The apartment was bright, clean and big enough for two people. It is a nice new apartment in a very centre of Seville. You have big windows but they are soundproof so you don't hear any noise from the street. Just around the corner you have a lot of good restaurants and bars. In general it was a comfortable stay with a great location.

Couple of things could be better, such as kitchen should have basic supplies like salt, oil and coffee capsules (we only got two for 3 nights), a worn-out pan should be replaced. The fact that you pay for cleaning but you get the instructions that before you leave you have to take out all the trash. You could hear noises from the hallway but we had very noisy neighbors.

I was very impressed by how quiet the apartment was and the air-conditioning was top notch. There was plenty of storage space, the bathroom and kitchen were great, and the location was perfect -- we could easily walk to the Cathedral, the Real Alcazar, and of course hundreds of restaurants and cafes. Another thing that turned out to be so handy was that there were always taxis lined up right at out entrance and taxis are so cheap in Seville. Typical rides around town were 4-5 Euros which was cheaper than renting a bike for 2 people. Even at 6:30 am there was a taxi outside to take me to the airport.

I really have no negatives, but if you are looking for a quaint old Spanish style building with a courtyard on a narrow street then this is not the place for you. This is a remodeled building and faces a busy street with modern shops.

One of my favorite places I stayed in Spain. Sleek, modern. Smart TV, decent kitchen. Quieter than a lot of hotels in Spain at this price point. Walking distance to things location.

The clothes washing machines for guest access were mostly broken (some in a very gross and foul smelling way), and the few that worked were shared with the cleaning staff so it was hard to get to them. Walls were a bit thin, I definitely know what kind of music the neighbors liked. But at least no one was partying late at night and not too much drunken action outside the windows.

Room was amazing, it exceeded our expectations. It was fully equipped with the things we found useful - iron, ironing board, hairdryer and kitchen was amazing, too. The bonus was coffe machine and capsules. The location is perfect, just under the Las setas which are wonderful. Everything was close and we didn't have to take any public transportation within the city, places were reachable within 25 minutes by walking.

The only thing we didn't like was that staff didn't clean our room or changed towels (we were staying five nights).

Andres and his partner were incredible, and the apartment’s location was superb! This is a fantastic option, with amazing value.

The air conditioner could be a bit colder and the Wi-Fi connection stronger.

Very clean and modern. The location is perfect - located in the centre, very close to shops, restaurants, taxis and buses and tourist spots. Everything was spotless and worked well. The kitchen was very handy if you want to cook. The owner is easy to contact on WhatsApp and will help you with anything you need. The room was very spacious and had good natural lighting from big windows that can be opened wide. When windows are closed, the room becomes quiet so no outside noise can be heard. The room has air conditioning if you get hot. Good WIFI connection. Felt homey. Perfect place!

Bathroom bin in studio needs to be replaced (lid was coming off) But other than that it was great!

Towels were not exchanged at anytime during our 4 days stay. No kitchen towels to use in kitchen.

It was spotlessly clean and fully equipped with all necessary amenities. The location was superb.

The description of the apartment (both on the Booking website and on the door of the apartment) mentira safe but there wasn’t one. Also we weren’t sent the access code early enough so when we arrived we didn’t have a code to get in and we had to go searching for someplace to access Wifi to check emails. I recommend that you send the code a week in advance, please.

The apartment was very clean and modern. Instructions were clearly left and given. The owner personally came to help me out as I was unable to use the door code. He arrived in few minutes from my call and explained everything and helped me out. Really very friendly and welcoming. I will definitely stay again next time I visit Sevilla. The location is superb and you have lots of breakfast options and restaurants nearby.

Slight noise from the entrance door coming from other people moving in and out from their own apartments. But during the night it was completely quiet.
