The hotel is very very beautiful - it even appears on our tourist book! We feared the noise of the big square “encarnacion” where the hotel is so we took a room looking the other way, with no view but no noise at all (room 313), which is amazing for the perfect location of the hotel (10min walk from the cathedral). Plus the room was beautiful. Not a cheap hotel but a good choice. The hotel gave us a list of nearby choices of tapas / restaurants. The 2 we tried were great. Nice rooftop.

The bed was not great.

Amazing hotel, kind staff, perfect location. It was very clean - the bathrooms were immaculate! Beds were so comfortable. We walked to all the main attractions. It is located in a busy square with cafes & outdoor seating so it’s always a vibe as soon as you step out. I would 100% recommend this hotel & would definitely stay again if I return to Seville. Tip: We did not have the breakfast, I think it’s better value for money to have breakfast in the local cafes/ brunch spots.

*the TVs don’t have WiFi so don’t expect to watch your own shows & you can’t screenshare. But it is not that big of deal when you’re in such a beautiful city.

I truly recommend this hotel because it is located right in the center of the old town, near all tourist attractions in Seville. The hotel is new, staff was very kind during our entire stay and gave us valuable information about what can we visit in the city and where can we eat. The view from the room was magnific, towards Las Setas. The room is modern, design and functionality are great. The bed was very comfortable and big, and the room very spacious. We stayed in a Superior Double Room with City View. Breakfast is very tasty, jamon is excellent, variety good and ingredients are local and fresh - great ! Also we enjoyed relaxing moments at the rooftop bar, staff is very kind. The view from the top is spectaculous, overseeing las setas !

The property was well maintained, perfectly located and the staff were very friendly. I love the little personal touch and gifts, made my stay better than imagined!

The rooftop terrace was a highlight, boasting breathtaking views of the cityscape and a lovely pool area perfect for relaxation. The location couldn’t be more perfect – just a short walk from major attractions like the Seville Cathedral and the Alcázar, as well as charming cafes and bustling markets. Hotel Casa de Indias truly exceeded our expectations, providing a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and authenticity. We can’t wait to return and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to experience the magic of Seville!

The location is amazing, close to some very good cafes and bars/restaurants, the Setas of Sevilla and within walkable distance from every important point. The room was bigger than expected. If you come by car, the hotel offers a discount for a nearby parking.

Our room (and some others) have all windows facing an exterior corridor, so we had to keep the curtains pulled and the lights all the time so as not to be in full display to other guests passing by on the corrider. The hairdryer is old and terribly slow. The water temperature in the shower was fluctuating significantly. We booked a double bed room and we were given a room with 2 single beds united, which was slightly unconfortable (but it’s true that we didn’t comply as it didn’t bother us that much).

Lovely small hotel with roof top terrace and bar, great views too

Nothing not to like. Just a few niggles, the light above the door which doesn’t switch off was too bright and lit up the whole room at night so had to go and buy an eye mask. The safe and the hairdryer weren’t working, they said they fixed the safe but it still didn’t work but couldn’t be bothered to get them to look at it again. The sink kept making a loud gurgling noise but was ok if you kept the plug in.

excellent choice friendly staff to show you around

Very traditional outside but beautifully clean with modern facilities. It’s nice and central, away from the main road. We had one of the cheap rooms with 2 large single beds. It was a large room with windows facing into the courtyard which made it very quiet. No street noise which suited us. Staff all very nice and helpful with good English (as we can’t speak Spanish unfortunately). Breakfasts were excellent, fresh fruit and freshly squeezed orange juice. Delicious cooked breakfast if you want it and tasty fresh bread. Also cold meats/cheese. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

Nothing to dislike!

Hotel was very clean, had great spaces including a rooftop pool and great bar/terrace that overlooked Las Setas. Great location as well with lots of restaurants nearby and walking distance to many of the local attractions. The room was spacious with a tub and they always provided fresh towels daily.

I didn't have an iron in my room, and could not get one when attempted as another guest was using it. While I liked the location of my room- off of a patio area- it required me to go up/down 3 steps which was inconvenient with a suitacase. The terrace closed at 11pm so unfortunately, I could not go up after returning from dinner to just relax and look out at the city. I wish they'd would allow guests to enter after the bar closes. But overall it was an excellent place to stay.
