this is a problem but tilted edges make the beds even smaller. Classic spanish low and wide pillows are a disaster as anywhere else in Spain
